Stunning modern estate (formerly the Dreyfuss Estate) with mountain view, fully renovated in 2018 with designer pedigree in Old Las Palmas in Uptown Palm Springs and walkable to all that uptown and downtown Palm Springs has to offer.
Built in 1942 in classic Beverly Hills ranch style, the home has been returned to its Mid-Century roots with the home upgraded inside and outside, while maintaining it's historical pedigree. Custom luxurious and contemporary furnishings also complement the original architecture.
HIGH WALKABILITY RATING to all the new uptown and downtown night life, stores, art galleries & all the happenings in Palm Springs' evolution.

PARKING:
Parking available for 5 cars (max permitted power City of Palm Springs rules) - 1 on driveway behind gates and 4 on street.
We or our local agent will welcome you, show you around the property and have you sign the City of Palm Springs paperwork (if not signed prior to your stay - this is a City of Palm Springs requirement).
The agent will also deal with any issues you may have, and check you out at the end of your stay.
The house is well suited to having a chef come and cook dinner in the home for the house-guests for an evening, with its chef’s kitchen, all-clad utensil, double ovens and double dish-washers.
There is also a large grill outside the kitchen on side patio.
Additional cleaning services/linen changes may also be booked for a fee for during your stay, should you require these.

The place was wonderful and everyone enjoyed having their own room with a bath.
The backyard was amazing and the view spectacular. It was better than we could imagine.

The house is spacious, beautiful, and well equipped. Everything was clean and easy to use/access. My partner and I stayed for two weeks with a few other couples, and we had a great time. Each bedroom with its own bathroom made for plenty of privacy and personal space when needed, and the large common spaces with ample seating were great group settings. The pool is HUGE and, like everything else on the property, very well maintained. The owner of the property was quick to respond to texts, was always professional and kind, and provided outstanding guest support during our stay. In fact, he was the best property owner I’ve ever dealt with. Would definitely stay here again!

Our family had an amazing time at this lovely home in Old Las Palmas. The house was over the top, well appointed and perfect for our family's week long stay. Communication with owners, Anthony and Geno was flawless. Rudy was great to work with and gave us many fun suggestions of things to do. The home is close to many shops and restaurants as well as a great neighborhood to walk around. We hope to return on our next Palm Springs visit.

This fabulous house was perfect for our family of ten. Kitchen was very well appointed. Back yard was beautiful with stunning views of the mountain. The pool, hot tub and Firepit were all used daily.

The simplest way to describe this property is Top-notch! This house isn't your standard rental house, with beat-up cheap furnishings. It is decorated with high-end simplicity in mind. From all the sofas and chairs, furniture and bed linens, to the kitchen equipment and utensils, everything was of the best quality. With that said, we had 3 younger kids (10) and we didn't feel like we couldn't let them enjoy the space. It is still very user friendly. We took care of it like we would our own home.
The property itself is setup well for 2 families, with master bedrooms on either wing and every room with its own bathroom, you can't beat that setup. As nice as the inside of the house is, the outside is equally nice, and user friendly. The pool is large with an actual deep-end (10ft). The outdoor space has multiple areas to sit or lounge with plenty of seating and covered areas or umbrellas. The landscaping in the back and the front is pristine. Lastly, the location of this property is outstanding. The neighborhood it's in is very nice and super quiet. It is within walking distance to some of the downtown locations that we enjoy. Rudy was a very welcoming concierge and gave us some great local info for hikes and restaurants. He was was also quick to come by and help us out with a couple questions we had the first day we were there. We would definitely rent this home again, it's absolutely superb.

This wonderful property is among the cream of the crop. It's in immaculate condition and in a prime location. The owners are so caring and responsive; the couple of minor issues we had were addressed immediately. And the property has a concierge who is equally outstanding. This home turned out to be perfect for our family. It's clear the owners love the property and so did we. Our family vacations in Palm Springs every summer and we have stayed in a number of homes over the last ten years. This one was the best: Well maintained; well equipped; beautiful setting. The home has "Palm Springs" written all over it, with a perfect pool area and fantastic mountain views. Our recommendation: Don't hesitate if you are thinking of renting this place.

Excellent property. Our family of eleven enjoyed our stay and would love to come again. The property is private, yet walking distance to numerous restaurants and shops along Palm Canyon. The neighborhood is very quiet and we never heard any traffic or sirens despite being close to a medical center.
Our group ranged in age from infants to elderly. Each couple had their own room and bathroom and the 4 year old slept in the den in a hide-a-bed. The infants slept with their parents in pack and plays that they brought. One bedroom off the kitchen has a queen bed which was perfect for the early risers in our family. The grassy area was great for the "just starting to crawl" infants.
Because the house is in such fabulous condition, we had to be extra vigilant when the children were inside the house. The extra care, however, did not impact our good time, especially since we were mostly outside anyway.
The few glitches that we had while there were dealt with promptly and did not negatively impact our stay.
Overall, we highly recommend this home.

This home is wonderful! It has a perfect layout for a large family gathering, with bedrooms well situated, offering plenty of privacy as well as each with its own bathroom. The interiors are BEAUTIFUL, as well as expansive, making it easy for us to spread out for daytime working, reading, etc. and then such a pleasure to gather together for evening cocktails before heading out to dinner. The kitchen is a dream, well stocked and large, and the outdoor areas (of which there are multiple) and the pool are FANTASTIC. The owners and concierge could not have been kinder. What else? Morning coffee looking at the mountains, a great neighborhood, walking distance to shopping and restaurants, I could go on and on. We look forward to our next family trip to Palm Springs and returning to this stunning home.

The landscaping, decor, and furnishings were as gorgeous as the home. The owners and concierge were so quick to respond, accommodating, and extremely helpful. The house had everything you could think of and the layout was perfect for our family. We loved all the seating and lounging options outside around the pool and hot tub and I will miss having my coffee and looking at the mountains every morning. It was a fabulous week and we hope to come back soon!!

This property is PERFECT! They have not missed any detail. The home is absolutely stunning, beautiful yard and pool! The kitchen is fully stocked and made for a master chef! The owners and kind and lovely who were beyond accommodating. This home is beyond perfect. It was so hard to leave because it was a wonderful escape.

Like being on your own private Island, quite, views of palm trees and mountains
just so peaceful, 5 minute walk to lovely restaurants and shops. I think it was
the most perfect vacation spot I have ever picked. I will be coming back for sure.
