Was not expecting luxury for what I paid, but this place is barely fit for human habitation.

Well served by buses to City centre, bed was comfortable, WiFi was fast. Plenty of toilet roll, towels and washing up liquid.

Constant sound of trickling water outside bedroom, even when not raining. Virtually no natural light. Views from windows were of a filthy alleyway and fire escape. Constant loud noise from upstairs neighbours. Only one cooking shelf in oven with only one cooking tray, which was greasy to the touch and so not clean. Leaking shower. Paint peeling from wall. Grimy wall fittings. Floors gritty and dirty underfoot. No plug in kitchen sink, making shaving impossible as no mixer tap in sink and hot water was extremely hot. Dirty cutlery and cutlery drawer full of food crumbs. Previous occupants razor left on shower unit, suggesting area not cleaned properly. Communal area filthy, with cobwebs/dead flies above as you approach flat door. Mouldy remnants of previous occupiers' rubbish at bottom of bin. Given joining instructions at last minute, which did not inspire confidence as was already travelling to Swansea when they arrived.

It's location is great. Easily accessible to the city centre as well as the university.

It was not warm enough, the building is a bit worn out, sound travels easily between flats. The main entrance is always dark which meant it did not feel at nights.

Absolutely great place to stay and self check in which was really good

The location was really good... plenty of shopping facilities (Tesco etc) 5 minutes from the city centre and really comfortable. There is also good WiFi

No central heating ( there is portable heating to be fair and it wasn't cold at all) Not much natural light in apartment 2 but that's fine as the lighting was good. No TV :-(

overall you get what you pay for, it’s a good value for money place to bunk down

good size studio with everything you could need for a weekend break. good location just off the top of uplands means you can pop to the shop easily and you have some good options for food and drinks in without needing to go into the centre. it’s also a short walk from the beach so a good all rounder for those wanting to get a taste for Swansea.

The curtain between the bedroom and bathroom doesn’t offer much privacy - other reviews have mentioned this so was expected but still is as unpleasant as they mentioned. it could have been cleaner: a couple of items in the cutlery drawer had to be washed to be used as they were put away quite dirty.

Very good

Very convenient little flat, had everything we needed! There was WiFi which the advert said there wasn't, so that was a nice surprise!

The toilet didn't have a door, just a curtain.

good location

Upon entering the property, it was apparent it had not had a deep clean in months. There was dust all down the side of the bed and on the bedside table, there was a dead fly by the glasses and other crockery and the towels provided were dirty. The property was extremely cold. There was a singular heater in the bedroom however, I woke up freezing multiple times as this heater was insufficient. The shower had one of the worst water pressures I have ever seen. The oven similarly lived up to the inadequate standards as it was filthy. We found a hair in the bed, me and my girlfriend both have very short hair, this hair belonged to somebody with long thick black hair. This indicates the bed we were sleeping in was not deeply cleaned. Outside the property in the garden was a dirty handprint on the window sill and a soggy empty packet of cigarettes which again shows it has not been cleaned. We left the property 10 minutes late and were encouraged to hurry up because of the cleaners, however I struggle to believe that they would be in much of a rush seeing as they don't do their jobs anyway. We are two students who needed a weekend away for valentines and although the price suggests we won't be getting The Ritz, I still expect it to be clean and warm.

Adequate for a one night stay, but unsuitable for any length of time,

Good wifi. Plenty of very hot water.

Loud late night noise from occupant above bedroom. General poor quality of room flooring and furniture. Generally not very clean. Poor ventilation in bathroom. No plug for sink meant washing was difficult! Front access very dark at night, needed torch to operate key box.

Very good, lovely flat.

The location of the flat was great, only 15/20 minute walk from town plus taxis available in the area. We did struggle at one point to unlock the door either it was frozen or locked from inside however I would definitely recommend this place to others and will most likely look to booking there again if I need to! A lovely space to stay in for the night and longer if you're looking for that!

the bed is awful the toilet is right next to the bed with a curtain the bedroom smells of cat pee the whole building is damp my clothes were damp in the morning not very warm

Although the flat was in good location getting around Swansea, due to the cold spell during our stay the heating in the

Due to the very cold weather during our stay we found the heating was not adequate enough and we were very cold most of the time we even brought a duvet to put on the bed for extra warmth. The inner door leading from the front door did not close properly so the cold was coming down the hallway straight to flat. Also a drain smell was apparent every morning in the bathroom which was quite apparent and did not disappear until late morning. the oven could also do with a deep clean.

An excellent value for money stay.

The location and price were superb. The host was quick to reply to messages and was very friendly. We will return as for a full flat with a kitchen we were very happy.
