About this cabin rental
Looking for a place to stay while in town for a tournament at Rocky Top Sports World? Or a cabin large enough to host a family reunion? Your search is over: Celebration Lodge, a four-bedroom home that can sleep up to eighteen people, is less than a mile from Rocky Top and offers plenty of amenities to keep everyone entertained.
The spacious, sunny great room makes up most of the main floor. There’s plenty of space for everyone to spend time together, even while doing his or her own thing. The living area’s well-cushioned seating invites you to kick back and watch a favorite program on the flat-panel TV, surf the web (Celebration Lodge has free WiFi) or finally read that book you never have time to crack open at home. In winter you’ll love warming yourself by the fireplace in its stacked stone surround.
The adjacent dining area has a large log-style table that can serve as a place to play board games when you’re not enjoying a home-cooked meal (or leftovers from the previous night’s restaurant meal). Once you see the open, well-equipped kitchen, you might find yourself eager to get cooking. Sparkling stainless steel appliances, plenty of cookware and tableware, gleaming countertops, a log-style island: Celebration Lodge’s kitchen has it all.
If you’re wondering where everyone disappeared to, check the downstairs game room. Maybe the kids are watching a movie in the home theater area, which features nine cinema-style seats (you may never want to visit your local movie theater again!). Perhaps the adults are shooting pool at the full-size billiard table, or maybe kids and adults alike are playing foosball. You’ll never be bored at Celebration Lodge!
If your friends and family are amusing themselves in the game room, this might be your chance to slip out onto the deck for a private soak in the hot tub. The combination of steamy jets of water, crisp mountain breeze, and the singing of warblers in the morning or whip-poor-wills at night is a true feast for the senses. You can also savor the sights and sounds from one of the deck rocking chairs. Bring a beverage, settle back, gaze out at the sun-dappled trees… relaxation is practically guaranteed!
Celebration Lodge has four bedrooms and four bathrooms spread out among its three floors. The top floor consists of two suites. The primary bedroom is a bastion of serenity, with a king-size bed, a flat-screen TV, a private bathroom, and an electric fireplace to bathe the wood-planked walls and ceiling in an enchanting golden glow.
The second upstairs suite is more like a sleep-away camp for the kids. With a pair of queen-size bunk beds, it can accommodate up to eight people. There’s also a flat-panel TV, a private bathroom, and a bistro table where the kids can snack, draw, or play board games.
The main floor and downstairs each have a bedroom of their own, with a queen-size bed and a flat-screen TV, as well as a full bathroom. If you need more beds, the sofas in the great room and the game room open into additional queen-size beds.
There’s so much fun to be had at Celebration Lodge, you might want to spend most of your stay right there. But then you’d be missing out on all the attractions just minutes away. The Great Smoky Mountains National Park, for instance, is a must-visit: You can hike or bike its trails, fish, ride horses, and explore waterfalls and historic cabins. Also close by is downtown Gatlinburg, which boasts the Guinness World Record Museum, thrill rides, an aquarium, restaurants, and more. Pigeon Forge, home to Dollywood, the Titanic Museum, outlet shopping, and other activities, is just a few minutes further.
Whether you like to be on the go or prefer keeping it low-key, you’ll love Celebration Lodge. Don’t take our word for it, though: Book your stay today and experience its pleasures firsthand.

The place was great, as described. It is in a small area with several cabins, so its not a place where you have your own outdoor space but the inside was nice. There is no yard area, just a grill near the front porch. The hot tub was not working initially, but the property management people sent out a repair person within 24 hours ish. There are stairs, so if you have little ones then I would bring a baby gate.

Up bedrooms:
Heater to hot or to cool.
Wather pressure not good enough.
The others think very good
Play room perfect.

The cabin was great except for a few issues. The hot tub didn’t work, the dishwasher didn’t work and neither did the latch on the trash bin. The last one allowed a bear to get into the trash which we had to clean up

Great Cabin, plenty of space for 10 people. Its only a few minutes from downtown Gatlinburg. It was clean and comfortable, just what you want on vacation! Would definitely book again!

Would have been better with check in and out instructions posted in book and not emailed . Disappointed about getting dryer fixed prior to check in. You stated it couldn’t be done but then someone was finally sent. Turned out it was just the belt came off and according to repairman happens all the time. We had to make 3 trips to laundry mat before it was fixed. It was a waste of our vacation time.

Family Vacation
We enjoyed our stay at Celebration Lodge! The cabin was clean and very comfortable. When we arrived my son noticed that the hot tub cover was in very poor condition. I emailed the owner immediately so they would know he found it that way. The next morning they sent someone out with a new cover! Very good service! Thank you! We would rent this cabin again!!

