About this apartment rental

Beautiful 1 bedroom, 1 bath condo in Vantage Point building in Lionshead Village. The condo comfortably sleeps 2 adults but can accommodate up to 2 children as well and is located on the first floor. The condo is 506 square feet so keep this in mind if booking more than 2 guests. The bedroom boasts a King size bed and flat screen TV. The living room has a pull out sleeper sofa which is a queen, a large flat screen TV with loads of channels plus HBO and a gas fireplace.

Newly remodeled bathroom with walk in shower only (no tub). Separate vanity and "getting ready" area to ease bathroom traffic.

The kitchen is fully equipped (blender, toaster, coffee maker for drip and pod, coffee grinder, microwave, cooking utensils, glassware, silverware, dishwasher, refrigerator, electric oven with stovetop. Small dining table that seats two. The cookware and basic baking pans are also provided.

All in One Ventless washer dryer. Perfect for small loads of laundry. On site coin and credit card operated laundry for larger loads.

High speed Wi-Fi is also included so you can easily stay connected with the office, family, and friends.

The Eagle Bahn Gondola, Born Free Express Lift, and Ski School are all just a 3 minute walk away. The general store, liquor store, restaurants, pubs, ski/snowboard shops, ice rink, free in-town shuttle, and lifts are just steps away.

Being in the heart of the newly renovated Lionshead Village is awesome. Just steps to everything Vail has to offer makes this the perfect place to be. No need for a car! But there is complimentary parking for one vehicle during your stay in the easily accessible building garage. I also provide access to the garage level ski locker so that you don't have to haul equipment up the elevator.

This place was great for our small family. So close to Lionshead!! Short walk to lift and gondola. There was a miscommunication with the cleaners and we arrived to a condo that hadn’t been cleaned after the previous guests but Leah was reachable even late at night and very responsive. The place was cleaned the very next morning and we were compensated. No complaints and would stay here again.

A short walk to the gondola, market, and ski rental made the location of this condo ideal for our weeklong ski trip. While bus service is easily accessible, we preferred strolling along the path connecting Lionheads to Vail Village. Though the square footage is small, it had everything that we needed and clean. In particular, the number of outlets was impressive. We encountered a slight problem (gate to hot tubs locked), Leah, the condo owner, immediately replied that this was a new policy and shared the code. She was also very accommodating when we requested a place to store our luggage as our flight arrived prior to check-in. By chance, we met the Vantage Point property manager on the day of arrival. He noticed our look of confusion as my husband and I debated which set of elevators to take, and he pointed us in the right direction. He also gave us his card and encouraged us to contact him should we have any additional questions.

We stayed at this property for a week. We appreciated the underground parking and the proximity to the Lionshead lifts. We found our host, Leah, a pleasure to work with. We would not hesitate to recommend this property to someone who is looking to spend some time in the mountains!

The location of this unit is perfect for skiers and non-skiers! It’s maybe 5 mins to the Eagle Bahn gondola. The local bus route is basically right outside the parking lot as well. While we fit 2 adults and 2 kids in for a week, I think this would be ideal for just 2 adults. The unit has everything you need. If you’re a coffee drinker, you’ll need the cone filters. Comms with the property owner were fast and easy. I’d stay here again.

Great location and the condo was accurately represented. The bed was very large and comfortable. Bathroom was a bit small but not an issue and bath towels were actually absorbent and plentiful. Would definitely stay here again.

Everything worked effectively--bed was comfy, showers were full with good pressure, kitchen was well stocked with cutlery, dishwater, and pots/pans. Heats, lights, TV, combo locks--all worked well. The unit was cozy and snug, yet smaller than we'd have liked. We appreciated the first-floor location--easy in, easy out, short elevator ride to the floor. But the views out the living room sliders were limited. We'd have preferred a view of the mountain/town versus the backyard/road. In closing, the rental price for the amount of available space was more expensive than we'd like.

Leah’s place was perfect for a ski getaway in Vail. Her place is conveniently in Lionshead village and is only a 5 minute walk to the gondola. Her place includes a ski locker so getting out and skiing each morning was a breeze. The unit itself was perfect for 2 of us and although on the smaller side, it had everything we needed for our 5 day ski getaway to Vail. We will definitely stay there again next time we are in Vail!

The place was perfect for just my husband and I. We could walk into the Lionshead Village. We were also able to take a shuttle to the Vail Village. Very convenient for skiing too. Would definitely stay here again! Check in and out was super easy and the place had what we needed.

Communication with the property owner was great. Easy check-in and check-out process. We were able to easily walk around Lionshead and Vail Village, which is what we were there to do for the GoPro Games. We forgot a few things like aluminum foil and sandwich baggies, but there is a market close by that has a lot of items to buy in a pinch. The condo was just what we needed for a quick weekend getaway.

Leah's condo was a great weekend stay. We were in town for a wedding in Vail Village and the location was great. A 10 min walk to the village or the free shuttle buses stop just outside the door. Leah was very easy to work with and flexible in our timing.

For a basic one bedroom condo, this checked all the boxes. It's just a few min walk to Eagle Bahn gondola, and it was great to have a parking garage included. Even so, my husband and I probably wouldn't stay here again though...just a little too small and could hear the highway noise even with the windows/patio doors closed.

We stayed here for a few nights and loved the location of the property as it was a few minute walk to the gondola and close to restaurants/shops. The condo was very small but good for the price. Be prepared to bring almost everything you need though as it is not equipped as fully as most other rental homes. Also, be prepared to do most of your research as the host was polite but did not have as many tips as we are used to when working with other home owners.

This condo was perfect for an overnight ski getaway for my husband and I and you can’t beat the location in terms of access to Lionshead Village (restaurants, shops and ski lift/gondola). It was very easy to find coming off the highway and very convenient parking, ski storage and loading/unloading. The property manager Mo is awesome! We ran into him in the parking garage and he was so friendly and helpful. The information provided before arrival was all very clear, succinct, helpful and accurate. We will definitely stay here again!

Perfect location for access to Lionshead Village and steps from the Intown bus to Vail Village. Would recommend for two people that do not mind each other's bathroom ambiance. Small space with nice patio area (can view skiers) and fireplace. The washer/dryer combo was unusual (took 2.5 hours) but was used twice in our (3) day stay. Had everything needed to relax with a glass of wine and cook breakfast. DEFINITELY looking forward to staying again in the future. =)

We were able to walk in ski boots to the Gondola. The access was great to the Lionshead village for shopping, ski rentals, eating. Bus stop for access to Vail Village was right outside the condo. Great kitchen with all cooking tools. Convenient small washer/dryer but perfect for washing ski socks and long johns for daily wear! Nice first floor access. Would love to visit again!

Clean, well taken care of 1 bed room unit. Easy access, underground parking. Kitchen was extremely nice and well stocked. Very nice to stay, short walk to Lionshead shops and restaurants. Very easy booking process.
