Please, consider our available lovely furnished upscale accommodations located only 5 BLOCKS to CENTRAL PARK & 2 BLOCKS to SUBWAY in the most prestigious and convenient #1 area of Upper East Side/Manhattan/New York City!
The Upper East Side is known for being New York’s—possibly the country's—most elegant residential neighborhood, with streets near Park and Fifth Avenues conveying the hushed ambiance of the privileged and powerful. The majority of apartment buildings here were built between the turn of the century and the 1930s.
Fifth Avenue is entirely residential in this area except for the many cultural institutions along its 'Museum Mile,' home to the City's highest concentration of cultural institutions including the Metropolitan Museum of Art, the MoMA, Whitney, and Guggenheim museums, the Frick Collection and many smaller high-quality institutions. Also here are the elegant residential enclaves of Sutton and Beekman Place. Carnegie Hill is the City's most coveted neighborhood for families, and Yorkville toward the East River is a popular home to young professionals and singles who enjoy stunning river views and the added perk of Carl Schurz Park.
Central Park, on the western border of this area, makes a world-class front yard—with its zoo, tennis courts, formal gardens, bridle paths, running tracks and reservoir. Madison Avenue—possibly the world’s most famous retail address and famed center of the advertising industry in the mid-20th century—entices shoppers with boutiques like Chanel, Prada, Tiffany and fashion mecca Barney's New York, and a more commercial strip runs through the southeast corner, anchored by Bloomingdale’s at 59th Street and Lexington/Third Avenues.
World-class hotels in the neighborhood include the Carlyle, the Mark, the Lowell and the Plaza-Athene, and dozens of fine restaurants line side streets. Transportation includes several buses and subway stations at 77th Street and Lexington Avenue (2 BLOCKS FROM the BUILDING!) as well as plentiful taxi due to the area's many 5*** hotels.

The apartment is just as advertised. It has nice light, a comfortable bed and everything you will need during your stay. There's even a washing machine and dryer which was a nice extra as we were in NYC for 2 weeks.
Rahima is a good host and has set everything up to be easy for the visitor.
We definitely enjoyed our stay.

It was very nice to stay there over one month, very convenience, you can cooking, do laundry there. The hoster is very kind and set everything very well.
8.0 / 10.0
The apartment was light and spacious and had everything we needed - hairdryer, washer and dryer, full array of kitchen supplies, basic TV, plenty of storage. Even climbing those endless stairs to the 5th floor was fun!
Location is excellent, with a health food store down the block and restaurants in every direction.
Unfortunately the mattress was so thin we could feel every plank of the ikea bed frame.
We had to add a blanket and a floor rug under the mattress to make it more manageable and still haven't had a single decent night sleep. Thankfully the apartment has a day bed, which is much more comfortable, but can only accommodate one person.
With a better quality mattress for a good night sleep we would happily stay again, but not until then.
PS: if you're a sensitive sleeper, bring eye mask and ear plugs! Curtains block out no light and New York is truly a city that never sleeps :)
Thank you, Rahima!

We had a very good time in NY in Rahima's appartment, the place was perfect, everything was clean and a lot of space, the apparement was just at a short walk from the subway and even from Central Park. Shops, bar, restaurant and even a printer for Boarding pass, basketball ticket and so on were quit near to the location, very helpful.
Rahima was very friendly and make sure we have everything, she even helped us with our luggages and was very kind, she gave us a lot of information such as good rooftop or her preferred adresses, we recommend for sure this location. Thank you Rahima

The apartment was very accommodating for us. It had everything we needed. It was super clean & had windows that faced out onto the street, which we loved. The queen size bed was very comforable. The wood floors are beautiful. The neighborhood is safe & perfectly located. Just a short walk to the nice new subway on 2nd Ave. We normally visit NYC once a year and would love to stay at this place every time. Rahima, was very friendly and made sure we were well taken care of.

My husband and I stayed here for 4 nights over the New Year holiday weekend. We were so glad to be able to escape back to the quiet neighborhood in the evening. Our unit was very spacious and clean. It was way more space than you would get in a hotel room. We had everything we needed. The apartment is walking distance to plenty of shops, restaurants, the subway, and Central Park. We took the Subway or walked everywhere we went. Rahima was very welcoming and helpful! She was a fabulous host! She helped us with our bags and gave us tips and advice about our visit in the city. We are very glad we booked this unit and would stay here again during our next visit! Thank you, Rahima!!

As soon as we arrive we were greeted with open arms. The apartment was super clean and bright. It was just what one needs while in the city. It is three blocks from a subway station so it was very easy to get to places! The apartment had a nice view of the buildings around it from the window, since it was on the top floor! Close to everything yet it is a tucked away gem. I really wish I could move to NYC just to live in the apartment full time! Will stay there again, and highly recommend it to everyone!

The Apartment was perfect. It was clean and super sweet. We stayed for 8 days and it was truly feel like Home. We had everything we need. Rahima is a very friendly Host and helpful. The Central Park is nearby and the Subway Station too. The neighborhood is calm and very beautiful. Ok, you can hear some Cars, but for us it was alright. For our next stay in New York, we would love to stay in the Apartment again.
