Mon meilleur moment au Vietnam

Tout est absolument superbe du début à la fin. L’emplacement, la chambre avec terrasse et vue sur mer était absolument géniale, les différentes catégories d’hôtel regroupées qui nous permet de faire toutes sortes de rencontres! Mention spéciale pour la piscine, euh les 2 piscines ! Et le bar restaurant. Bravo et Merci à Manon et Julian qui viennent de reprendre le lieu et sont aux petits soins. Je suis triste d’être partie ! Vous pouvez y aller les yeux fermés. Idéal entre potes ou quand on voyage seule. Aussi, j’ai pris le tour du matin avec l’hôtel c’était vraiment super je vous le conseille. Le réveil a 4h en vaut la peine.

Il faut savoir qu’il y a un chemin à monter depuis la route principale qui est court (100/150 max) donc pas un problème pour moi mais peut etre pour certains. Il est très facile de demander au premier scooter de nous monter !! Et petit cela permet une vue sur la mer.

lovely family, hired bike for cheap (and reliable), ping pong & pool table, bar and food both lovely, location spot on and lovely view from roof top bar, pools clean and relaxing, softest bed in Vietnam (out of 10 hotels)

Nice huge terrasse :)

The bed was so hard, the staff never cleaned our room and we stayed for 6 nights. We had to go to the reception twice the get toilett paper. The hotel is to expensive comparing to the facilities.

disappointed

rooms and balcony were spacious

reception had loud music opposite so couldn’t hear staff. only one door key for 2 people. no lift available on reception floor. decor dated and jaded. bed linen and towels dated jaded and coarse. sink flodded floor from drainage outlet. bedroom light flashing during night even when turned off. request for replacement towel due to flooding ignored. no tea or coffees provided no complimentary water provided. when locked out of room took 30 minutes to get access.

Fantastic staff and facilities. Close to a really good and clean beach. Close to some local restaurants. Poolside bar and restaurant with great views.

Great location, good views, 2 swimming pools, front desk girl was super nice and attentive.

Older lady working the bar by the pool was really rude.

This property was really nice. Clean and comfortable and the pool area was gorgeous. The rooms were nice and big too with good wifi. Also only a 5 minute walk to the beach and a few minutes walk to some lovely restaurants. The hotel is up a very steep hill so may not be suitable for everyone. The tours they provide were only for one person and not for many people from the hotel due to covid?? As a solo traveller I did not feel safe going on a sunrise tour in the middle of the night with a male driver so this was a bit disappointing as I didn’t get to do any tour. The staff at the bar/restaurant were so so so rude so I didn’t eat or drink here. Apart from this, I really enjoyed my stay.

Only fours for 1 person available and expensive. Bar/ restaurant staff very very rude but the reception staff were very friendly.

Good price but need as a cleaning

Nice view from the room and good price. Pet friendly that was our main reason for booking

Everything is full of cob webs and spiders even at the pool the loungers are full of spider webs. My room had so many little red ants and spiderwebs from the roof and next to the bed and they are old ones as they are dusty and grey from age. We asked for cleaning of the ants and ended up cleaning out own room after the fourth time asking.

Nice big room and balcony.

No complimentary water. We drank water in the mini fridge assuming that was the complementary watee, it wasn't. There wasn't any complemenatry water to be found in the room. Pool also closes at 7. The staff did not inform that as well and wasn't posted anywhere I could see.

It is a nightmare 😭

I just like the pool and the host say hello as having breakfast.

The room is very hot because the conditioner was not maintenant regularly, it seems to be a stow. Receptionist goes to sleep at 9pm and you cannot call anyone at that time. Hotel is on the hill and does not have parking car. So many motobikes run around the hotel in small pathway, it's very dangerous, neightbors sing karaoke everyday, and very noisy outside, the frontway is slope down to the ground so be careful with children. The breakfast is so teribly with 3$, I think you can find outside shop for better breakfast or dinner.

Was good, but can be improved, no staff in evening to serve anything.

The location in nice, pool and tables around is cute

The pools were not very clean, very poor break-fast. I've ben here before, it used to be better before Covid, a little disappointed with this. Staff not cleaning much the area, had breakfast on one table Saturday, on Sunday, it was still not cleaned.

Nice place to stay and chill!

Muine hills bliss is placed in the hill which gives you the great view from the sand dune hill to the town and beach. The hotel is in the local alley so it’s quite calm and friendly, near the enter to the beach as well. The pools here are beautiful at daytime and nighttime. I have been here during the Lunar New Year so let’s say it’s the great time to enjoy the new year holidays!

The staffs there they are trying their best and are friendly but maybe coz the new year time so they were a bit confused or not really standby for everything, I stayed there for 5 days and I asked them to clean the room in the third day but I need to asked them 3 times to do that.

The location of the place is great. Amazing pool on the hills and great for sunsets overlooking the beach. The staff was very accommodating and kind as well

Very good

Due to the pandemic it was very quiet when we stayed here and many shops, restaurants and other businesses in Mui Ne were closed. The hotel is in a good location up the hill with nice views overlooking the bay. Big room with large balcony and comfortable bed.

Superb

The staff was ernormeously friendly and by arriving I got a free upgrade of my room to a bigger room with a big balcony with sea-view. The restaurant at the pool has a very nice view and the breakfast was delicious.

Party in the evening, which started early and was a big loud, although my room was very quiet
