Our beautiful and spacious Kona home is just a 2 minute drive or 10 minute walk to the world famous Kahalu'u beach park where swimming with Turtles is virtually guaranteed. While you are a guest in a privately owned Condominium the property has resort-amenities such as Tennis Courts, Basketball Courts, Sand Volleyball, a playground, a Full-Service Restaurant and Bar along with multiple swimming pools.

Just across the street is a multitude of shops meeting all your needs. Restaurants of all kinds (Brew Pub, Thai, Crepery, Italian and Mexican) along with a full Cinema and the famous Hawaiian stores Long's Drugs and KTA are all within 1 minute drive or 4 minute walk. Locals even sell fresh fish daily and a farmers market weekly!

The property was perfect for our stay. We especially enjoyed the convenience of having a grocery store and farmer’s market within walking distance. Preparing a few meals at home helped to cut down on our overall vacation cost. The beds were very comfortable, outdoor dining set was a great place to gather, beach toys were helpful and overall layout was ideal. The amenities and grounds of the Kona Coast resort are beautiful. The home was “lived in” enough to not feel stuffy or unwelcoming but had everything we needed for island life.

Booking a rental can be a gamble and really make or break a family trip. I was I was instantly blown away the second I stepped into this place. You're greeted with sunlight coming through the large slider doors and a 180 degree view of the ocean. You can see the ocean out of every window. My 5 year and 2 year olds enjoyed the views, running around this spacious home, and relaxed on the patio every day and night. They really enjoyed the door in the closet to the bathroom and with 2 young kids, this was a great feature. As a parent going on vacation, you feel like you need to pack everything and feel terrible if you forget something. This home had everything we need: ac and wifi (check), multiple tables to host a large family dinner (check), beach toys and chairs (check), comfortable pull out couches (check). For golfers, the patio over looks hole 16 of the Kona Country Club. Every trip we compare our rental to this one and this one always is our #1 favorite. I'd rent this in a heartbeat if we come back to Kona. I wouldn't bother looking anywhere else. Thank you, Brian for letting us stay in your home. You're an incredible host (very easy to communicate with and quick with responding).

We loved this condo! Great a/c, comfy beds, hot showers. Morning coffee on the lanai overlooking the golf course and ocean - it doesn't get any better! Community was nice and quiet. Super convenient shopping and restaurants were only 2 minutes away. 5 minutes to get to snorkeling with manta rays. Would absolutely stay here again!

The property was perfect for us and our adult son & girlfriend. The kitchen was well stocked and a good size which made cooking easy. The lanai and grill were enjoyed. This is a quiet condo community, located on a golf course. Brian was quick to respond to answer our questions. We would stay here again.

Paradise + Turtles was the perfect spot for us in Kailua/Kona. The condo was spacious and comfortable. We really enjoyed the peace and quiet of the complex. It was also a great location for visiting the Big Island. Brian was a great host, communicative and really concerned that we had a good time.

We stayed at this property over Christmas. The property was exactly as described. It was perfect for our family of 5. The pull out beds in the living room were very comfortable for my teenagers. The view from the large balcony was beautiful. We spent many mornings drinking our coffee and watching the sunrise. The host had many beach items (chairs, towels, shovels, umbrella, cooler) for our use. He was very responsive to any questions we had and was very helpful with suggestions for fun things to do! The location was so convenient with a lovely shopping centre within walking distance. We would not hesitate to book here again or recommend it to friends!

We loved our stay! The condo was super comfortable and had everything we needed! Both pools onsite were really nice and fun! Most days we'd either swim in the pools onsite or walk down the hill and rent a little roadside Hawaii Bike and ride to the beach or into town. The grocery store is a 5 minute walk, so it was easy to run up there to get whatever we needed! We also golfed at the course that runs through the condos and it was AWESOME! I recommend! It was fun and easy to stay there! Brian the host was great!

We had a fantastic time! Staying at Brian's place was so easy. He had everything we could possibly need stocked. There were plenty of towels, linens, etc. and beach toys/activities. The beds were huge and comfortable, and the 2 sleeper sofas also made things easy for 5 adults. He also had some great suggestions on things to do while visiting and places to eat. I would definitely recommend staying here. If we go back to the big island, I would absolutely book again.

Great place. We enjoyed our stay very much. The outdoor seating area overlooking the golf course was very pleasant for meals and chatting. Everything we needed and more was supplied. The ceilings were high so felt very spacious. The air conditioning was awesome.

