Very friendly owner and housekeeper. Our room was kindly preferred during cleaning, since we arrived with our baby and we were too early in Quedlinburg.
We had Apartment No. 7 and everything that should be in a holiday apartment was there and it was very clean.
The street cleaning was at 5 a.m., but our baby had already woken us up and the street cleaning drove past the house in a short time.
We would love to come back and can only highly recommend this accommodation.
Thank you for your very good service, hospitality and for all
In advance we found the negative comments and ratings from other guests completely inappropriate.
Other former guests schould perhaps find out more about Quedlinburg or traveling in Germany (e.g. shop opening hours) before you are writing a negative reviews because yourself were poorly prepared for the trip.
Yes and sorry to the guests who are going to Germany and expect everyone speaks English. May I ask what your knowledge of the German language looks like...?
I also don't understand some of the guests which washing the dishes up sloppily and then leaving them for the following guests in a bad condition.
I also don't understand how you can burn the food in a steel pot or steel pan in such a way, that the pots and pans turn black. This is not the fault of the housekeeper or the owner. This is the ignorance of other guests

Large place, clean and confortable for a family - 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom (appartment 9)
Poorly wifi connection - in one of the bedrooms it was impossible to connect.

Big apartment, nice host
Uppet unit has leaning roof (need to bend when infront of fridge for example), some windows have no blinds

Nice and clean, spacious for two people and great location. Comfortable bed and great shower. Friendly hosts.
Kitchen did not have oil included. Warm weather and no aircondition meant we had to keep a window open during the night which made it a bit noisy.

directly on a Main Street but walking to old town
no communication before day of stay, reception didn’t speak English and she left after we checked in, promised parking but there is only street parking, loud noises from road, no cafes open early

Great location very close to the old centre of Quedlinburg. The apartment was clean.
We were in apartment 9, which had very queaky floorboards throughout, they even shook the cupboard in one of the bedrooms. The wifi was also poor with it being unusable in one of the rooms. The light over the dining table also didn't work.

Apartment is very big with great view.
Location is perfect, right on a square.
It's a roof top apartment with several beautiful windows.
1.0 / 5.0
location and view is good
1 - the worst communication I had with the host was here: if you ask a few questions, maybe you will get answer for just 1, to get second - you have to ask again. When we checked in - no more answers untill now.
2 - Appartment has no shower gel, shampoo, but it’s told there are free toiletries. We had just 1 piece of soap. I couldn’t believe this was true, but had to wash my hair with soap. Remember, you are in a super small city where there's almost no places to buy anything, and all closes at 8 oclock.
3 - I believe we had linens only for 1 bed, reservation was for 3 people. Something was on the bed, but it looked like mattress topper with lots of someones hair and eyelashes - I had to sleep in closes
4- we had to pay with cash, this is not told anywhere (maybe I didn’t see this, ok)
5 - the most awful check in I've ever had - we didn’t know how to check in (no instructions from property) until we came to Appartment and had to call to property with international roaming. I was not shure if anyone come's there. What if I had no possibility to call? Very dissapointed with this stay, don't reccomend.

The location and the facility were great. Owner helpful and kind.
The WiFi wasn't so great and there were no soap/shower gel (kinda needed for a short stay)

Location is good and easily accessible. A very large and spacious room, tiled floors throughout. The bedroom windows looked straight out onto the street, but it was still quiet.
Very clean bed linen and towels!
There was no microwave as in the description in the ad and the heaters didn't work. As the whole floor is cold, it got a little uncomfortable when we were out of bed.

The location is excellent, very close to the Altstadt(Old town). Ample parking opportunities are available near the property, e.g. free street parking just opposite the property (if you are lucky to get a slot). The main attractions are within 15 minutes by walk.
Especially praiseworthy is the easy chair/comforter provided in the hall - helped us relax after a long day touring nearby towns!
A recommendation to travellers: consider calling up the property 15-20 minutes before you reach there, so that someone from the management can be present to handover the keys (we didn't, and had to wait - not an issue, as we could enjoy the view of the nearby town square).
The kitchen was smaller than it appeared in the photographs, but otherwise was fully functional.
4.5 / 5.0
Located in the city center, shared parking in front of the apartment, spacious and clean rooms, a kitchenette where you can cook yourself, etc. Everything was good. But it was unpleasant to charge 10 euros for a coupon that I thought to provide as a service.
