Geweldig hotel!

Dit is een heerlijk rustig hotel, met zwembad en fitnessruimte. Personeel is uiterst vroeg en behulpzaam.

Er kan eten via het hotel besteld worden. Het eten is heerlijk, maar wel beperkte keuze.

Maybe another trip

Was allowed to make a late cancellation due to City shutting of the water the night we were scheduled to stay. Gave a 5 rating because it wasn’t any of the numbers but this form requires a number to be selected. Didn’t feel a rating any higher or lower would be fair.

Did not actually stay here. I received a notice the day before my scheduled arrival that the City was going to be doing some sewer line work and water would not be available from 10PM-5AM. Of course this was not a loft’s fault, but they could not accommodate our needs.

Very misleading! No tubs at all!

The property was nice. And clean. However, when booking on here thru booking.com they 100 percent mislead the details. This property doesn't even have bath tubs much less the spa tub I paid extra for.

Very misleading! This property does not have even a bathtub, much less the spa, or jetted tub that was advertised and I paid extra for. This is the third time I have been baited and switched when getting there. Do better!

Our stay would have been fabulous if it wasn’t for the power outage

Friendly staff and clean rooms

The electricity was off when we woke up in the morning. We were told maintenance doesn’t come in until 9am. We needed to use a hair dryer prior to that.

Helpful staff, very clean environment.

Perfect location for our needs. Close to restaurants and Sandy Springs Marta Station.

No closet, so suitcases had to be left out in the room.

One of the Best Hotel Stays I've Had.

I love the trendy atmosphere. The staff was absolutely amazing. A special shout out to Khaled who went above and beyond and even helped trim a bouquet I made for my sister. It was just the best vibes.

The bed was very firm, which was bad for me but wonderful for my best friend.

A Loft was Great!

Kenneth on the front desk was Amazing! He made our stay Absolutely Wonderful. He needs a raise. He needs to be Manager Bartender was the Bomb. Loved the bluetooth speaker too, niccccce

You should have DJ on Saturday night too.

We love the staff and location!!

We did not have breakfast. The staff was my favorite!! Especially Torrie Andersen. We are members of the Church of Jesus Christ of Latter Day Saints and were visiting the Temple. It is within walking distance for anyone visiting for that purpose. The guys were extremely nice to my children. Made us feel right at home.

I did not like the bathroom doors. For families, there is no privacy. The room door was also very hard to open. Nothing we couldn't adjust to and not any reason to still not give this hotel 5 stars.

Sleek and modern hotel

I was totally pleased with this hotel. Everything about our stay was exceptional. All the staff I dealt with were very friendly. The room was very modern and comfortable and clean. Bed was exremely comfortable. Location was great. Hotel sits alone but only minutes drive to restaurants and bars. In all directions. Ample parking. And parking was free! I have stayed in many hotels and this was one of the best. John at the front desk was awesome!

Better than expected overall

Very Clean, great location and modern.

The bathroom was very odd especially for a “family room” of two queen beds. There was no wall or partition separating the shower for privacy from rest of room. Very strange setup. In a king room for couples, would be fine. Just very strange for a family with older kids.

Bad

I booked a room for my parents who ended up staying for two of the originally booked three nights. The hotel represented that they would not charge us for the last night of the reservation but we have yet to receive a refund after multiple attempts of trying to get the charge adjusted. Other guests were having similar problems with their reservation while my parents were there; the hotel was very disorganized and certain other guests were so frustrated with their own experience that they ended up calling the police (which may have been overkill but speaks to their level of frustration).
