Just when you are ready to escape the daily grind, “11 Lagoon Villa” will be waiting for you with the light on. It’s the southern way; laugh off the grit and shed the outside world, as you step into this charming two-bedroom villa. 11 Lagoon Villa is constantly being renovated by the owners who take pride in their island home getaway. It currently features all the amenities to make you feel comfortable including upgraded bathrooms, granite countertops, stainless steel appliances, all new furnishing and bedding, crown molding, paneled doors and wainscoting, and floating wood tile flooring throughout the entire villa.

Tucked away right in the middle of all the Wild Dunes action, 11 Lagoon Villa is within walking distance to the beach, tennis courts, pools, snack shacks, and shopping. You can almost smell the salt air blowing through the warm sea island breeze. You can even take a short bike ride to the Isle of Palms Marina to rent a boat for the day or go on a fishing tour.

One bedroom features a king bed and the other two queen beds, flat-screen televisions, both with private bathrooms. To compliment the wonderful furnishings at 11 Lagoon Villa is the view from the balconies that overlook the swimming pool at Lagoon Villa, which is surrounded by lovely landscaping.

11 Lagoon Villa is perfectly located in Wild Dunes with almost all of the amenities of the community located one block away. A wide stretch of beach is easily accessed down a beach path just across the street from 11 Lagoon Villa. Within a five-minute walk, your family can be on the beach or enjoy lunch at one of many restaurants open during the summer. With a five-minute walk, you can also be at the Harbor Golf Course Pro Shop, Children’s Playground, Basketball Court, or the Sand and Sea Spa. Accidental Damage Protection: A non-refundable accidental damage protection plan has been included in the price of your reservation. Under this plan, you will not be held responsible to pay for accidental damage or loss to the rental property resulting from you or others in your party up to $2000. This plan does not cover intentional acts of a guest, gross negligence, or willful and wanton conduct, and/or damages caused by pets. This plan is not available for reservations 28 days or longer or reservations that require a security deposit.

This is a smoke-free property. Violation of the no-smoking policy will result in forfeiture of the security deposit, a $300 smoking fee, and liability for any fire or property damage costs.

As part of our commitment to being good neighbors, occupancy limits and quiet hours (9pm-8am) are strictly enforced. No speakers or sound systems will be provided for use in our properties. Violation of any noise ordinances will be subject to fines that can reach up to $10,000 per violation.

Events or parties are not allowed without prior written approval and an additional fee. Any unauthorized parties or events will be shut down and a fine will be assessed. Please inquire for more information about our event policies and fees.

Lagoon Villa 11 is our favorite, 3rd time we’ve stayed here. The 1 king, 2 queen setup accommodates our group perfectly. The location is great, close to pool and short walk to beach. The Villa is tastefully decorated, always clean and stocked with starter supplies, most desired kitchen utensils… couldn’t find a funnel. Definitely recommend Lagoon Villa 11!

The villa was spacious, decorated nicely, and very clean. We enjoyed the close proximity to the beach. And Charleston was about twenty minutes away. Lots of good restaurants nearby. A perfect vacation.

the day we arrived, I notified the manager that there was no hot water in what would be the guest bathroom. Despite repeated calls to Beachside Vacations and even stopping into the office we left 30 days later without hot water. They know what the problem is. A new instant hot water heater was installed but never wired. All it needs is a new service run and a new breaker.I wouldn't rent any property managed by Beachside. I was there for a month and they couldn't fix the hot water. Suppose you were only renting for a week and the refrigerator broke. Good luck getting it replaced before you leave. The property was nice and I'd rent it again but not if Beachside is still the agent.

When we arrived at the property, we smelled an odor, but thought it was just because the unit had been closed up and they had the heat on. ...we were wrong. The unit is quite comfortable, nicely furnished and very clean - so we couldn't figure out what the odor could be. It smelled like a cross between the marsh at low tide and sewage. We turned the a/c on and went out - hoping that would clear things up. Nope. Our stay was for 3 nights... I didn't sleep because of this odor the first or second night and we decided to report the issue to the rental company and check out after the second night. The rental company was responsive and listened to our issue, but denied that there was an odor with the intensity that we described, stating that "there was a slight odor in the kitchen." I'm not sure how that "slight odor" could have permeated both bedrooms with the doors shut - but it DID. Unfortunately, we did not receive a refund for the third night that we didn't stay. It's a shame, because the unit is very nice and is comfortable.... but there's NO WAY I could ever stay there again.

Stellar property for a family of 4! Beautiful heated inground pool right behind the villa and a 2 minute bike to the gorgeous beach! Villa had everything we needed plus they generously provided a $250 beach gear voucher that we used to rent bikes and beach chairs. Rental process was easy and great communication. Would stay here again in a heart beat!

Lagoon Villa #11 did not disappoint. The condo is just lovely and having the pool is key! I did miss not being directly on the beach but the beach access is not far, about a 8 minute walk. The condo has everything you need and I would definitely return!
