Muito próximo da Praia de Canasvieiras, podendo aproveitar o nascer do sol .

Possui tudo no quarto: talheres , copo, prato, microondas , fogão.

A água do chuveiro não esquentava, para tomar banho no frio foi bem difícil .

No sé si volvería…

A una cuadra de la playa. Todo el personal es muy amable. Todo muy limpio.

Cama y almohada incómodas. Cortinas no logran cerrar completamente para que no entre luz. Ventilador y aire acondicionado ruidosos. Toallas de baño muy gastadas. Desayuno todos los días igual.

Buena ubicación

Lo mejor es la ubicación, muy cerca de la playa y el centro. El hotel cumple, tiene sala de juegos con pool, mesa de ping pong y taca taca. Otro aspecto que destaco es que arriendan sillas y kitasol a un precio muy razonable. Personal muy amable.

No me gusto mucho el desayuno, la variedad está bien pero no me gustó que los jugos no fueran naturales y que se sirvieran en vaso plástico. Otro aspecto a mejorar es la piscina, la escalera es muy corta, lo que dificulta a una persona de mayor edad. La limpieza diaria no era muy meticulosa.

The location was the best

The breakfast and the swimmingpool.

We didn't like of the television and the wi fi was very weak.

mold in crib

the kitchen staff was very helpful

I requested a crib for my 1 year old baby … I got to the hotel at 10pm and when I was given the crib I was too tired and it was too dark to see that the crib was filled with mold ..my baby the next morning was up before me and because he is teething he puts everything in his mouth ..he had put in his mouth parts of the crib where the mold was ..my baby who is 1 was in danger of being sick ..I complained the next morning to the staff and they told me that all the cribs they had were covered in mold because of the temperature where they kept the crib ..a few hours later they put a crib in the room that was old and the mattress didn’t fit properly ..the second crib was made out of wood and was old but had no mold that I could see ..I complained to booking.com and they said they couldn’t help me with anything and that they were sorry ..I had a good experience except for the fact that the crib was moldy and my baby was in danger of catching a sickness from the mold ..I am not happy that the company told me that they couldn’t do anything about my problem ..I felt that they should do more about the safety of a baby and that they did not care wether my baby was safe from this mold or not

TERRIBLE !!!!

it was close to the beach

We stayed just 3 days , tried to ask for a partial refund, they refused. the building was not well kept. The wi-fi did not work for 3 days. we were told there were many TV chanels, there were 3- we could not load netflix or any apps. there was a large crack in the sliding glass door to the balcony, it was very cold and drafty. the breakfast was terrible- the bread was old , served cheese was old. Asked for more towels, lady refused until we return existing towels

Perfect!

comfortable and clean, close to the beach. About 4 squares to restaurants and supermarkets but this was not a problem. Hotel is old outside and new inside doors, with a small kitchen, microwave and oven perfect for families with kids. I”ll come back.

We accomplished what we set out to do.

The location was good if you wanted a beach close by. There were also many tourist shops nearby.

The food wasn't catered to a vegetarian diet. The selection tended to be poor. The internet was poor at times.

Old style outside, modern and clean inside hotel. Surprised!

Very close to the beach, in a non busy crowded area (quiet enough a baby to sleep). The inside room was awesome, modern and clean, including a renewed toilet.

The breakfast area keeps the old building style (ok, could be a charm) but the space available to buffet was quiet little. Could have more coffee stations.

wonderful stay

Great location, very close to the beach. Staff (specially Mohamed) very kind and helpful. Apartment is well equipped. many restaurants nearby.

Nice place

Everything was very good, close to the perfect beach, a lot of supermarkets around, super friendly and helpful staff!! I recommend this place!

Not very various breakfast, but still very good! Strange napkins instead of toilet paper.
