This is our second stay at this property. We had 21 of us ranging all ages and the house could not have been more perfect! There is an abundance of space and the two kitchens are perfect for all our storage needs! The whole family loved the pool and the house is just a short distance from all the fun things that Blue Ridge had to offer. The host is absolutely wonderful too - super responsive and very nice! We look forward to our next stay!

Very comfortable, plenty of room.well stocked. Upper deck was great. Saw wildlife. Common area is great. Signage of house number (1365) needs to lighted. Need more and newer towels. Creek not readily accessible. Pool path needs handrail for safety. WebSite should have a floor plan. Loss too many games of pool to grandson, thus pool table needs to be leveled. Family is fun!

We rented the house for a church retreat and several families stayed here. Ages ranged from infant to adult and there was plenty of space for everyone. We had a bit of confusion with the address (the email had two different addresses listed), but we figured it out. Yulia was easy to communicate with. We had an enjoyable stay!

This house was perfect for our year trip we take to the area to go white water rafting. It was spacious. We really enjoyed the house.

This was probably once a beautiful property but it’s pretty run down. It needs a really deep cleaning because it’s hard to tell what’s clean and what’s not, ie- I pulled out dishes that were still dirty and then felt I had to wash everything I needed to use before I used it. Property manager offered to send someone out but I declined per the awkwardness of our family being in the house.

We were not given correct address from VRBO and we didn't get the check in instructions until 8:45 the night before we were to arrive so that may be a hiccup with VRBO.
I have given the homeowner some feedback after we checked out but didn't get a response, but they did respond to my text while we were there. The home accomodated our group because there were 7 of us and the living room/dining room is one large area. The furniture needs to be updated, and repaired. The pool table needs to be replaced. The outlets were tripping and then finally the entire kitchen upstairs didn't work at all so we managed with the microwave that was in the downstairs kitchen. This home would accomodate several children as there were many bunkbeds and a downstairs area. The home was in a private setting with large back deck. There was other feedback I shared with the owner that I won't include on the review but overall, the home met our needs and we had a great visit.

Well, the property, itself, was fine. The house was clean, as far as I could tell. The check-in process was great. The community was the best. I have stayed at a lot of cabins in North Georgia and North Carolina and Tennessee. This one, by far, is located in the best neighborhood. When I tried to make contact with the property manager, I got no response. I have been trying for three days to make contact and have received no response. I have tried messaging and phone call. I have been unable to connect. I really need to make contact with someone.

The lockbox has the wrong code.
Had to call the owner five times till they answered.
There was a used feminine product laying in one 🕜 f the bathrooms.
The Great rooms carpet was stand up.
One of the TV's did not work.
There were roaches in the kitchen.
Half the electrical plugins did not work.
There was damage on the lower level outside of the building.
The house needed a good cleaning/dust all the very everything.
The one TV that worked only had Netflix, so I could not watch the football game.

Exactly what we needed for our family. Kitchen was well stocked for cooking. Pool definitely came in handy on overcast days that we didn't go to the lake. Will definitely consider tenting next year for our yearly vacation. Only thing i personally don't like is having to pay for extra people.

Large home on pretty, secluded property with several outdoor “nooks and crannies” for quiet “alone time”. Kitchen is well stocked. Pool/pool area is nice. Close to Blue Ridge.
Home needs a thorough cleaning, (dust bunnies on ceilings, window sills). New mattresses a MUST as all woke up stiff and sore. New curtains/blinds would be nice. Otherwise, the house was quite comfortable and affordable.

Our family had a marvelous time! There was plenty of room for every one! If you are looking for a place that is off the beaten path, this is it! Nestled in the woods on Fighting Town Creek, the house is spacous and open. The grandkids lived in the pool. One of the prettiest places we have stayed.

This property was great for our family of 13. All the rooms are spacious, plenty of bathrooms and kitchen well stocked. The half bath off of laundry room is great for when you come in from swimming. Two 2 car garages wer great. Dryer quit working, contacted owner and someone out that day to repair it. Would definitely recommend and would stay there again.

The property was perfect for our family vacation with 16 people. The teenagers enjoyed the pool table immensely! It had everything we needed except soap and shampoo in the bathrooms which wasn’t a big deal. I didn’t ever receive the check in instructions so we had to call vrbo as the number listed for our host wasn’t a working number. It worked out fine. The only issue to be aware of is that the price only includes 6 people and each person over that number pays a large extra fee per day per person. I thought that was a little misleading when the house advertises for 22 people. It is stated in the listing though. We went white water rafting and the location of the house was very convenient, especially for the more challenging route. The easier route for younger kids was a drive of about 1.5 hrs. The town of Blue Ridge was only 15 minutes away and very cute. Overall I recommend this house!

