A superb ONE BEDROOM GROUND FLOOR FLAT in the heart of Camden town. The perfect combination of the comfort of a home on the doorstep of the quiet and atmospheric Regent's canal and 6 min walk from the vibrant Camden Town High Street. This entire 1-bedroom (with high quality mattress), 1 bathroom apartment with large living room, dining area, and kitchen is newly renovated with unique furnishings and décor. It includes WIFI Internet, cable TV, Universal Multi Plug Adapter US / AUS / EU to UK 5 pin, fully equipped kitchen with oven, hob, toaster, washing machine and automatic central heating. This is a self-contained private apartment with no shared facilities. Just minutes away from London’s most exciting and popular attractions, this flat has everything you will need for a comfortable living experience in London.
Located in very safe and eco-friendly neighborhood in Central London- Zone 1, the apartment is walking distance from many restaurants, shops, local supermarkets and ATMs. Transport by metro/tube, bus, and even bicycles are available nearby.
The price will also comprise a long-term discount (for stays longer than 7 nights). And longer then 30 nights even more. The rates include all taxes and utilities, services from WIFI to gas, electricity. No extra costs to pay.

The large L-shaped sofa converts to a double guest bed, and additional guest beds are provided for extra guests or those wanting to sleep alone.
Making meals is easy with the fully equipped kitchen with gas hob, oven, fridge and freezer. From appliances to utensils, you will find everything you need for a meal on the go or a full course sit down dinner. There’s the dinner table with chairs in the pictures, and also new extra funky stools for more guests. Enjoy a morning coffee from our coffee press. A washing machine is conveniently located in the apartment for laundry.
One beautiful double bedroom (double size bed) for peaceful nights with integrated storage and hanging unit, fitted carpet, complete silence, integrated storage and hanging unit, fitted carpet.

The apartment is exceptionally located in Camden Town market well known for its open-air market area with countless shops, pubs and restaurants with its range of shops and restaurants. Camden street markets are London's 4th most visited tourist attraction and comprise Camden Lock market, Buch Street market, Stables market, Camden Lock and an indoor market in the Electric Ballroom where you can find everything from arts, crafts, antiques to alternative clothing. After you have been out shopping and walking through the markets, there are an infinite nightlife venue such as the Electric Ballroom, Jazz Café, KOKO, Roundhouse, Underworld, The Worlds End, Barfly, Proud Galleries and many more where you will enjoy the last music delights, The Regent's canal will take you to the northern edge of Regent's Park which is home of London Zoo. Other well-known attractions in the area include Madame Tussauds, Leicester Square, Abbey Road Studios (St John's Wood) and Oxford Street.

All good. Handy location. Maybe change the blind and the rugs in the bedroom but other than that, no complaints.

A nice flat, pretty much as advertised, communication with the manager was good, a little bit lonely at night to walk, need a couple of simple improvements, very nice in general.

Delightful stay at this lovely flat in Camden with my wife and kids, recently refurbished - much better than the actual pics, great design with a fireplace that is not shown in pics.
Location couldn't have been better, in very quiet residential area only a5-10min the vibrant center of Camden, the bustling markets , it provided convenient access to all the local attractions and amenities.There are a lot of restaurants, bars and coffee shops nearby. Moreover, the kitchen was fully stocked, and the living space was spacious with a large comfortable sofa bed for our children.
Host's incredible support and responsiveness. They were quick to respond and provided detailed instructions for check-in, making the process seamless. They were always available to assist with any queries and ensured we had everything we needed.
Great place, great area, great host. Highly recommended!

Marco and crew are among the most attentive managers we have had the pleasure of dealing with. The flat is not luxurious, as is stated, but perfectly fine with comfortable bed, sofa, etc. The location is excellent with a note that it is right under the Overground, but which didn't bother us at all. The outside of the building could use work. We will happily use this property again when staying in this area. We are rating this 5* based on our overall experience and with grateful thanks to Marco.

We discovered this large cosmopolitan and lively city with great pleasure. We greatly appreciated the blend of past and present architecture, which is very well done. We are very eager to return and explore other places that we didn’t have time to visit, especially the beautiful and grand museums.The accommodation in Camden was perfect for this week of discovery.

I booked this stay for work colleagues and they arrived after an overnight flight from the US. The flat was dirty, stained, with mouse droppings and smelled. Unacceptable and completely misrepresented the flat.

We found the flat to be in a pretty dodgy area and the front of the flat had garbage on the footpath and overall looked shabby. We also had to make a stop before to pickup the keys from a convenience store which was weird as we were expecting someone to be there to meet us.
The heat was a problem also with it being very cold in the main bedroom, the radiator got barely hot enough and we were pretty cold throughout the night.
The location is central though with just a few minutes walk to the tube station and on a central line which was convenient.
The host was as helpful as he could be and was communicative but the lack of heat in the bedroom and the shabbiness of the exterior are dealbreakers for us.

The flat was a great start to discover London. The importants things like undergroud-station, overground-station, supermarkets, restaurants, pubs, Camdon Town, Regent Canal, Kings Cross etc are in the near. The flat war very clean and has a good equpiment. The communikation with the team form the flat was very comfortable.

