Fijn personeel maar hotelkamer viel tegen

Personeel heel attent, vooral de jongen met het baardje. Ontbijt heel uitgebreid. Goede plek voor hotel. Prima parkeergarage.

Voor een 4-sterren hotel was de hotelkamer wel erg basic. Onze vorige hotels (2 sterren) waren luxer. Waarom wel een waterkoker, maar geen thee of koffie? Waarom een koelkast zonder inhoud? Slechts 1 basic handdoek per persoon. Het water in het zwembad had een rare geur en prikte in de ogen.

Excelente estadía con personal atento!

El desayuno estuvo muy bien, la ubicación es perfecta todo está relativamente cerca del hotel. El personal del hotel Jonathan y Mila fueron muy atentos, y siempre dispuestos a ayudar y encontrar soluciones a nuestras necesidades. La piscina es muy agradable y las instalaciones del hotel se encuentran en muy buen estado.

Perfect summer holiday

- the staff is amazing, very friendly and helpful, always ready to give information about the facilities or about the best ways to roam around the island (they even let us stay in the lobby of the hotel for hours after checking out) - there is free parking - the breakfast is very good, with lots of choices, even for picky eaters - the room was cleaned daily - the pool was very clean and they offer free towels that can also be taken outside the hotel, to other beaches, as long as you return them of course to the hotel - the hotel is close to the airport and to the small city centre full of nice restaurants; it’s also close to the beach

The best part of the hotel was certainly the service provided by the attentive and friendly staff.

The staff were extremely friendly and helpful, always available and gave great tips related to our interest. The room had a good size and we slept comfortably every night. The location was excellent close to the seafront, a short walk away.

The food at the restaurant was of good quality and not very expensive. However, the variety on offer was limited.

Nagyon jó helyen van, mindenhez közel, szép kis város, sok jó étteremmel, szép tengerparti sétánnyal. Kifogtunk egy virágos felvonulást, minden utca díszítve volt élő virággal

A tengerpart igen kavicsos. A levegőben érezhető volt a kerozin a leszálló gépek miatt. A taxis, mihelyt megtudta melyik jobb hotelba megyünk Funchalba, magas tarifát állított be, sokat fizettünk.

Nagyon kedves, segítőkész személyzet, kiváló elhelyezkedés, gyönyörű, ápolt növények!

A reggeli bőséges, változatos és finom volt. A hotel a belvárosi templomtértől 150 méterre fekszik. Jóllehet egy felüljáró alatt épült, de a zajból semmit nem lehet hallani.

Egy kicsit szűkös volt a szobánk ajtajának a nyitásra szolgáló helye - reméljük, nem tettük tönkre az ütközőt!

Super établissement ! Rien à redire, piscine propre, salle de sport, nous avons été surclassé gratuitement car une chambre avec vue sur mer était disponible. Personnel très gentil, parking à dispo + voiture si besoin

Emplacement.. Santa Cruz n’a pas de place gratuite, tout es payant. Le parking ne contenant qu’une dizaines de places environ Bruit des avions en permanence si la fenêtre est ouverte ( nous n’avons rien entendu les fenêtres fermées)

Velmi pěkný hotel s výbornou snídaní a službami.

Velmi pěkně zařízený hotel u hlavní cesty. Menší obchod hned vedle hotelu i kavárna a restaurace v blízkosti. Výborná snídaně. Čerstvá míchaná vejce nebo volská oka, omelety, palačinky na počkání.

Hotel psal parkování v soukromé garáži během našeho pobytu ale vždy plno, nicméně s pomocí personálu jsme místo na ulici vždy našli. Postele byly hodně proležené a měkké.

Top hotel, goede service en kwaliteit prijs verhouding fijn personeel en lekker zwembad

Vlak bij het vliegveld, het centrum van Santa Cruz op loopafstand en met de auto in een paar minuten in Funchal. Heel vriendelijk personeel, fijn Zwembad dat royaal open is en voor iedereen een ligbedje. Ook op de dag van vertrek goede service in opslag van bagage en omkleedruimte om je voor te bereiden op de rest van de reis.

De ligging hemelsbreed dicht bij het stadscentrum is top. Dat het hotel en zwembad onder de snelweg liggen is iets minder ivm geluid en schaduw van het hoge viaduct

Great stuff. They did everything with smile and easy going style. Willing to help, offering advice etc. If the stuff is cool, you can even have less nice housing and you’ll be happy. Restaurant was also good.

Sometimes noise from next door when they were closing door. But nothing serious.

La localización del hotel muy cerca del aeropuerto. Con garaje propio. Cerca de restaurantes y el paseo marítimo. Desayuno genial , tipo buffet, muy variado. Excelente atención y servicio. Habitación muy limpia y super cómoda. Pudimos hacer el check-in casi dos horas antes.

Great place, great staff, just perfect for holidays

The staff were so friendly and helpful, always ready to welcome us and help. The room was spacious, clean, comfortable, had quite big balcony and had every stuff that was needed. There is a parking and even if it was full, the staff member helped us find a place to park our car which was so nice. Breakfast was great, had vegetarian options. We really enjoyed our stay there!

Struttura comoda a 2 minuti dall’aeroporto. Si raggiunge Funchal in 10 minuti di auto. Albergo pulito con ampia camera da letto dotata di balconcino. Nelle vicinanze ristoranti dove poter cenare se non si sceglie di mangiare in albergo dove comunque c’è un buon rapporto qualità/prezzo La sera del mio compleanno mi hanno sorpreso offrendomi una bottiglia di spumante portandomela in camera. Parcheggio piccolo ma i ragazzi dell’albergo cercano sempre una soluzione per risolvere l’eventuale problema.

Habitación muy amplia, parking gratuito hasta completar aforo, situación, desayuno abundante con platos calientes hechos al momento.

En nuestra habitación (107) se veían pasar de vez en cuando unas hormigas pequeñitas. Las toallas son un poco pequeñas.

Ontbijt en diner waren uitstekend

Veel te weinig stopcontacten in de kamer. De locatie was druk, maar handig voor de afstand naar de luchthaven. De parkeergarage vroeg wat manoeuvreerkunst.

Des fourmies dans notre literie en pleine nuit, exécrable.lla literie n'a même pas été changée.juste un nettoyage rapide.de la chambre. Coffre individuel inopérant (pas de clefs). Vue d'un pont auto routier juste à côté de nos fenêtres..

Convenient for the airport and a pleasant stay

The underground parking was welcome as it was raining heavily when we arrived. The hotel had ramps everywhere, great for luggage with wheels. The people at reception were very good. We stayed here the night before leaving the country and needed to fill our rental car before returning it. We were given directions, which were welcome as the petrol station wasn't on the road out of town.

Our room was small, although we couldn't use the outdoor area because of the rain. Comfortable and modern anyway, so no real complaints. The parking area needed a bit of care for getting out - spaces were smallish and there are a lot of pillars to avoid.

Nice pleasant couple of days after exploring the island

Nice location short walk to local restaurants/promenade. 10 mins to airport. Nice relaxing couple of days after exploring a large part of the island. Staff very helpful. Room was excellent and pool area was nice and very quiet during our stay

May not be for everyone with noise of nearby motorway and being so close to airport it is quite noisy but didn’t bother us.

Exceptional

Everything! Staff was super friendly (shout out to Jonattan for thw friendly tips and going over and beyond to help us). Room was amazing. Bed was comfy. Breakfast was very good with a cook that prepares what you like (a menu to choose from) + they have a buffet.
