We had a very enjoyable 2 night stay with Jeffery and Jenny and it was value for money.

The accommodation met all of our needs as we were only using the bedroom at night. The host family perfect for the job and breakfast was a bonus.

For what we required (a bedroom) it was perfect.

Excellent stay at a very friendly B&B.

Excellent stay whilst visiting family. Rooms clean and comfortable. Jeffrey and Jenny made us feel at home. Breakfast was a continental breakfast with a cooked special each day (waffle, toastie, French toast,raisin toast). Very convenient for metro into the city.

Not overly keen on tea and coffee in room but that is the same for most places.

Great stay

Jeffrey and his wife are extremely lovely and will do everything they can to make you feel comfortable Jeff cooked a great breakfast, each morning was different On the doorstep of the train station, 20 mins to the city centre Parking infront of the property

Would have given a 10 but upon checking out, Jeff charged us 5 dollars for a "stained" face towel

We stayed at the Arcadian bed and breakfast for 4 nights and it was lovely. Jeffrey is the sweetest. He welcomes you in his house and makes you feel at home. Every morning he made sure to cook us a different breakfast and suggested us some places to visit that turned out to be amazing. The room had everything we needed if not more and was comfortable in every way. In front of the bed and breakfast there's plenty of space to park the car and in the back there's a gate that allows you to reach the station in a couple of minutes. Definitely recommended! See you next time, Jeffrey :)

Jeffrey was a delight!

Jeffrey was a delightful host and went to every effort to make us feel welcome and comfortable. Very close to a train station and a shopping center within walking distance. We mainly used Ubers to get around, I would recommend getting a rental to get around Perth, and there's parking available on site!

I didn't understand that the accommodation was one big property and not separate units. But the room was locked and noise wasn't an issue!

A delightful stay

Jeffrey was so incredibly friendly, it was a delight staying at Arcadian. The breakfast was excellent and something different every day, and the conversation was always enjoyable!

My friend is a light sleeper and found that she could hear the other guests as they came and went, however as a somewhat heavier sleeper, this didn't bother me at all.

Absolutely fabulous

From the moment Geoffrey opened the door till we left, it felt like a home away from home. Geoff not only had a continental breakfast supplied for us but also cooked something different each day. His personality and attention to us was so comforting. On our last day he made breakfast early for us so we could have something before we went to the airport for an early flight. Unfortunately his wife had just had an operation so we only saw her briefly but she was also such a beautiful person. Nothing was a problem for them and if we needed anything we only had to ask. Would highly recommend his BNB. Will definitely be booking with him again. Thanks Sue & Frank

The facilities are adequate, but by no means comparable to othe B & B's at which I have stayed.

The breakfast was very disappointing; high in carbs and low in healthier options, such as fruit.

If a room is advertised for two, there needs to be comfortable seating for two. A desk chair does not cut it. It is understood the problem was compounded because the general sitting area outside the room was restricted to times when the host was home and made the room available. His wife was just discharged from hospital, so that constituted unusual conditions for the host. Even so, he IS running a business and should have had back-up assistance available to him in such a circumstance.

B&B gem

Jeffrey and Jenny were very welcoming, friendly and helpful. Breakfast every morning was always sumptuous with Jeffrey adding his little surprises daily. Another bonus is the train station which is accessible just outside his back door, yet there is no sound from trains or vehicles reaching inside to disturb the guests. Jeffrey is always full of advice and guidance about things to do around the area. Feels like a home away from home.

it seems like that the bed sheet and pillows cover wasn’t doing laundry because, smell so bad and it feels like stale. and he just provide breakfast only once. even our room condition was including breakfast.

Very comfy room, great ensuite bathroom, excellent location, but the best thing is the hosts they are amazing

Very friendly and welcoming family. Jeffrey is helpful and makes sure that your stay is trouble free. LComfortable, clean room with great facilities. Private parking. Cooked breakfast that changes daily. Close to the shopping centre and public transport.