Disappointed
-Roaches! I killed 6 & 1 got away
-Freezer didn't work properly, it was cold but wouldn't keep ice cream frozen
-Guest Portal was not updated, had to call Jackson Homes for information needed to enter cabin & wifi
-Power was off for over an hour with no emergency lighting. Was told when I called that there was a rechargable flashlight on each floor which there was NOT.
-not enough kitchen trash bags

This place had seen better days. During our stay we reached out to the management as all the back porch lights were not working . The hot tub was open as well as the cover was left on the side of the porch as if it was ready to go . We are thankful the maintenance addressed it on our last night - we were getting used to the dark by then.
This place has potential but it’s a shame that the owners rent it without updating. We used paper plates mostly as the plates and utensils can’t be washed efficiently by the dishwasher. The dishwasher had other ideas on cleaning. The plates are chipped and may be best to be replaced. The toaster can toast half of what bread you put in and the fridge only can store in the main containment as they have taken out the door shelves. The mixer provided was broken and fortunately we had a whisk and our own knife . By the way they provided knives -all dull and did not have a chopping board. I guess if they are dull why need a board. Considering it accommodates 18 people - there is nowhere for 18 people to sit to eat. School aged kids were having a hard time fitting into the dining table. There were bar stools that were unsafe in the bunk bed room and downstairs.
The blinds need replacement as they haven’t been cleaned and has the tackiest cords. The patio table with no chairs wasn’t cleaned either. The TV would not work in the bunk bed room and the living room TV would freeze. They did have a lot of remotes for what - I don't know. The fireplace did not work. The couch needs to find a new home as it’s really worn out. The kitchen appliances and washer/dryer have reached the point of replacement - they do not function the way they should.
Celebration lodge must have been nice when it was new and whoever took the photos - we would like to hire you. We enjoyed our stay somehow because of the company we had not where we were at. The amount we paid was a lot to just sleep and clean and make do. It was great every room had its own bathroom but that is a given if you stayed in a hotel.
The place has a lot of potential if only the owners would update it. You are charging people to stay and vacation. We are not paying to stay in someone’s basement/ in law suite. Invest in your place and do upkeep.
FYI : Twin beds require two pillows , queensize and king size beds require 4 pillows.
We didn’t come to do camping.

Overall
Everything was super nice, but some bathrooms were missing hand soap. The only other problem was that we didn’t get a check in email, but we called and they were very good about getting it to us. Last was that the wifi was very unstable.

Celebration lodge
Nice bedrooms. Fun downstairs. Very nice back porch areas. Kitchen not spacious. No trash cans in bathrooms. No dishwashing liquid. Not enough seating in main area for a cabin that holds so many people.

Nice place
Everything was as listed however, there were multiple items that partially worked. Basement couch did not work correctly when using the bed function. The toaster was not fully functional. The pool table was not in good shape. The oven and stovetop did not heat properly. One of the chairs on the upper balcony was broken. Overall, we enjoyed our stay but many things could use an update.

This home was the perfect size for a family gathering.
We so enjoyed our stay in Gatlinburg. The cabin was the perfect size for a family get together. We woke up on our last day to a winter wonderland. It was like a post card . Beautiful views. Close to town.

Leaves a Lot to Be Desired
This would be a great cabin if it were maintained and cleaned properly. Unfortunately most of the furniture and amenities have seen better days. The furniture is stained and incredibly uncomfortable- with one of the couches, we might as well have been sitting on the floor. The sofa beds were non-functioning. The plates and kitchen wares were dirty, dishwasher had what appeared to be vomit in it, shower curtains were moldy and tubs drains were so stopped up that the water was in the tub was past our ankles when taking a shower. The frame of the hot tub was broken and it appeared unstable. The air hockey table was broken. I'm not even sure what we were paying for besides a bed to sleep in.
The worst part was that I had read some of the more recent reviews that mentioned similar issues to the ones we experienced and had attempted to contact the Property Management Company TWICE to be sure the issues we being addressed and the only response I was given was that the property was cleaned and maintained by "a reputable company"- but clearly the condition of the cabin is the least of their priorities. We reached out to the Maintenance Staff to get some of the issues resolved during our stay but their effort was minimal and we were told several times that "the owner is aware" of the issues. Clearly the owner doesn't care and neither does the Property Management company.
Do not waste your time and money on this cabin. Look elsewhere!

I brought a small group of senior adults to the area from church. It was perfect for the need.

Beautiful house but dirty
The house was beautiful, alittle smaller than what the pictures made it seem. Housekeeping did a horrible job cleaning, shower curtains had black stains all over, blue soap on wall of shower, visible grease on cupboards. Definitely feel housekeeping should clean better before guest arrive. Several little things were broken (cupboard door hinge, peice of pool table ect.) Overall it worked for a place to sleep and eat. One downfall no yard at all. Maintenance was easy to work with called as soon as I reported problems and offer to fix right away or after we left so they didnt disturb us. We chose to wait since it wasn't anything that needed fixed asap.

Great trip with family
We had an absolute great time with family at the cabin. Everything was as listed. Not sure why some reviews are so low. We would definitely come back. The only blemish at all with this place is that a plank on the outside of the hot tub was busted or missing. But it still worked just fine and the cabin is really nice.

Great vacation.
Had a wonderful vacation. The stay at the cabin was fun but could be cleaned a little better the air hocky game could use a little maintenance wore out. The hot tub outer shell is falling apart. Over all great location for the cabin. A little better cleaning and some extra maintenance cabin would be perfect. Thank u for the stay.

