From arriving at the departure terminal the staff were welcoming, informative and happy nothing was too much for them. The suite which we had was beautiful
The drinks were reasonably priced and very nice. The food was great . The itinerary was well put together and ran seamlessly.
Having to leave, after 2 nights.

Unique and comfortable experience. Great excursions each day. Rooms were comfortable with big windows to see the great views. Food was great and always well fed. Staff were lovely and helpful and always provided the little bit extra.
Wifi didn’t work, drinks very expensive. Boat could do with some general maintenance. Aircon in rooms and dining area wasn’t very good so hard to cool down.

It is a fantastic experience for my whole family. The cruise is so elegant. The staff are very nice and supportive. Meals are excellent.
The cruise is super quiet.
A little bit confusing in getting to the wharf. Google map is not correct.
There is a small amount of water leaking in our room after a heavy rain

Beautiful interior, very helpful staff. Amazing views and tour options
Great food options and catered to dietary requirements easily.
Transfer options seemed expensive but actually we tried booking our own and had bad experience so would recommend using the property transfer services

Nice experience. Fun to try fishing squids!
If you’re going there for local food, the choice won’t be huge. In any case, the food was really good!

Rooms were okay. We had hoped to do some kayaking but it wasn't in the itinerary. Prices of drinks are expensive but the food (that is included) is really good.

Comfortable rooms, excellent bathroom, amazing views and good food overall
Some things that were listed before like massages and happy hour were not available on board because it was low season I guess.

We did the 2 night cruise. The trip on a smaller day boat to the less crowded Lan Hà bay on the second day is the highlight of the cruise
Vegetarian food options are limited!

We had the best time from start to finish! Beautiful boat with great facilities and really friendly and attentive staff! Great excursions to islands and caves in the Bay. We were there for New Years Eve and they really went above and beyond to make the experience really special. Highly recommend to anyone looking to explore Halong Bay.

Indochine Sails Cruise was a great experience respecting the boat, the service, and the beautiful room.
The transfer from the hotel is a rip off. They pick you up way too early. The drop you in a pearl shopping center for half an hour under the pretext of a restroom stop. Then you have another hour waiting at the pier before boarding. The return wasn't better, since we had to wait for almost an hour at the pier before we were picked up.
The cruise made two stops for visits: Ti Top Island and surprise beach. Both were extremely crowded and not that enjoyable. I didn't feel I got the best out of Halong Bay in this cruise. I missed some kayaking or visiting some less crowded island. On the second day we just returned the same way we went the day before. By the way, the cruise starts at 12pm and returns at 11am. Please don't call it a 2-day cruise.

We had a booking for another cruise which wasnt full, so they upgraded us to the superior category. Also, I am a vegan and the staff was very careful to show me what I could and couldn't eat and even cook something special for me.
The program was well organised and they organize a transfer bus from and to Hanoi.
Highly recommendable!

The ship and rooms are very clean. The food was good. I really loved the kayaking - that was our favorite activity. We did it just before sunset so it was very peaceful and the lighting was beautiful for photos. The itinerary is good. Enough to keep you busy but not too much - you can still relax and enjoy the beautiful scenery.
I also really enjoyed that this ship was quiet, had a relaxed atmosphere that is good for couples. (There was another cruise out on the bay that played their music so loud, I was happy to not be on one of those ships).
Our English-speaking guide, Tung, was very helpful and friendly.

Even though it was a smaller boat, my husband and I really enjoyed our stay. We were the only ones there (including the crew) and it just made our honeymoon a lot more special. We had the whole place to ourselves. The staff were also very helpful and made sure our stay was an amazing one. Special shout-out to Eric for being so great!
Overall everything was amazing. The downside would just be that The room was just a bit dusty and the drinks can get a bit pricey.

Balcony id not usable. I paid more to be able to sit in a chair and table in the balcony but there’s no space nor chairs. The photos in Booking don’t show the balcony.
Staff doesn’t speak great english. Food isn’t great.
Drinks are super expensive onboard, sort of an abuse.
I suppose that for the same price you can get better, but don’t know since is the only one I tool.

Everything. It was excellent.
We arrived back at Port at 10.30 on day 2. So shorter than expected and it's a bit of a push to say it's a 2 day cruise. Less than 24 hours.