The property was exactly as described, extremely clean and perfect for the two of us. Overall, it was quiet although one night, the neighbors allowed their child to be noisy in the hall. Having a kitchen and washer was a huge help to us.
The location is close to public transportation (overground, underground and bus stops). There's also a large grocery store (Sainsbury) within easy walking distance. The refrigerator and freezer in the apartment were quite large and easily held our groceries.
There are good restaurants nearby. Casa Tua was our favorite and we also enjoyed King of Falafel for a quick take-home meal. The coffee shops are also very nice. We especially enjoyed The Living Room on Camden Road. Poppie's was cute and had very good fish and chips. Camden High Street is a short walk away where there are lots of food and shopping choices.
Marco and the management team were wonderful to work with. They are truly the most organized group I've met when renting a VRBO! They sent a packet of information as soon as we completed our reservation. They responded to all of my questions quickly and were available to help, if we needed them during our stay.

This flat served as the home base for our week long visit to London. As shown in the pics, it’s small, but very comfortable for the 3 of us. Camden Town Station on the Underground’s Northern line is 5-10 min walk.

We had a terrible experience at this property. After 7 days in the flat, we were moving the bed and discovered water and black mould all along the baseboards behind the bed. (I would post images, but there doesn't seem to be a way to do that.)
We contacted the owner (heard back the next day) and VRBO immediately to notify that we would be leaving asap as I would not have my family stay in the flat a moment longer than necessary.
The following day the home owner responded, initially claiming that the weather was the reason for the mould and water and it would possibly take a couple days to correct.. Mould doesn’t grow overnight.
This was followed up by a notice saying that they cleaned the mould and we can return (we did not). Mould isn’t just wiped away. What about the water on the floor? Potential mould behind the walls? Under the floor?
Avoid, avoid, avoid.
Homeowner did not offer any compensation, barely an apology.
In addition to the major issue above. The flat had one (1) tea towel, dull knives, cracked tiles in the bathroom.
The exterior of the building did not provide you with much confidence.
The key was left in a random shop on the high street that wasn’t easy to find, a ten minute walk away, which isn’t a huge deal unless you have luggage with you.
There are many places to stay in London. This should not be one of them.

Everything we needed was there. Fantastic location in Camden Town. Apartment is small, but well cared for, perfect for the two of us. Really enjoyed our stay.

This apartment was perfect for me and my two close friends, as long as two adults are okay sharing a bed and having the third person sleep on the pull out couch bed. Check in process can seem tedious with the documentation but Marco and team are very commmunicative and helpful throughout the process leading up to and during the stay!

Fabulous experience in a brilliant location in London. Communication with the team was efficient and courteous. The apartment was spotless and comfortable. A walk from the loch as well as both overground and underground stations - and quiet. We highly recommend this apartment.

The apartment worked out great for our family of four. Location was fantastic close to restaurants, markets, and all public transit. Off the main drag so it was quiet at night, too.

Everything went very well with the entire process. They were really easy to get in contact with before we arrived and provided us with great details about the apartment and the best ways to get around London. We arrived at the apartment just after midnight and they had one of their managers there waiting for us to give us the keys, show us the place, and explain the procedure on checking out. This apartment is close to many great restaurants and the subway and train station. I have nothing negative to say about the team or apartment. Definitely would recommend this to anyone going to London.

We stayed in the flat during a short shopping trip to London and it was just what we were looking for. It helped that it was close to the tube stations and had connection with the main points in the city. The price was convenient considering that we found everything we needed in there, although we couldn’t find coffee the first morning but the staff who manages it asked us to buy from the nearby supermarket and we got reimbursed. Our flight got delayed and they were kind to wait for us, which really impressed me. The neighborhood is nice and we felt like Londoners for a few days, rainy and cloudy weather included. but we enjoyed it!

The apartment is ideal for a couple coming to London for the first time! We liked that it’s located on a quiet street and very close to Camden Town. Experiencing the area in the weekends had a positive impact on our stay. We appreciated the fact that the team handling the apartment answered our emails in a timely manner. In the kitchen there were a couple of old pans, but the housekeeping team offered to replace them in a few days. Great bars in the area, don’t miss those!

The property is located close to Camden tube station and market. Quite easy to find and lots of restaurants and supermarket on doorstep. Area where flat was located was a bit shady. Eg under a rusty railway bridge but was nice inside. Decorated and relatively clean. We have no complaints about the stay

We booked this apartment for the location and its description and we weren’t disappointed. The area is buzzling with places where you can eat, have a coffee or drink a beer. Also, the tube is right there so the ride from the airport, after a long flight was much easier considering that we were carrying big luggage. Being a busy area at any hour, it made it feel safe. To our surprise, it was very hot when we stayed and as most London apartments, there is no a/c, but the housekeeping team brought us a fan the next day.

When we pulled up in car we thought the driver had the wrong address.it was under a bridge and the area was dirty. She lead us down a hallway with carpet so old it was missing in spots. Then she leads us into the flat it was very cluttered and dirty. There was an old blanket covering couch that had iron burns and dirt on it didn’t lift up to see what was under it. There had been a leak in ceiling above door that had yet to be repaired. The bathroom door jam was dirty and missing a lot of paint bathtub had hair on tub. We took a shower and moved to hotel. Called leasing agent was informed to email Marco he said he would look into and haven’t heard back as of 10 days ago. I wish I could post pictures so you know flat is not as nice as pictures.
