Another great stay in the York Boutique House, as usual it was clean and well presented. the rooms are spacious and have everything you need. Beds are comfortable and are plentiful in the house, enough for a large family. The WIFI is good enough to work from the house while the rest of the guest enjoy themselves in York, the location is good a 15mins into the city and all the local amenities on your doorstep.

Really nice place to stay with comfy sofa's and more importantly comfy beds. Great shower as well! We stayed for two nights during our sons graduation weekend. It made the perfect base and was conveniently located for the walk into the city for the celebration meal and drinks. Only thing wrong was a dripping tap in the kitchen but this was a minor issue and certainly did not have an impact on our stay.

We really enjoyed our stay. The accommodation was lovely, the beds very comfortable and the main bathroom was huge. Very tastefully decorated and had everything you needed for a city break. Pleasant walk into York ( seemed to find a different route every day!) taking approx 18 mins.

Lovely house, looked even better in real life than it did in the pictures. Great location, perfect for walking into York. Would definitely stay here again and would recommend it. Host was very quick to respond to a few queries we had.

Nice place, good location with easy on street parking just over a mile from York centre which is accessible by bus. Good condition with only one or two places which would benefit from touchingnup

We had a wonderful stay at York Boutique. It was clean, spacious, and very comfortable for our family of 7. The on street parking for the house was easy and we appreciated being able to walk from the house to the city center within 20 minutes. Thank you for a great stay!

A really great house. Everything is finished to a high standard, all very clean and spacious. Beds were comfortable and showers good. Tea, coffee, sugar and milk sachets on arrival. The location is good - about a 20+ minute walk from the city centre, with a little Co-Op round the corner and a small Asda a bit further. We had a fantastic stay here and would recommend for a weekend in York.

We booked this last minute and are so glad we got the chance to stay at this stunning property!! The house is very well furnished and spacious! The hosts were very accomodating in splitting the beds at such short notice! The bathroom is simply beautiful. so much sace for our large family. The kitchen had everything you could need to cook a nice meal and the dining table comfortably seated us all, we were so pleased with thsi property! We have booked for the Summer because we can't wait to visit again.

Lovely house with beautiful furnishings, plenty of room for the 7 of us. Lots of cutlery, plates, glasses ect and a nice outdoor space. Quite a bit further out of York centre than we realised, but very quiet road with free parking which was great.

Our group of 6 friends arrived for a weekend stay for a friend’s birthday. The house exceeded our expectations and better in ‘real life’ than the photos. We came by train and it was close enough to the town centre that we walked there (30 minutes). We felt safe there. It is set in a lovely residential area with a small park nearby and a CO op 3 minutes walk away! We couldn’t have picked a better location The house is set on 3 floors with an extra small en-suite on the top floor . It was modern, spacious and clean but also comfortable. The bedrooms felt spacious even with a double and single bed in two of the rooms. The beds were comfortable and the linens and towels were immaculate. The bathroom even had underfloor heating. There was a welcome pack that had everything you needed to know about the property with some helpful suggestions for restaurants, takeaways, cabs etc. A minor issue in one of the rooms was responded to very quickly (even on a Sunday) The process from booking to arrival was smooth and straightforward and any queries were dealt with promptly. I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend here for a stay in York
