Ormond Ocean Club is an enchanting ocean front condominium in lovely Ormond Beach, FL, on a no-driving allowed section of the beach. Ormond Ocean Club offers gorgeous sunrises, serene evenings and a convenience for a central Florida get away. Convenient shopping is less than 1 mile away. Approximately a one hour drive will find you at attractions such as Disney World, Sea World, Universal Studios and the Kennedy Space Center. This is the perfect destination for your central Florida, Atlantic Coast vacation.

This is a two story, town house style condo unit. Enter the main living area on the 2nd floor and bedrooms on the upper, 3rd floor. It is not handicap accessible.

Ormond Ocean Club is more than your place of choice for a beach vacation. It is a place where people return year after year developing long term friendships on the family atmosphere. The layout of the Ormond Ocean Club is conducive to meet and interact with others. The pool is the heart and center of the courtyard where you are able to enjoy your new and old friends, having the beach as your background.

This was the perfect place for 2 of us to stay as part of a larger gathering of family at the Ormond Ocean Club. Nicely furnished, quiet, great location right on the beach.

This is our third summer staying at Joyce’s place! We love it! The accuracy of the photos is spot on and it’s always clean when we arrive. The view is breathtaking! Joyce is always very responsive to any questions we have! Can’t wait to be back next summer!

My family ( part of them) as all 5 children of mine get their own unit here every summer, has stayed in this beautiful home every year for years. I have never had any problems with booking, checking in etc. The owner will respond promptly if you have any questions, and if any issues do arise, she will quickly take care of it. Beautiful home, beautiful beach! Can not wait until next year !( 2025)

The floors were dirty when we arrived had to reclean. Also furniture and rug in living area were disgusting and uncomfortable. Very outdated and the mattresses in every room were horrible. No one slept well at all. With the amount of money I paid for the week the rental was very disappointing. Don’t recommend staying here and I will not ever rebook.

We arrived and the condo was exactly as we expected. The only surprises were 1) the beach view and proximity were much better than anticipated 2) laundry facilities are not in the condo itself but still on property, just downstairs & easy to get to. The condo had two large televisions & several beach chairs and boogie boards as well as toiletries “just in case.” What was also impressive was the fact that when workers showed up unexpectedly to do some unexpected maintenance, after contacting the property owner she even messaged me back to be sure she had done all the she could to accommodate for the inconvenience. All in all, we had a great time in a place with a great view and a perfect location.

Spent the week with my husband, his 3 siblings and in-law. Ormond Ocean Club in September has been an annual trip for more than 40 years. Enjoyed the condo and the trip. Condo had a couple of small repair jobs needed but they were taken care of the same day. Joyce was a great property host.

The condo is in a great location with a beautiful ocean view. It has everything you could need for your stay. The owner is very responsive. The beach and pool were never crowded despite it being midsummer. Both are within steps of the condo. The resort is very quiet. It is a family friendly resort but it’s definitely very low key. If you are looking for a more lively resort it might not be the place for you. Lots to do nearby in Daytona and Flagler Beach. Orlando and St Augustine are within driving distance as well. Highly recommend this condo if you are looking for a quiet vacation getaway.

we absolutly enjoyed our stay. From the condo you have a fantastic view. We loved to sit on the balcony in the evenings, watching the waves. It was very tidy, we have had everything we needed. Check-in was very uncomplicated. We had an issue with the AC, but Joyce helped us very fast. Communication was perfect. If we ever will be in Ormond Beach again we would love to stay here again.

Ormond ocean club is my happy place !! Great location shops restaurants all in a 1-2 mile radius. And best of all the view of the beach you can walk from the pool to the beach! No drive beach ! 🏖🌅this unit very clean ,plenty of room , and the host is wonderful very prompt if you have questions or a problem . Will be back ! Ormond is a piece of heaven !

What a wonderful stay! The view was incredible! We spent a lot of time on the large patio enjoying all Ormond has to offer! Check in process was super easy! Joyce was very responsive to texts and calls! The condo was fully stocked with everything we could have needed including lots of fun games for the family! We will definitely be back!

The condo was perfect for our family. Very comfortable and lots of room. It had everything we could need. The location is perfect right on the beach. We loved how easy it was getting back and forth from the beach and pool. Neither were ever crowded and we always had plenty of space. The view from the balcony was great and we enjoyed lots of time there watching the ocean. Daytona is just down the road for any touristy things you might want to do. We will definitely be back to Ormond Beach!

We loved sitting on the balcony and feeling like we were on the beach—-it’s that close!! We had one issue with the AC, but Joyce responded quickly and had it fixed for us! It’s a perfect spot for a family vacation!

This condo is a great getaway location. It is just steps away from a fairly private beach!! Amazing views, modern decor, plenty of beds, and just a short drive to shopping and food. The host was very quick to respond to our needs.

This condo is amazing! Very clean and a perfect home away from home. My husband and I took our 3 teen girls to Ormond for spring break and this place did not disappoint. There was plenty of space for everyone. The location is perfect for a day trip to anywhere from St Augustine to Orlando. We spent our evenings relaxing on the balcony just watching the ocean. When we come back to Ormond, we will definitely book this place again.

My family and I stayed at the condo for a week and we loved it. The balcony overlooks the beach and has a complete 180° view of the ocean. The two bedrooms will comfortably accommodate five or six people. Everything is clean, well furnished and maintained.

This was a great location and very clean. It was just the right distance from bike week. Great view of the ocean to wake up to. I would suggest stating there is a bathroom downstairs and also adding a TV in the second room would have been great. Overall a great stay.

We have been coming to Ormond Beach in March for the past 5 years. Always rent the same condo. We love it here. It is quiet, peaceful and very relaxing. Love hearing the sound of the waves crashing ashore. The beach is beautiful. The condo is clean; very nice and cozy. Kitchen has everything you need. Beds are nice and comfy. It has a beautiful view of the ocean and you can watch dolphins swimming in the ocean. The owner is very friendly and easy to work with. People are nice and friendly. Lots of shopping in the area and nice restaurants. Every year we look forward to coming to Ormond Beach. Beautiful spot. Simone Larkin
