Someone once said, “A real friend is someone who takes a vacation on a sun-drenched beach and does not send a card”. You might not have any friends after a vacation at 7 41st Ave, since you will want to let everyone know what a wonderful time you are having on the Isle of Palms at this wonderful home.
You could make your postcard with a picture of the private swimming pool at 7 41st Avenue. It is beautiful and very unusual that a four-bedroom home would feature a private pool. When it is time to hit the beach, a beach access path is ideally situated at the end of the block so that in five minutes you can be enjoying the “Blue Wave Beach”, a national award given to the Isle of Palms for the cleanliness of the beach and ocean. You might want to even send your friends back home a sand dollar, which is often found on the Isle of Palms while walking the surf.
The first level of 7 41st Avenue features a bedroom with a queen bed, as well as the living room, dining room, kitchen, and family room. The living room is comfortable and includes two sofas, luxurious leather chairs, and a flat-screen television. You will find that the kitchen is perfect for that low country boil with granite countertops and stainless-steel appliances. The dining area has room for the entire family with seating for ten. This house was perfect for our family for a weeklong getaway. I love the location near the beach, it was relaxing to sit by the pool, and the kitchen was very well equipped for easy meals at home. The area was very quiet and the beach was absolutely beautiful. I’d recommend, this place to anyone!

Check in was SO easy!
Safe community, location is on a slightly busy street because the Marina is as the end of the road.
Home was clean and available for check in at a reasonable time.
Pool satisfied time needed to relax at the house.
Furniture as clean, beds were comfortable, wifi was excellent.
Our expectations were exceeded!
- only issue we had was lights for pool and downstairs porch did not work or were not labeled for us to know how to turn on.

We had a family vacation of 11 people (ages range from 2-83). It was comfortable and just as pictured. We had a few problems with the dishwasher and refrigerator but the contact person was very responsive and everything was taken care of quickly. The very short walk to the beach was convenient. This was our first time not directly on the beach. I did miss that. The screened in back porch was lovely. I only wish there would have been some cleaning supplies there. It wasn't terribly clean- not that I would have wanted to clean- but I would have wiped some things down. It just looked like end of season and it needs a deep clean (cabinets, floors, windows). Also, there is no toaster.

Perfect location for a family beach vacation. Property was as listed with plenty of space inside and out. Private pool was a plus as well as the large screened in porch. Kitchen was well stocked for those who love to cook. Short walk to the beach made coming back and forth a breeze. Loved the quiet non-populated beach! Highly recommend IOP and everything it has to offer.

We really enjoyed our stay. The property looked just as pictured in the listing, and was a short and easy walk to the beach, even with a baby. We absolutely loved the pool and screened-in porches. Some appliances could use updated, but nothing major. Would stay again!

We had a great time! Loved the pool and location! No complaints with rooms and loved the kitchen and back porch. The washer sounded like it was going to break even with a light load. Also the toaster was broken and we had to keep buying ice due to the ice maker not producing enough. Thank you for a wonderful week!

We throughly enjoyed ourselves!! The house, beach, and location were perfect as was our time together. The only issue we had was the disorganized kitchen. The cabinets and drawers were in a disarray. One quick minute by owners or housekeeping and this could be easily resolved. It was very frustrating trying to locate our needs but we managed. Other than that, we had an amazing time and the rental agency was very prompt and efficient when our air went out:) Thank you!

This home hit ALL of our needs. Close to the beach, away from the Memorial Day crowds, and the pool was perfect. The screened in porches were the place to be since we had cooler weather.

We loved, loved, loved the pool and used it several times each day. We especially enjoyed the pool the day it was cleaned.
We did have to kill a few wasps at the pool and on the front porch. There's a nest in the window SE corner upstairs. Maybe more. We also loved the rockers on the front porch. We needed to wash towels. We found the washer got uneven each time we washed towels no matter how hard we tried to level the load. The dryer took more than one cycle to get things dry.
The kitchen was excellent and more than adequate for making our meals except the toaster burns half of the bread and doesn't toast the other. You need to replace the toaster. The lovely, sturdy dining furniture both inside and out were greatly appreciated.
When we arrived the recycle was already full, so we kept recycle in grocery bags until the container was emptied on Wednesday. You might want to consider another recycle container. We would also suggest a kitchen scissors.
All the furniture in the house was fine and we found all the beds adequate except the one in the NW front upstairs room is not comfortable for 2 people. They rolled to the center.
Some of us had to spend some time checking in at work. We found only one, maybe two but definitely not 3 could be on the internet at a time.
The red wagon in the basement was perfect for getting the "littles" to and from the beach. Thanks!
We needed more kitchen towels and you brought them right over. That was super. Thanks!

This property was perfect for our family. The house itself was a great size and was exactly as it appeared online. The walk to the beach was so short and simple. We went numerous times a day and were able to enjoy the pool in between our beach visits so everyone was happy. We would most definitely stay here again if (when) we return to Isle of Palms.

Wonderful, comfortable home conveniently located near the IOP marina and just one block from the beach. Spacious home with a huge master bedroom and another large bedroom with two queen beds (as well as two additional bedrooms). The backyard pool area felt secluded and provided for a relaxing environment. We will definitely be back!