Lots of room, very quiet and peaceful. Lots of places to park. Needs measuring cups only found 1. Could use railing going down to pool and lights for the walkway going to the pool.front door shrubs need trimming and clean spider webs in sky lights and ceil areas. Down stairs living area smelled damp/musty. We did have a wonderful time.

Excellent choice for our family vacation. Plenty of room to spread out, lots of things to do at the property. Short drive to anything you may need.

The property is great! The house/cabin has lots of room for a large group. The upper and lower kitchens was a real help at meal prep. The light over the sink in the upper kitchen did not work. The coffee pot in the lower kitchen did not work properly. So we purchased another one for ourselves. Before we left, the pot in the upper kitchen stopped working all together. So, that left us with one pot for breakfast on the day we were leaving. one pot works really hard for 18 coffee drinking men, but we managed. All else seemed to be fine. We had a wonderful time. We look forward to possibly returning for another visit.

We enjoyed our stay there were plenty of rooms for everyone and plenty of space for everyone to enjoy themselves and not feel like they were on top of each other. Needs a little updating but lovely just the same. The dog loved the creek but not the barbed wire fence (no dog was harmed just tangled)

Our family had a great time. The only problems were when we arrived on Wednesday night there were no keys in the lockbox, no ice maker in the second floor kitchen refrigerator (had to walk to 1st floor refrigerator for ice) and no cable tv. We are a football watching family so will be more careful when booking cabin with no cable available. Was very clean and enjoyed the town of Blue Ridge.

While the communication was a little off due to owner not being able to communicate through Vrbo App, the house and stay was excellent. We had 20 men from our from our church stay at this property and we had no issues. It housed us well. The house a little outdated, but it didn't not stop us from having a great time. We can't wait to come back next year!

Beautiful place and property. Host was very easy to communicate with and very helpful. Not to far from white water rafting if you are rafting at the Ocoee. Everything was just as or better than expected.

Can’t go wrong visiting Blue Ridge Georgia, beautiful area. The house is in a great location and nicely secluded. Didn’t like how the rental fee was calculated based on the number of people in the group with a significant charge if you show up with more than listed. However, we had a couple late additions and the host was very accommodating for us. The pool area was very nice but a little cold for us to enjoy in September. This trip was a family reunion with over 20 people and the house was large enough to accommodate us all. Beds and furniture were not great but were serviceable with some rooms much better than others. Kitchen stuff was very typical rental fare, hard used and mismatched but again serviceable. Three coffee makers in the house but only one that actually worked. Outdoor spaces and furniture was nice but could use a good cleaning. The gas grill did not really get hot so we had to finish cooking in the kitchen. As the tank was full it likely needs new burners. Overall it was a good rental experience.

Loved this place!! Had a great time with family over Labor Day. Our teens loved the creek and swimming pool! House was huge and well stocked with everything we needed! We had a rainy weekend, but even with that, we played games and explored outside during breaks in the rain. Could not have asked for a better time!

First - this property is close to a 5, but I don't give 5's unless it's perfect. It was very close to perfect. Huge so that the family could sprawl out. We put the family with children downstairs which gave them their own space including a small kitchen. Perfect! Unfortunately we got a lot of rain, so couldn't make much use of the pool, but the few times we used it was nice. Plenty of entertainment for the kids (2yo and 5yo). Unfortunately, we didn't have as many adult family members as we had planned. My only complaint is with the grill. It was so rusty that we decided not to use it - which was ok because we were undecided about using it anyway. I would definitely book again IF I had a better commitment from my adult family members!

We had a large family vaca! There were 16 of us ranging from 1 year old to 73 year old and everything in between! This house was perfect! It is very large and we had 1 bedroom that we did not even use. The kitchen is well stocked with pots and pans and there was plenty of linens for our large family. The area is gorgeous and the house is close to everything. Just be warned that McCaysville is pretty much shut down on Wed so pick another day to explore it. I spoke with the owner in the phone twice while we stayed and she is very responsive to messages sent. A great time was had by all!

This was our second year staying at this property. It is an ideal vacation spot for our mutigenerational family crew. We have fun in the creek, pool, firepit, playing basketball, reading in a hammock, playing pool, watching movies, playing games, and all of us being able to cook and dine together at the large table. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms to not feel on top of each other, The location is perfect. Far enough to be away from town, but close enough to make a grocery store run any time. We love this area! We go whitewater rafting (Whitewater Express), ziplining, hiking to waterfalls, tubing, visiting orchards, and this year we rented a pontoon to go out on Lake Blue Ridge. I highly recommend this property!

We had a family reunion of 19 people (Adults and Kids) The house was so spacious, that we never once felt crammed. Everything that we could have possibly needed was provided, and then some. Awesome communication with the property manager, she was always available if we had any questions. We will 100% be returning to rent this property again!!
