The Space:
This condo is equipped with cozy and stylish finishings, with amazing attention to details. As you stay here you will find great touches like a margarita shaker and tequila recipe book, a dog bed, tea kettle, and well-appointed decor that really makes you feel at home and welcome. High-speed internet, LG Smart TVs with cable and streaming in every room, a washer/dryer, room-by-room controlled air-conditioning, blackout curtains, and one private assigned parking space are all provided. This 2BR / 2BA unit sleeps 4 with a king bed in one room and a queen in the other, with plenty of pillows!
Start your day with coffee on the patio enjoying the view, then grab one of our provided beach towels to the infinity pool, just one floor down from you. After soaking up the sun, end your day by walking a short 5-10 minutes to some of the best restaurants in town.
The kitchen is outfitted with high-end appliances, a gas cooktop, and water is filtered throughout the entire building so you can drink straight from the tap.
Before you arrive, professional housekeepers thoroughly clean your home. And when you get there, check-in is easy. Smart locks and lockboxes let you go straight to the door and walk right in. And just in case you need us, our customer care team is available around the clock.

The complex, Casa del Mar, offers excellent amenities such as a large saltwater pool, direct access to the beach, a barbecue area, a gym, and 24/7 security.
The Neighborhood:
Bucerias’ 5-mile stretch of soft sandy beaches, cobblestone streets, and Mexican village charm take you back to simpler times. It has become a popular destination in the Riviera Nayarit, but it has managed to keep its authenticity. Many say Bucerias is very much like Puerto Vallarta was in the 1950s, where you can experience the joys of a laid-back beach town without the tourist-palooza that is Puerto and Nuevo Vallarta.
Getting Around:
Bucerias is easily walkable to anywhere you'd like to go - the beach, the market, restaurants, etc. To get to other areas of the bay, Uber and Indriver are our preferred modes of transportation due to the ease and competitive pricing.
