This amazing Sedona Sanborn Retreat property is situated in a peaceful West Sedona neighborhood and is close to many attractions including Amitabha Stupa and Peace Park, as well as many popular hiking trails, restaurants, and shopping!

This recently remodeled split-level home offers 1,536 square feet with three bedrooms, two bathrooms, to easily accommodate up to eight guests.

Entering the home through the front door, you will be greeted by the split-level stairway. Up a few stairs puts you into main great room holding the living room, kitchen and dining area. This home is also accessible through the backyard walkway without the use of stairs.

Living Room: Features contemporary furnishings including a sectional couch with a queen sleeper sofa, a 65” Smart TV and access to the balcony.

Kitchen: The kitchen space is fully equipped with stainless steel appliances and stone countertops, and the kitchen's bar offers seating for two.

Dining Area: The dining area offers seating for six. Additional seating for three at the counter height bar top table.

Bedrooms/Bathrooms
Master Bedroom (upper/main level)— King size bed, 55” Smart TV and access to the balcony, the en suite bathroom has a large soaking tub, separate steam shower.

Bedrooms 2 (lower level) – Two twin beds, 43” Smart TV, access to a shared full bathroom offering double sinks and a tub/shower combo. (beds can be converted into a king bed at additional charge by request)

Bedrooms 3 (lower level) – Queen bed, 43” Smart TV, access to a shared full bathroom offering double sinks and a tub/shower combo

Outdoor/Patio areas:
The upper balcony area offers on outdoor dining table, additional seating and a propane BBQ grill. The large backyard offers a covered patio with sectional couch seating where you can relax and take in the views. Outdoor yard games are available in the garage for use.

One of the best VRBO's if not THE Best Home we have ever stayed in. Everything was perfect, the layout, the amenities, the location. We are family of four who stayed for 4th of July week. Owners did not skimp on anything there was even a Ninja Blender. Having a garage on a Very Hot week was Super Nice.

We enjoyed the house and especially its location with a view of Coffee Pot. Everything to do in Sedona is only a short drive from the house. It was also a bonus having a garage to keep the car in overnight.

This home was very nice with plenty of space and nice furnishings. They were pet friendly and eveneft doggy bags and bowl. We did no cooking but the home had everything you would need. Beautiful views sitting in front room or kitchen and lication made it easy to get to uptown and to other shops on 179. It was in a great location for hiking too Loved that we had access to a washer and dryer especially after hiking. The main bathroom shower was the only amenities we did not like. It was difficult for a tall person to be comfortable in the pod like shower. We still had a great time and enjoyed the property.

My family's experience with this rental was perfect, it was clean, accurate to the listing, and the management team was very helpful. I needed an iron and they dropped it off within hours. The property was as gorgeous as the posting described. I will be definitely using "I Love Sedona’s property" again for future stays.

We stay at a lot if VRBO’s when we travel. This is DEFINITELY one of the best in terms of cleanliness, updates, location in Sedona, safety and nice neighborhood. They thought of everything to make the visit perfect! The house is beautifully decorated and lays out. They went above and beyond to assure that you have plenty of info about the place, contact info, suggestions of areas to go/eat, a parking pass for parks! So impressed, it was SO nice!!!

My family thoroughly enjoyed staying here! The house had good views of the mountains and was nice neighborhood. The stars at night were amazing! This home was tastefully and beautifully decorated, and had lots of natural light throughout, It was convenient to downtown Sedona, grocery stores and restaurants. There was even a place you could hike in the back of the neighborhood, but unfortunately, we ran out of time to do that. The kitchen was well equipped except I did miss my Keurig. 😊 Check in and out was a breeze and the management was super helpful with restaurant recommendations as well opportunities and info on local activities. We would definitely recommend this home!

I would give this place a five plus for cleanliness, location and for everything else. We loved the extra touches the host gave us. Wine, chocolate, Game cards, brochures on where to go and dinner options. We had a lot of fun!

The home was immaculate and true to the pictures. A split level home with three large bedrooms and two full baths (downstairs two rooms share a large bathroom). Towels were kindly left on each bed and a large TV in every bedroom with YT TV already configured to be able to watch TV. There are two separate HVAC units which means upstairs with Master BR, Kitchen, Den and Dining room can stay at one temp and downstairs two BR with large full bath can stay at another temperature. The thoughtfulness of the book providing details about the home and area along with the amenities provided were appreciated by my friends and me. We will definitely plan to stay at this location again. Just driving up Coffee Pot drive you have an amazing view of red rock peaks in the background and the neighborhood is quiet. Thank you for sharing your home with us! 💜

Home was newly renovated and well appointed with everything one needs for a getaway. Bedding was very comfy and was immaculate when we arrived. Only downside was the washer was broken. Enjoyed our stay!!!

We came to Sedona to celebrate my husband's birthday and this house was perfect! The location was close enough to downtown but still very quiet and peaceful at night. The house was very clean and modern, i would recommend this place to anyone!

Beautiful home in a quiet neighborhood. We really enjoyed the hiking trails that were so close to the house. We walked to the trail head and hiked the teacup trail to coffee pot rock. It was beautiful and not crowded. We will definitely try to stay here again on our next trip to Sedona.

I recently stayed at this property in Sedona and it was absolutely fantastic! The property was clean, spacious, and had all the amenities we needed for a comfortable stay. The location was perfect - we had stunning views of the Red Rocks and were just a short drive away from all the great restaurants, shops, and hiking trails in town. The owner was also very responsive and accommodating, making the entire booking process and stay a breeze!

My wife and I own vacation rentals and pay close attention to the details. This new listing had all the amenities and cookware you would need. It was incredibly clean and in a perfect location. You could walk to close by hikes like teacup which leads to soldiers pass. It is also very convenient being so close to Starbucks and Safeway. We would definitely stay here again!
