About this apartment rental

The Vail Heath house has undergone a complete make-over. From hardwood floors in the main living space, to a new kitchen with new cabinets, appliances, and granite countertops, we've tried to think of everything. It is a multi-level condo featuring a master bedroom (king size bed) and bathroom on the top floor, and two bedrooms (one queen size bedroom and one bunk room with two sets of bunks) and bathroom on the main floor. A floor to ceiling stone fireplace centers the main living space, and the fully renovated kitchen with seating for the whole family completes the open floor plan. The patio off the back , set up with strings of overhead patio lights, includes a gas grill and a HotSprings Spa Tub with seating for 7.

The accommodations inside were fine. The outside was not usable due to construction in front and back of property. We could not use outdoor space due to back hoe doing drainage ditch and front stripping deck. We only found out on arrival.

We had a fantastic stay, visiting our daughters, who are working at Vail. Condo was spotless on our arrival, everything was exactly as described & when it snowed, the front steps & back deck(for access to hot tub) were promptly shoveled. The bus stop into Vail village is an easy 5 min walk & on schedule. We look forward to another stay next year!

Excellent property. Had everything I needed including fully stocked kitchen, wonderful hot tub, and full sized gas grill. Cathy was great to deal with. I would definitely recommend a stay here. Location was also very convenient.

Very clean and well laid out condo. Great for cooking (the best stocked kitchen yet) and hanging out and the hot tub is phenomenal after a great day on the mountain. The owner was super responsive and a true pleasure to deal with. The ski storage is a great feature and the boot warmer was used daily! Thank you for a great stay and we look forward to coming back!

We stayed in this beautiful property for two weeks at the holidays. Everything about the home was wonderful. The Heath’s have provided thoughtful amenities for everything. Our favorite things about this rental: comfortable beds with high quality linens and pillows, beautiful and comfortable living room furnishings, the gorgeous fireplace, the wonderful hot tub (with beach towels provided!) and the fully stocked kitchen. Most days we drove the ten minutes to the mountain but did utilize the convenient bus several times. I cannot recommend this unit more highly. It is outstanding!!

Had a great time staying here for a wedding, the hottub was so nice to relax in at the end of the day. Very clean, the organization and labeling of all the kitchen item is unmatched! We did cook most of the time we were here and having a full kitchen was awesome. Beds were all very comfortable and the upstairs master suite was so relaxing. Would totally stay here again!

Property is 1.8 miles from Lionshead Village. Shuttle is available but we decided to use Lionshead parking for 32/day. Well worth not having to carry skis. But shuttle is very convenient. Lionshead Parking is about a 100 yds from Gondola. The place was clean, well equipped, fireplace worked, as did the full featured hot tub. A Safeway, liquor store and a Christys ski shop is less than a mile away just across the highway. If u want to prepare your own meals, the kitchen has all the utensils expected. If you want to have meals out in most restaurants reservations at least a week out is advisable. If you don’t want or can’t pay the “ski in” premium, stay here.

Solid location only a few miles from Lionshead. Can take bus or rent car and park at Lionshead (what we did). All the amenities you need for family residence to ski, own hot tub and easy access and plenty of storage for ski stuff. Would definitley come back.

Only complaint was that the hot tub was pretty dirty and there were a few bottle caps, cans, and cigarette butts strewn about on and adjacent to the back deck and hot tub from previous guests when we arrived, likely inadvertently overlooked by cleaning staff when it was turned over.

The property was great for 2 families to stay comfortably and was close to the bust stop with a short ride to the ski areas.. The home was very clean and nicely updated. There was a great equipment storage area to keep everything organized. The home had all of the supplies and amenities you could possibly need, including a large hot tub. The owner was very easily available to answer questions and extremely helpful. Overall we had a great stay and highly recommend this property.

Nice unit very close to the wedding venue. A little cramped in the living room area, but still functional for a group of 7. Bunk beds worked well for kids. Well appointed kitchen with settings for a larger group. Could use some stair gates for smaller visitors since there are two stairways. Parking was adequate but could be better marked, no garage space available to guests was not completely clear. Could suggest unit is upstair for those with access concerns..

The house was beautiful and clean and a wonderful place to stay for our family vacation. All the amenities were so nice, with a kitchen that included all the needed appliances and utensils, bathrooms with plenty of towels, and beds that were comfortable. There was plenty of room for all seven of us to hang out around the living room and play games on the dining room table. We loved it and would book it again!

Our family really enjoyed our stay at Heath condo. The layout of the condo is perfect, and the kitchen is well equipped for cooking. We really appreciated the well stocked spice cabinet. It is refreshing to find staples in the cabinet and the refrigerator instead of buying and throwing away those items. The hot tub was a huge hit. Thanks for a wonderful stay.

The Heath House is a great spot! Walk to bus everyday for 6 days of skiing. The kitchen has everything needed for cooking and eating in; yet location is close to all the villages and other spots if in the mood for dining. The teens loved the bunk room, plenty of space for 2 families. The Owner was responsive; Cathleen was extremely friendly and was able to respond remote. We appreciated our stay and if back in Vail will hope to rent again! Thanks Heath House for helping us ring in our New Year in Vail!
