Welcome to "Casa Luna", a 4 bedroom 4 bathroom estate 3 are master bedrooms with bathrooms. You can enjoy the roof top jacuzzi or enjoy the privacy of the pool facing the Atlantic ocean. Casa Luna is centrally located in the middle of the island minutes away from Sombrero Beach, Restaurants, Grocery stores, direct ocean access with 80' of dock space and much more!

Casa Luna is a new built luxury home, with an open modern floor plan and a huge lot to park your toys or RV. Three bedrooms are on the first floor and two have views of the Atlantic ocean. The master bedroom is on the second floor with a private balcony with ocean views and access to the solarium with a hot tub.

We had such a wonderful visit. The property was so relaxing and the house is stunning. Everything that we needed was right there. Comfortable and cozy. The beautiful house and pool is in such a quiet neighbor and so close to everything. The sunrises were majestic. It was a wonderful place for myself and my family to celebrate my 60th birthday! Thanks for the memories!

We had the BEST time at this beautiful home over New Years! Conveniently located in Marathon, within walking distance to restaurants and shopping. This home offered us ample space and all of the extra amenities we could ask for. The dock space was great and the pool and hot tub as well! The Owner was a great communicator and always available making sure we had the best time! The home was very clean and there was plenty of space for parking. The neighbors put on the most amazing firework display we have seen in years for New Years. We feel truly blessed to have been able to stay in this home for our annual family vacation and will surely return when in the Marathon area again!

This place is so beautiful it’s truly a piece of art ! It’s location is amazing - dockage for the two smaller boats we brought for easy short access to Atlantic Ocean , for fishing off the dock every day , privacy with fencing all around yet close to main road for easy access to local businesses and restaurants. This house had everything we needed and wanted - 4 bdrms and 4 baths and the Master upstairs is stunning and spacious. The pool , hot tub , summer kitchen , kayaks, golfing tee, large lot, ample parking , any thing you would need in the kitchen . And the owner was always available when needed and amazing! Our family of 9 stayed here for a week leading up to our daughters wedding at a nearby resort and it was a perfect place for us to stay. We were up early every morning to see the sunrise , to fish from the dock or head out in the boat or make breakfast and eat outdoors . And we ended everyday with dinner either prepared in the beautiful kitchen or outdoor grill or at a local nearby restaurant followed or watching the sun set from the hot tub ! It was extremely clean as well! We would definitely stay here again! Pictures don’t do it justice!

Very clean, updated home. Easy, direct access to the ocean. The only thing missing from the property is a fish cleaning station and a deep freezer. Wilmer was very attentive to our questions. Very nice house.

Beds fine, chairs and couch very uncomfortable. Need bedside lamps, sinks to high for average people. Needs poolside bathroom. Dining room table sould not be glass and chairs totally uncomfortable. Needs more emphasis on comfort and functionality rather than looks. Black metal railing on front porch steps hazardous (hot and steep).

The property was great overall, however in my opinion a tad over priced for the location for the money we paid I would expect a 5 star type of property but I am very picky and expect the best for over 9k a week. There was a lot of construction on our road and lots of kids playing and fishing in vacant lot beside us making noise and casting into my boat while fishing and hitting my boat with sinkers by accident of course. Just would have preferred a little more privacy. I love kids so we understand but it was something I thought worth mentioning for the amount of money we paid. Other than that it was a great experience.

We rented this home for a month and fell in love. This is a beautiful home. The pictures don’t do it justice. The property is very quiet and clean. The large pool is amazing. The interior was decorated nicely. The rooms are large and the beds were quite comfortable. Wilmer was always just a text away and very responsive to any questions or requests that we had. We look forward to future stays.

We had a great time at this house. The owner communicated well and was helpful with the direction for the path to take coming to the house by water, as it can get tricky because of the depth entering the canal. We were successful getting our 42’ boat in.

Our family, had a wonderful week, at Casa Luna! The house was amazing, with more than enough space & amenities… the views were enjoyed by everyone, on the rooftop hot tub , and the heated pool was a bonus, after long, busy days! Especially for the granddaughters! The visits from the manatees, delighted us all! We Would highly recommend, this house! Will was an awesome host, & easy to communicate with!

We just concluded a weeklong trip to the Florida Keys where we stayed in this gorgeous home. The home is recently constructed and is in a nice neighborhood with easy access to restaurants, grocery stores, and Sombrero Beach. We were immediately impressed with the size and cleanliness of the home. We were a group of seven including six adults and a nine-year-old child. There was ample space for everyone. The home is extremely clean and appears even better than it does in the photos. The backyard space is especially nice and we really enjoyed the pool. Given that it was March, we did need the pool to be heated, but it was very comfortable once that was done. We enjoyed taking the kayaks out on the canal and also made use of the hot tub on the roof of the home. I am happy to give a five star rating on this vacation rental, but I will add that the home could use a little more in the way of kitchen supplies such as storage dishes. Also, it would be helpful to have more paper products and hand/dish soap available, though we were happy to go to the grocery store to buy what we needed. Additionally, there is a home under construction next-door and on at least two of the days that we were there, it was a bit noisy, but I completely understand that this is temporary. Wilmer was great to work with and was very responsive to all of my questions and concerns. We would happily stay at his home again!

This house worked out perfect for our week away from Northeast winters. We loved the privacy that is provided by the fenced in property. Sunshine, heated pool, hot tub, a new waterfront home, a firepit (table) and my beautiful wife, what else do you need on vacation? Wil was great answering any questions we had, very attentive and quick to reply. All new dishes, utensils, & glassware were a nice touch. Lamps in the bedrooms and a full length mirror (women) is all thats missing from this gorgeous waterfront home. Home behind us was being built, but we rarely heard them working, this is a small temporary inconvenience until that house is finished. We would return.

This property was great for our family vacation. The owner was very active in replying to questions. Everything was wonderful with the property and location. The only issue we had was I wished they would have cleaned the pool during the week we were there. The owner did send out the pool company but they didn’t do anything and said the would contact the owner and I wish there was a little more items as far as extra toilet paper, and trash bag. With 10 people it goes quick. Had to go buy some for the week. No big deal over all everything was great and our family had a wonderful time and will be returning.

The pictures do not do this home justice it has everything and more you could possibly want or need. My husband and I vacationed with 2 other couples and the house had the space needed the king size bed with en-suite bathrooms were perfect, the area was very safe and spacious. Will was very prompt in answering any questions we may have had during the week. We definitely will be returning
