Awesome property, all updated and modern super clean, near to all amenities, super great host

Clean, Kitchen was stocked with anything we could need. No yard or place to sit outside, but we didn't have time for that anyway.

We have stayed at this location several times over the years and it is perfect for our needs. The kitchen is fully loaded with dishes and utensils and makes cooking meals an easy process.

Perfect place to stay while I was working in the area. Owner was very responsive to a minor issue. Very clean. Comfortable furniture and beds. Great neighborhood. Will definitely stay there again the next time I’m working there.

Clean and convenient

This was the perfect place to stay for a short weekend trip. Quaint but clean. Kristen was extremely accommodating with excellent communication. Water pressure in master bathroom was mediocre but everything else was wonderful! We enjoyed several meals in the kitchen. If it were warm out, we would have loved to spend time out in the backyard.

The owner was very responsive to my questions. Clean little townhouse, great setup. In nice private townhome community .

We had a work trip down to the rock hill area and needed a clean place for us to stay. This place had everything we needed, super clean, nice complex, and an easy drive to rock hill. Really don't have a bad thing to say about it.

This was our 2nd stay here and again everything was great! When I come to Rock Hill again I will definitely stay there again if available. Kristen is very pleasant and accommodating.

Needed a place for a week for a local competition. Host answered all messages promptly and was very sweet. Kitchen was well equipped with everything to cook properly- and sharp knives. Always something we hope for! Would certainly stay again.

This home was clean, nicely decorated and roomy enough for us and our 4 year old. We never had any reason to reach out to the owner since all necessary instructions were outlined in a binder. The neighborhood was quiet and my little one enjoyed the pool. We enjoyed our stay and would definitely choose this location again when we come back to Charlotte.

Myself, husband, 17 yo daughter & her best friend were on our way home from Myrtle Beach & stopped here for a couple days to visit Carowinds. We stayed here about 8 years ago & loved it then also. Great place, very clean & had all the amenities you could need! Pool was close & clean as well. Highly recommend!

For the first time ever when coming to Rock Hill, my husband and I needed a place to stay. My mother lived in Rock Hill, actually very close to this townhouse...passed away a year, so her house was no longer available to us. We found the townhouse to be clean, comfortable (especially the reclining sofas), and convenient. If we ever come back to RH and townhouse is available we will stay here again.

Had everything we needed including kitchen utensils, dishes, and laundry supplies. Would stay again.

The property was exactly what was advertised and we enjoyed our stay. The location was convenient for us to visit our friend who attends Winthrop University. Really close to Ebenezer Park which was nice. Definitely would stay again.

We had a change in plans on what was supposed to be just an adult trip and had to bring our 3 toddlers with us. The host was extremely understanding and the stay was surprisingly comfortable. My kids loved the pool and the house was beautiful and clean. Would definitely stay here again!!

This townhome is a nice and spacious 2 bedroom. If not really used to the dog smell I wouldn’t suggest staying there but overall it was a nice stay.

A fantastic location with plenty of amenities and some very comfortable couches to relax on after a long day. Great communication, parking right outside of the property, and a super-easy check-in -process. Five stars.

Everything was perfect. Anything you would need in the kitchen was right there. Location was close to any place you would need at want to go. Highly recommend!!

Our favorite place to stay in the Rock Hill area

The property was really comfortable and perfect for our stay in the Charlotte area as we were volunteering at the Wells Fargo PGA tournament! So much better than a hotel room - the unit is located in the back of the property making it really quiet with little traffic. We would definitely come back again!

Let me start by explaining why we stayed at Rock Hill. My older daughter has serious allergies, so we needed a place with a kitchen. Kristen was nice in the beginning communications. The place includes everything which is very nice and Kristen was kind enough to let us come early with two LO's. It is a modern lay out and the place was hip. Here is some of the bad: When we first arrived we noticed something strange on the ground near the shoes mat. Upon further examination there were what I thought to be maggots. I would say there were about 50 dead. They ended up being a tree worm. Not thinking much of it, I called VRBO customer service and the girl I talked to kind of riled me up. She told me that is unacceptable and I should try and get a full refund. I thought hmm, maybe she is right let me reach out to Kristen. Kristen did send her cleaning lady (Paid my cleaning fee) and she picked up the worms to throw in our trash. Kristen said she would refund me one of the three nights. I don't know why but I figured let me ask for two nights since we were leaving at 2 A.M. the last day. It seemed to make Kristen mad and the way I interpreted her email is that if I want a refund leave right that second. I felt so unwelcomed and all of the sudden it was not only her emailing me but her husband too. It might sound silly but I felt almost like threatened. We couldn't leave because of unpacking my kids. Again, this is just my opinion with how I felt from that point on. Another bad note, there was a very strong dog smell to the condo. I love animals, but when staying at a pet free place you would think there would not be pet dander. The dogs towel was in the one room not cleaned at all. Additionally, I found black lab dog hair all over the place. We all woke up with red eyes from all the dog dander in the place. The worst kicker is we found a bunch more living tree worms the rest of our time there. I have pictures and videos of them. Not trying to cause drama, just felt really bad about this incident and no one resolved my issue. I almost wish the associate from VRBO did not make me so mad. VRBO/Homeaway still has yet to resolve my complaints. I will never stay again with this company, they can do nothing to help you. But can really make you "riled" up.
