Amazing location in beautiful Terrace Heights with proximity from Whyte Avenue, river valley and University of Alberta campus and University Hospital, Downtown, Rogers Place, West Edmonton Mall, Muttart Conservatory, Capilano Mall.
It has everything for a quiet comfortable stay. Our property has keyless entry so should you arrive later in the day, you have total flexibility to access the unit without worrying/losing keys during your stay! Enjoy your stay. The House is an upper and lower split, and there is an occupant in the basement suite (lower split).
Free Parking on street in front of the house. Or anywhere on the street.

Stayed for a family getaway with my kids. After busy days doing different activities around the city, this was a great place to relax and recharge. Clean, well - located, it was exactly what we were looking for. Little extras like snacks, drinks was a treat wasn’t expecting. Would totally recommend.

We had a wonderful stay. The beds are so comfortable and the rooms were all spacious. All the amenities were just what we needed. The location is close to downtown but far enough away that it's easy to get to and parking was never a problem. Thanks so much for sharing your lovely space with us!

This host adds the little extra to make you feel welcome with bottles of water, snacks and extra toiletries. It was a nice added touch. The property was easy to get to and very quiet. Our family really enjoyed our stay.

The house was great! The hosts were easy to reach and even set out a few snacks for us to enjoy when we checked in. The beds were comfortable. Bedding was nice. I really like that we had access to laundry and other cleaning supplies so we could tidy the space during our stay. We spent a lot of time at the expo center and it was a perfect location for us! If I could suggest anything to improve it I would have a nonstick frying pan available, cutting board and pepper. Overall a very nice time!

We stayed while our father was waiting for and had open heart surgery. The owner was quick to communicate and the property was as described. It was very well stocked with everything you would need to feel at home. It was close to both the Royal Alexander Hospital and The Mazankowski Heart Centre. The beds were comfortable and the parking was great. After a long day at the hospital it was nice to come home to a nice comfortable home and make a home cooked meal. The owner worked with us to accommodate our changing schedule. Would definitely recommend.

Location was excellent. Close to the Citadel Theatre making for easy travel to a show. Quiet neighborhood. Beautiful decor in the home. Many options on the Roku to watch (only complaint was no Netflix.) Would stay again.

Checking in at the property was super simple. The house was spotless. It's exactly as advertised and the hosts were delightful. Also, the checkout tasks are very manageable, basically, things you should be doing when leaving anyways. I would stay here again.

We had a wonderful stay at this lovely property. Though it was just a block away from a main road, the property was quiet, inside and outside. A very well stocked kitchen (table ware, flat ware, pots and pans). It felt quite homey. The bed in bedroom 2 was soft and comfy, just how I like it. Bedroom 1's bed was firmer which was perfect for other family members. Plenty of extra blankets, and throws for the sofa. Internet was fast and the TV had loads of channels to watch. Everything was clean and welcoming. We would have enjoyed using the outdoors area (a quiet back yard) due to the wildfire smoke, we weren't able to. The location was very good for getting around Edmonton. Gladys, the host was very communicative and so pleasant to work with. We would definitely stay again.

This home is amazing!! It is very clean and has extra amenities like toothbrushes and toothpastes in case you forgot your own. There are good amounts of towels in each room with a cute bunny towel as well. The host is a great communicator. They responded very quick and gave all necessary information required for the stay. Would definitely book this again

We traveled to Edmonton to spend the Christmas holidays with family. This property was exactly what we needed. It is spacious and very clean and the best equipped rental I have ever stayed in. The beds are very comfortable with nice linens and fluffy duvets. The living room is a cozy place to sit and chat, curl up with a book or watch great shows on Roku. Gladys was quick to respond to our questions throughout the reservation process and while we were at the property. She provided snacks and treats that helped us settle in. I definitely recommend this property and would stay here again.

Overall this place was great. The beds were super comfortable, the kitchen had most everything one would need, and Gladys was an exceptional host. With all that being said I would caution people that the house must have been lived in by a smoker at some point. The smell was not overwhelming but there.

Gladys was super friendly and very fast at responding. The place was clean and tidy. Gladys prepared snacks and some toiletteries. Checking in and out were super easy as well. It's street parking, and we were always able to park right in front if the house. The only downside is the tree out front. Every morning, we would find our car covered in tree sap, but it wasn't hard to get off. Definitely would recommend this place to others.
