Charming 2 bed 1.5 bath Bohemian style duplex located in beautiful Durango, Colorado. The place is fully furnished with everything except a dishwasher and it sleeps 7. It is in the city limits, 30 miles to Purgatory Ski Resort and transportation is available via the Durango Transit System.

The overall atmosphere was pleasant and convenient.

I went with friends for a Girls' Weekend, and we booked Tim's place for our stay. It's tucked away, off of the beaten path, but very close to the downtown Durango area, including the train station (w were there to ride the Blues Train). The property is quiet and safe, and was perfect for our needs. Tim, the owner and host, lives above the property, and made himself to us if we had any questions or concerns, but other than that we never saw or heard him. There's a lovely backyard to sit in and relax, and he has 2 adorable French bulldogs who will come to meet you and introduce themselves. The apartment itself is very cozy and homey, and had everything we needed. The only "negative" I would have, is that there is only 1 full bathroom, so if you have a large group, you might want to keep that in mind. There's a 2nd half-bath/powder room, but only 1 tub/shower. It wasn't a problem for us as we only had 3 people and no real deadlines to be up, ready, and out the door, but with a larger group it would take some coordination. That said, the shower was great! Nice pressure and plenty of hot water! We had a nice stay. Thanks, Tim!

I enjoyed my stay at the Bohemian Tree Casa. There was ample space for myself and my daughter and son-in-law plus my dog. The kitchen was well-equipped, bedrooms were clean, smartly decorated, and comfortable and the patio and yard were beautiful and relaxing. I would definitely come stay here again and recommend to others. Thank you to my host who was always responsive and polite.

It's hard to find a place that will accept cats. Bohemian Tree Casa met my needs accepting cats and allowing smoking outside. The owner was very accommodating and friendly. Thank you Tim!

The house was situated perfectly for our needs. The house was perfectly situated minutes from fort Lewis College soccer fields. The neighborhood was quiet and the owner was very friendly. If you are looking for a home away from home this is your place.

The place was bigger than it looked online. There were so many unexpected details… hooks, extension cords, many towels, lamps. Just a great, homey and comfortable place in a great location.

Place is very comfy, great yard for our dog and the french bulldogs are very friendly. Wish we could of stayed but we left early due to sewer problem that was beyond Timothy's control. We would like to return to this property in the future and he did refund us a portion of our bill.

Our stay was relaxing and comfortable. Loved the fenced yard. The apartment was comfortable and beautifully decorated. It was a great place to stay while in Durango visiting our kids.

We enjoyed our 4 nite stay. Great neighborhood. The owner was very helpful and accommodating to our needs. We walked our dog every morning to this very cute coffee shop that had homemade goods and plants. Liquor store & gas station around the corner as well. Small drive to memorial park and downtown. My husband rode his motorcycle and was able to park it inside the gate, which made him happy as he’s picky about where he parks it. Beds were comfortable and kitchen had alot of supplies. Thanks Tim for a great stay!!!

Timothy is an excellent host. The property is secluded and tucked away on fenced property with beautiful outdoor seating under the aspens. Inside, a warm and welcoming 2 bedroom duplex, comfortable seating and beds, fully equipped down to fingernail polish remover! The kitchen and bar area was nice for family time and entertaining. We would definitely stay again if ever vacationing in Durango again. Beautiful memories!

There are some oddities about this VRBO......the lighting is odd, and in the second bedroom, the window opens into the host's vestibule. No air flow in the second bedroom. The only shower is in the master, so it might be uncomfortable for two couples. The apartment was clean, but smelled of smoke......tobacco? Or the wood-burning stove? It was stuffy. I think it might be better in the winter. I also had to prompt the host for the directions to enter the apartment.

Enjoyed our stay at Timothy's casa...very clean and comfortable. The shaded outdoor seating in the fenced yard was a bonus as was being able to love on his two adorable French bulldogs. Great location--in walking distance to many places or a very short drive to others. We'd be happy to stay there again!

This property is close to town and trails. It has a lovely outdoor patio with shade provided by blooming wisteria that everyone enjoyed immensely! It’s walking distance to bakeries and coffee shops. Would definitely stay here again!

The Bohemian Tree Casa was a delight. Timothy is a great host. The interior and exterior of the property are very well maintained. The yard is quiet and private. The wisteria arch over the patio was in bloom as were the iris in the garden. Sitting on the patio in the evening with a drink was blissful. We would go back in a heart-beat.

Timothy is a responsive host and provided the perfect location for me and my German shepherd. The fenced in yard provided plenty of play space and my girl really enjoyed visiting with Tim’s two sweet pups. We were able to establish several walking routes for extended exercise. The living space is spacious and comfortable, and is located an easy 5 minute drive from the heart of Durango and Ft. Lewis College. I will definitely try to book this when I return to Durango.

The house is situated in a great location, not far from main street downtown and Purgatory Ski resort. The owner was very friendly and I enjoyed our conversation over a late night fire. We would definitely stay there again.

The rooms were supplied with everything you would need. He even left us coffee for the morning because we arrived too late to shop.
The location is roughly 7 minutes from down town tucked back off the road so pay attention to the directions he has supplied. Each room has a tv.. living room has a Roku to sign into so your shows are right there. The train from Durango to the Cascade Mountains are a MUST DO. Beautiful ride! Lots of the snow activities start Dec 24 as far as tubing and snowmobiling. We drove through the Mesa instead and saw the cliff dwelling….. MUST DO! Beautiful! My family will be staying at this VRBO again definitely.

My kids and I had a great time staying in this home that was close to my sister’s home for a weeklong visit. There was plenty of space for cousin visits and it was generally a pleasant place to be. Tim was helpful and communicative when we needed anything. We’ll definitely stay here again for future Durango visits.

We stayed here for two weeks. Timothy was so incredibly accommodating and communicative. He was willing to make accommodations for his French Bulldog while we were there, so our dog could have the yard privately to herself!
Timothy's tree casa is close to many great restaurants, all within walking distance! It was extremely clean and comfortable inside and had plenty of room for when we brought friends over for dinner!
I will be definitely staying here again when I come back to Durango!

Beautiful yard greets you (great for pets) including chairs and table for relaxing. Comfortable beds, well stocked kitchen, extra 1/2 bath was a blessing! Plenty of room for a family of 4 or 2 couples. Need a car to get to historic downtown but only 5-10 minutes away. Host was friendly, suggested places for us to see/do. Wonderful experience and highly recommended.

Property was very well maintained and equipped. We had 2 dogs and there was a secure yard for all of us to enjoy. Great location. Walking distance to a rib/pizza restaurant, mexican place and a bakery. All had outdoor seating so could take the dogs, too.
