About this apartment rental

This large and beautifully decorated is perfect for you and your extended family or friends. First floor includes a master bedroom suite, with a king and double bed. Enjoy the private deck out the sliding glass doors. Second floor has 3 bedrooms. A queen bed with a private bath and balcony. One bedroom with 2 singles shares a hallway bath and deck. Bedroom 3 has a queen bed

The third floor is the living area. A large screen TV, with plenty of seating. There is a large dining area to enjoy large family dinners. The kitchen is well stocked. There is also a breakfast nook. Balconies off the front and back of the condo, gives you extra room to enjoy the beautiful weather. The forth floor has a king bed, a private bath with jetted tub. There is also a large deck off the back of the house.

I do not start or end rentals on Saturday. I offer weekend, long weekend and weekly rentals. For weekly rentals you can start on Friday or Sunday.

Linens and towel are not provided.

This property is 2 blocks to the beach, and is 3 blocks to the dewey nightlife

We had 10 girls in a house and it fit everyone comfortably. House was clean and bigger than we expected. Great for big groups of people.

Robin and Heather are fantastic hosts. Awesome house great location to all the bars and restaurants. Annual girlfriends Dewey vacation was a huge success thank you for a wonderful gathering place to laugh and celebrate!

The house was so gorgeous and spacious! Plenty of room for everyone to sleep and shower and eat comfortably. We did have some boxes of pastries that weren’t sealed and we ended up with some sugar ants but easily handled. Otherwise absolutely perfect and super close to the main strip!

Great location close to beach and downtown and can hold large group. Easy check in and clear communication with host. However, they do not provide linens or towels or basic bathroom amenities such as soap / shampoo / toilet paper. Was not convenient and added more $ to trip, but overall got the job done for what we needed.

Very accommodating house for a group of 12. Dewey Beach is a fantastic spot! The owners of the house are very communicative and friendly and provide detailed instructions for the property. 12 out of 10 stars!

Excellent location with easy walk to beach. Some decent restaurants within walking distance too. The multiple levels for the bedrooms was perfect for our 4-generation family with quiet and private spaces for all. If you have young toddlers, consider bringing 2 gates for stairs safety from the main living space. Decks are really great. Overall a really nice experience and we would absolutely stay again.

This property is in a great location, was clean and perfect for a large group traveling to Dewey. Unfortunately, the owners DO NOT PROVIDE BED SHEETS OR TOWELS. The outdoor grill also looked like it hadn’t been cleaned in a decade. Would not recommend this spot for a group flying in from out of town due to the amount of essential items that aren’t provided.

Perfect house for a big group - the living room was very spacious and with the deck right off it with grill, it was ideal for activities. Lots of deck spaces as some have noted, could use some more furniture as they're a little "bare bones." The master bedroom has a trundle under it so two twins there that you can roll away from each other - communication with host was great. Plenty of kitchen supplies for cooking, but there wasn't extra toilet paper, paper towels, or cleaning spray which we thought was odd. Overall, would stay again!

Robin and Heather's place was the perfect place for my sister's bachelorette weekend! Not only was there plenty of space to eat and sleep, but the house was within walking distance of everything- beach, bars, and food! The house was perfect for our group and would be amazing for anyone with a large group looking for a clean, welcoming home to stay in Dewey!

The dryer was drying something and caught fire. And the sliding glass door handle on lower level came off- seems it is missing hardware on the back (outside) part And high winds caused some rear siding to come off and dangle during our visit Place was great. ONLy suggestion would be to replace the carpet. It is gross and in bad shape. As a rental it should be hardwood bc easier to clean and maintain But Robin was VERY responsive the entire time as we kept him abreast of the dryer and siding and sliding glass door lock set

We had an awesome weekend stay for my sister’s bachelorette party. The property is bigger than it looks in the photos online. It was clean, spacious, and a great location. Would definitely come back and recommend for a group!

Stayed here with a group of girls for a bachelorette and it was perfect. The property is so much bigger in person then in pictures. There was more than enough space for 14 women. Walking distance to the beach and bars. Highly recommend!

Overall good experience, very neat and clean. Very good location. Some corner pieces were not cleaned such as the balcony. Recommend to provide more toilet paper, kitchen paper, improve the shower head, washer detergent, etc.

We chose this house for our girls weekend for the location (which is perfect), but were pleasantly surprised that the house is larger than the photos appear. We were concerned their wouldn't be space for our large group to gather, but the main level with the kitchen and family room is very large and has a great open floor plan. There is also tons of deck space (one off almost every bedroom) which was a great bonus! Definitely recommend!

This was the perfect location for a big group of girls to stay for the weekend. Love that the bedrooms are on different levels from the kitchen and living space. Cute balconies on every level and walking distance from beach and bars. Would recommend!

