The moment you enter this 7th floor, ocean view condo you'll feel the weight of the world lift off your shoulders. Enter the spacious living room overlooking the Halifax River. Comfortable furnishings and a smart television invite you to enjoy the breathtaking oceanfront views with family and friends. Host meals for the whole party in the cutting edge kitchen equipped with stainless appliances and an eat-in bar. This condo even includes a washer and dryer for added convenience!
This condo boasts three spacious bedrooms and 2 luxury bathrooms. The river view master suite hosts a king bed with a television and large windows to take in the Halifax River views. The master bathroom showcases a gorgeous, tiled shower and double vanity. The second bedroom holds a queen bed, television, and a connecting full bathroom which contains an additional entrance. The third bedroom accommodates up to 3 guests and boasts a twin bunk bed with a trundle and includes a television as well.
Follow the sound of the waves through the living room and onto your private, wraparound corner balcony. Comfortable patio furnishings allow you to take in the joys of the ocean on the side of the balcony and the Halifax river from the front of the balcony.

The majority of adult guests must be at least 25 years of age to book. After your reservation is confirmed, one of our booking agents will send over our rental agreement for you to e-sign and send back, along with a picture of your license. Please note that even if you cancel outside of the cancellation window and receive a full refund, the "Booking Fee" is never refundable. If you have any questions, please don't hesitate to call. Secured parking is available in the underground garage and includes a reserved space for each unit. There is parking for one additional vehicle on a first come, first serve basis on the main level. Please note only parking availability in your one assigned space can be guaranteed. There are no trailers or recreational vehicles (RVs) allowed to be parking on-site at any condo complexes however, we can refer guests to an off-site parking company upon request after the booking is confirmed.