Beautiful place, has some problems.
Overall, the cabin is beautiful and had plenty of space for our party of 10. The kids loved the game room downstairs and the hot tub was super nice. The cabin was conveniently located just a few minutes from the arts and crafts district and downtown Gatlinburg.
However, there were a few things in disrepair such as the air hockey table not working, the handle on the stove was loose, and the arms on the theater chairs were broken. There were several light bulbs out as well.
There was also an issue with housekeeping.. there were several dirty dishes in our cabinets and a dirty glass with liquor was found in our master suite on arrival.
Would consider this place in the future but it will not be our first choice.

A little disappointing.
I have stayed in Gatlinburg cabins for years & this is the first time I’ve been disappointed. I just returned home today. My sister & I stayed in celebration lodge for 2 nights. We took 4 teenagers with us. They had never stayed in a cabin so they were very excited to get there after our 5 &1/2 hour trip. They immediately ran out to the hot tub which was ice cold. I called the after hours maintenance people & they had me try different things which didn’t help then said it just needed time to heat up after the refill. Kids got up the next morning & still ice cold. Finally someone came & repaired it so they did get one evening in the hot tub. The bedroom on the 1st floor had dried food or something on the bedspread so we found another blanket & went on. The bathroom on the first floor had a really bad odor. It smelled like an outhouse so we kept that door shut & had to use the other bathrooms. The downstairs bathroom shower didn’t get hot even after running it for several minutes. We all took showers in the master bedroom because it seemed to have plenty of hot water. My sister & I were looking forward to sitting by the fire & catching up because we live hours from each other. The fire place would not light. After talking to maintenance they called back & said starting April 1st they shut the gas off to the fireplaces. It was 30 degrees outside & before booking this cabin I did not see anything about this. I can’t help but feel like we paid for 2 nights of aggravation. It claims to sleep 18 but I disagree. My sister talked to one lady who said she would talk to her supervisor about getting some money taken off our bill but of course we never heard back from her. I would never recommend this cabin.

Very nice!!
Clean, comfortable, well kept, up to date and enjoyable cabin! Have no problem recommending to others!
It is in a community and we did have loud neighbors a couple of nights but we dealt with it. The gas fireplace was very hard to operate but put out great heat once my husband or son were able to get it working. The location was convenient even though we didn’t have a Mountain View. Overall good place to stay and we enjoyed our much needed vacation time!

The house had issues
Cons
* Spring to the outdoor garbage lock was broken when we arrived -- bear came in the middle of the night and broke into the garbage -- bad for the bear/environment, bad for us
* Plumbing issues in the basement bathroom
* Inadequate toilet paper supply
* Sub-par kitchen supplies
* Gatlinburg restaurants will not deliver to this location
Pros
* A++ master bedroom
* A+ bunk bed room

In need of a cleaning, upgrades and repairs
Our family came from all pats of the USA so it was important that our accommodations were decent.
My daughter saw a review of the previous renter and it stated there were problems with the toilet.
Before our stay I spoke with customer service and was told all issues were resolved. When we arrived there were more issues than the toilet. Shower did not work in MB. Lights in 2 showers did not work. Toilet that was resolved did not work and gnats were coming from bathtub drain.
The carpets and flooring was filthy. You couldn’t walk in your bare feet, your feet were black.
The hottub was outdated and would not get hot.
Ashes, hair and dirt we’re on the uncleand decks.
Very disappointed in the condition of the unit. All customer service could say was “sorry for the inconvenience “

A great home away from home!
The cabin exceeded our expectations. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and we loved the roominess. The gaming tables were a lot of fun and there were plenty of TVs for everyone to watch their own shows. It was great to do laundry before heading home. The location was close to all the great places we visited but far enough to be away from the hustle and bustle. We had to call about a problematic toilet and it was quickly fixed. The cabins are nestled in a beautiful part of the mountains. We would definitely recommend these cabins and return for another trip.

Our Stay in Celebration Lodge in Gaitlinburg
NO it was not anything that we expected renting with 10 people...we rented other homes that were awesome for our group, but this was a nightmare...
The toilet downstairs and the one on the first floor would not flush stool down at all. Everyday I had to call maintenance to come and fix it. After 4 days, he left me a note (which I kept) that told us only to use the toilet downstairs for urination and not stool....this was a great hardship for ten people....the lights on the ceiling fan on our next to last day all blew out the same night...I called about that and they said no one was available to come out. Our trailer we trailered our motorcycle out on was stolen from the bottom of our hill. Police were called. We tried to rent just from the homeowner on VRBO but was not allowed.
There were other things, but this toilet issue was most important

Cozy, nice and clean, easy access to sceneries and attractions
The property fits it's description. It's clean and cozy. We had a raccoon slept on top of the hot tub for 3 days. Welcome to smoky mountains. Location is good, easy to get to town, and national park. Everything you need for a short stay, it's there. If you need to stay longer and want to cook for your group, bring your own knife and more paper towels.

Quiet Mountain Lodge
Great cabin! We had 9 people in our group. The cabin size perfectly accommodated the size of our group! New appliances, bedroom sizes are true to the pictures! The only complaint I have was that one of the pool sticks was broken prior to our stay.