One bed was broken but there were enough beds that we could work around it. Owner said it will be fixed. Owner and manager was very responsive to needs. We had a great time and the house suited our needs perfectly. We would stay again. The walk to the beach is easy and safe.

I stayed here for 3 nights for a girls weekend with 12 women. We had an amazing time and the house was beautiful!! There was plenty of space for everyone and was very homey! Perfect location close to beach as well as shops and restaurants. Robin and Heather were very easy to work with and very easy to communicate with. Would definitely recommend this property and would love to stay here again!

Some friends and I shared this house for 5 days! it was AWESOME! The house is beautiful with plenty of room for all of the 8 people we had. The kitchen and living room is palacial; the couch alone could fit is all for card games, and board games. The decks were awesome with a grill that we cooked on every night. I stayed in the master suite, the jacuzzi bath tub was rejuvanitive and the sun deck was awesome as it is above the tree line, we got sun up there until 7:30-8. I would highly recommend this place for any group!!!

I stayed here with a group over Memorial Day Weekend 2016. We had a wonderful time and plenty of room for 14 people. The house was even nicer than the pictures! We absolutely loved the location, back on a quiet street but just a 5 minute walk to Starboard or other Dewey bars! There is a beautiful deck off most of the bedrooms in the house. The neighbors were very friendly and there was plenty of parking. Robin made the entire process very easy & painless. I would absolutely stay here again and recommend to a friend.

Robin was very easy to work with and very accommodating. We came in on a Friday with Bike to the Beach and he allowed us a Friday to Friday rental. Also, we only planned on staying through the weekend and so he kept the place open for the week and was able to find someone to rent it during the week so we could get some money back. The condo itself was great, the pictures don't do it justice as I felt it was much bigger in person. We had 13 people staying there and never felt crowded. The parking was great, the location was easy to get to any of the Dewey bars, beach, and restaurants. You have all of the amenities you need and don't have to worry about noise from other condos, we would definitely stay here again.

We had 13 people for a girls weekend and it was perfect in terms of size and location. Tons of decks, comfortable furniture, bright & clean, great layout and less than 5 minutes to beach and restaurants/bars but the house itself is very quiet. We would definitely return. Only suggestion would be that there are some basics missing that seem standard for a rental-- no bath mats which made the floors very slippery (esp for kids), no hand towels, no salt/pepper.

We had a great time at this house! The house was really spacious. Each bedroom had its own private deck! The house was incredibly clean and well maintained. We slept 10 incredibly comfortably. The location is also perfect. It is on a quiet street which is a block away from bars/restaurants and two blocks from the beach. Robin also made the process easy. The owner was easy to reach, provided a lot of opportunities for us in the area (although we did not use any of them), and the house was exactly as promised. We highly recommend!

What a great house! It was very spacious and had plenty of room for 12. The house had everything we needed, including a fully stocked kitchen for a big crowd. It is beautifully decorated and very comfortable. The location is perfect, only a few blocks from the beach and in easy walking distance from all the bars and restaurants in Dewey. It's also a quick drive to the grocery store and everything in Rehobeth for easy access to anything you need. Robin was very helpful and had quick responses for any questions we had. We would definitely stay here again!

This place is beautiful! It was so big and spacious! It was a perfect set up for our cousins girls weekend away! (None of us had been to Dewey Beach before)There were 12 of us and we all slept comfortably, the place never felt cramped! The house is walking distance to many bars/restaurants and the beach which was perfect! Robin was very friendly and helpful with any questions that we had! I would absolutely rent this place again!

This was a great place to stay! It was our first time vacationing at a Delaware beach, and this house was a great location. It was easy to walk to the beach and the main strip in town. It was also a short walk to a jolly trolley stop if you wanted to get a ride into Rehoboth. Also, its location made for some great jogging/biking. There was plenty of rooms, bathrooms, and general space for all 12 of us and each room had its own balcony, which was awesome. Also, Robin gave us access to the use of the Rehoboth marina where we could kayak or stand-up paddle board in the bay, which some of us did and loved. Thanks for making our first trip to a Delaware beach a great one!

What a fantastic condo! Plenty of space and the balconies off each bedroom are a nice touch. It was also in a convenient location with easy access to both Rehoboth and Dewey beach, buth by car and walking. Robin was also very helpful in accomodating our needs since we booked this trip last minute. We would definetly rent from him again.

We planned a surprise wedding for both of our families & this place was fantastic. The listing & photos are accurate. The Condo was a great place for four families to stay. The first floor was great to accomadate a family memember as they could access their room & bathroom from the garage. The living area was great for us to be married in front of the fireplace & include all family members to watch TV, listen to music, eat talk & have a good time w/two dining room tables & many balconies. the kitchen was well stocked w/all eating & drinking utencils you could possibly want. This was walking distance to the beach for all...& the Jolly Trolly was also. When we contacted the owner/property manager he was always helpful & answered our questions timely. We would reccomend this to our friends & family & would love to come back!