Brian was awsome and such a wodnerful host. He gave us tons of ideas and recommendations for our trip! The location is great! Love the pools, hot tub and little bar/restaurant. The VRBO comes equipped with beach chairs, beach towels, pool noodles, snorkel gear, and sand toys. No need to bring your own or purchase upon arrival. We are definitely coming back!

We were wowed by the spacious living areas, the overall elegance and large lanai, with trunk of beach/pool items and wide view of the golf course. Beds were very comfortable and AC worked perfectly. We made many meals in the kitchen! A closet full of linens/towels allowed us to do laundry at the end of the week. We felt at home right away, unlike a sterile hotel. Things we figured out (without any instruction book): turning on the 2nd stove burner (turn it all the way around before setting), set the patio fans (from the box on the wall), and turn on dishwasher (from a switch UNDER the sink). Overall, great!

This was our second time at this property and we love it! Large, clean, quiet and equipped with everything you need...And I mean everything! The kitchen is great, the bedrooms so spacious and the two bathrooms are a huge plus! The location is amazing. There is a Plaza just 5 minutes walk from the resort where you can find great restaurants, a big supermarket and even a movie theatre! This is truly a 5 stars property in a 5 stars location with a 5 stars host. Brian is super friendly and attentive, very professional and responsive. If you are looking for a perfect base to explore this beautiful side of the island don't miss this place!!! We will come back next year!! Pasquale

The condo was very spacious and clean. Great and quite location. The pool was just across the street so we didn’t have to walk that much. The views from the balcony were amazing you were able to see the sunset and the ocean. Kitchen was very spacious and the ac worked well. Beach equipment and a grill was available to use. Liked that the couches turned into sofa beds. I appreciated that Brian allowed for a late check out.

This unit is absolutely wonderful. Very clean, two large master bedrooms. Fully stocked kitchen. Nice lanai overlooking golf course (was a little load when AC was running). Property has nice pools and a small bar open for lunch and dinner. Can see the ocean but no beach Great location for exploring the big island

We had an awesome stay in this condo. It is very spacious and had everything we needed for a great vacation. The patio is very large and overlooks the pristine golf course. The unit is right across from the adult/ relaxation pool which was perfect. The grounds are gorgeous and it is a short 10 minute drive to downtown Kona. The kitchen is well stocked and we had all the comforts of home. Brian was a fantastic host; he was super accommodating and responded quickly to our emails. We couldn’t ask for anything more and will definitely stay here again.

Perfect location between captain cook and Kailua Kona. We booked a snorkeling tour and a manta ray tour and both were five minutes away. There’s so much to do in the area, we hardly spend any time with the place but the time we spent was enjoyable and relaxing. Well appointed. The lanai was a nice place to relax after a long day. The pool looked great as well!

Perfect amount of space for myself and my teenage daughter. Kitchen and bathrooms were well equipped, beds were very comfortable and space was very clean. Right across the street from a shopping center with a grocery store and restaurants. Great sunset views in the evening.

Nothing to complain about. Brian was great to work with and the condo was nice. We have stayed at this resort before and look forward to staying there again in the future. Its hard to beat this location. Away from the hustle and bustle of Kona but close enough to head in for dinner if you wanted. 2hrs from volcano national forest. Great stay!

Our family of 5 adults really enjoyed our stay, it was very spacious, CLEAN and well equipped with everything we needed including beach gear, plenty of towels, and kitchen supplies. AC worked wonderful! Beautiful sunset views from the front of the condo and very beautiful scenery from the Lanai. Check in was easy. We didn’t have any contact with the host during our stay but it wasn’t needed because everything was pretty straight forward and well explained in the email prior to check in. Only 10 min drive from Kona’s downtown strip, nice shopping center across the road, and you get the home away from home feeling but still get the island vibes! I would definitely stay here again!

We just spent a full week in this property and it was great! Let's start with the space. Huge, super comfortable, quiet and equipped with everything ( And I mean EVERYTHING!) you may need for your stay. Kitchen is amazing, the two bedrooms and bathrooms are spacious and the beds are super comfy. The living room area and the lanai are amazing with view of the ocean and so much space to move around. Three beautiful flat tv sets, plenty of towels and parking space in front of the condo were a great plus. The other crucial thing is the location: the Kona Coast Resort is safe and minutes walking distance from markets, restaurants abd other essential services. And, with a short drive, you can reach fantastic sites like Spencer park. One last thing: Brian was the most responsive host I ever had and I work as a manager for Hyatt and travel a lot. Superb customer service. We will be back next year! Pasquale
