The home was absolutely perfect for our weekend getaway of 6 adult cousins. There was plenty of room to relax and reconnect, and the location was perfect for our day trips to Salem and Rockport. The home was well stocked, clean, and maintained. Kudos to the host! I would highly recommend this home.

This house is in the best location. Quiet and peaceful with easy access to other sightseeing spots. The surroundings are absoultly gorgeous, We had a ocean view form upstairs porch and turkeys frequent in the yard. Quick walk to castle and short drive to local parks. This house made our vacation.

Such a great place! Outside the busy-ness of Boston, but still plenty to do within a few miles. We needed some support during check-in, and Rafal was so kind and helpful. Really recommend this place!

We loved our stay at this beautiful house. It has so much space, it was clean and was well appointed.
Rafal made us feel very welcome, we hope to rent it again!

A dream vacation home for our family of 6 - ages 20-80. A beautiful home nestled between the spring bloom of trees and the Atlantic Ocean - a great combination of beach living and "mountain" living. The floor plan is ideal for together time and private time. Loved the clean fresh look and new appliances. Furniture and beds were comfortable. Morning tea on the deck with chipmunks, squirrels, and birds frolicking in the back yard is the perfect way to start the day. This house is located in a quiet setting with easy access to places we wanted to visit. If there were more than five starts, I would have given it more.

I've been to a lot of New England but never Gloucester before and it's beautiful. Well worth exploring for seafaring charm.
My group loved this house. As described, very comfortable. We used all 4 bedrooms and although the twin room is a bit spartan, still comfortable. Many places to sit and read or hang out. The weather didn't really allow us to sit on the deck but it looked wonderful. Rafal was a responsive and friendly host. Check in and out were easy.
Just be careful backing out of the driveway! Otherwise, you will have a great time and come home very relaxed.

The house is great for a family gathering - it has a nice space for everyone to be together but is organized so that everyone also has a lot of privacy. Nice house and nice location!

Lovely house, with pretty views! We had an amazing stay, was a great location to see Gloucester, Rockport, and also went over to spend time in Salem all very convenient. Plenty of room for our group of 7.

Communication with Rafal was easy and quick both before and during our stay. The home met our expectations providing us with everything we needed to do a few home cooked meals during our stay. We spent a majority of the time upstairs between the kitchen and living room with views of the ocean just across the street. Gloucester was only about 5 minutes away and provided easy access to a number of restaurants as well as whale watching tours.

We stayed here to attend our sons wedding nearby. The property suited our needs perfectly. Because of our celebration we didn't get a great deal of time to explore the area but we did visit Rockport, Gloucester, magnolia beach and three very close castle Hammond. Three property was spacious and well equipped. Definitely recommended.

The house and location was perfect. Our family gathered and celebrated Christmas, we had all the room we needed. We all hope to return to this house, there was plenty of sleeping room and bathrooms, the open floor plan provided plenty of room to gather and for the kids to play. We enjoyed all the holiday festivities Cape Ann had to offer...lights, shopping, food and of coarse Santa. Not to mention the beautiful sunrise every morning viewed from the deck (yes it was cold, but so worth it). Thank you for the wonderful Christmas get away !!! Chris T. and family

I cannot say enough good things about this property. The location in Gloucester was perfect for day-trips to Boston, Salem, and other nearby "must-see" things. The immediate area/neighborhood was pure, Norman Rockwell "New England Autumn" (the time we stayed there) with glorious, old treas and a very nice view of the bay. The home itself was perfect for a family, or a few couples to stay, socialize, and still have ample personal space. Everything was clean and well-maintained,, and an abundance of nearby markets and restaurants made it easy to stay there. This property was a great choice for me and my group.

Our family enjoyed the early days of June at Rafa's comfortable home in Magnolia. Peaceful, and convenient to explore all Cape Ann has to offer.

Magnolia is a lovely section of Gloucester with a "downtown" of its own. Hammond Castle , almost across the street is a must see. Take the tour, the guides are delightful. The property is spacious, comfortable, and has everything you need. There is a brand new deck with water views and downtown Gloucester and Rock Port are minutes away.

We were moving our son out of his college dorm and decided to spend a week in Gloucester. This location was perfect with really great views. Everything was very clean. The kitchen and common area were the perfect size and openness for us to come back to and hang out as a family and cook dinner after a long day out exploring.

The house is beautiful, great views of the ocean from the deck and open upstairs. Everything was functional in the house, clean, and beds were decently comfortable. Very short drive from downtown Gloucester and nearby parks. Check-in was easy, and Rafal was very responsive. Highly recommended, would love to come back sometime.

Great House, in a great Gloucester neighborhood. beautiful views of the ocean from the upstairs, and deck. House was clean, cozy and well furnished. Nice backyard to play with little kids, and good sized bedrooms. Owners were friendly and quick to respond. Easy check in and check out. I would stay here again, and recommend to everyone!

We spent most of the time at the home because of weather and just wanted some R&R. We only ended up using the first floor, so the open concept was great! Went out to eat at great local restaurants, walked the local park and Rockport.

We had a great 3 nights at this property - Rafal was very responsive when we had a question. It was a short winter get-away from Boston for us - we had fun exploring Gloucester (there is a nice historic walking tour downtown) and hiking around (check out the Coolidge Reservation - it was beautiful). We stopped at Good Harbor Beach which is lovely even in February. I liked this property though because even when we didn't go out - even when we stayed in - it was a clean, bright, comfortable space to spend time inside when it snowed. And the kids had fun sledding in the backyard after the snow. thanks again!!
