Small room near city centre perfect for business trips.

The hotel is perfectly located just at the river Seine, c. 10 minutes from the cathedral. Easy check-in both in person as well as after hours with key boxes. If you're in Rouen for business and don't plan to stay for long in rather small room with no actual desk it's perfectly fine.

The room – especially the bathroom – is really small and needs some refreshing (burned out holes in the curtains, hard to close door, etc.). Also, the hotel is located at the very busy street and is be a bit noisy during the evenings and at night.

Quarto muito frio, internet não funcionava, muito cheiro de cigarro no quarto, portas da varanda não tem fechadura, lençol muito frio, as fronhas rijas . Parque de estacionamento pagamento de 20 € , enfim

Séjour confortable

Bon séjour dans cet hôtel à bon prix. La chambre est propre. Les oreillers sont un peu épais, mais rien de trop dérangeants. Le lit est confortable et les draps sont propres. La salle de bain est propre et moderne. L’eau est chaude et la pièce sèche rapidement. Il y a suffisamment de prises électriques dans la chambre. Je n’ai pas eu de problème de bruit. L’hôtel est plutôt calme (janvier, en semaine). Le personnel de l’hôtel est agréable. Il est possible de récupérer son pass pour la chambre même après 22h avec un système de boîte à code mais il faut demander au préalable. L’établissement est très bien situé, non loin du centre historique de Rouen et à deux pas de la station de tramway et de l’arrêt de bus nommés « Théâtre des Arts ».

Attention à vérifier que le pass pour la chambre est bien réglé au bon nombre de jours du séjour. Je me suis rendue compte du problème en journée (pass réglé avec un jour en moins que prévu), mais si j’étais rentrée après 22h, j’aurais été bloquée devant la porte de ma chambre.

Nous avons apprécié la propreté, la beauté de la chambre, de la vue et de l'équipement mis à disposition.

Notre voisine de chambre qui gémis tellement fort que nous avons cru qu'elle était dans la chambre. C'est très gênant en plus d'avoir un sérieux manque de savoir vivre. Ce n'est pas de la faute de l'hôtel mais ça nous a empêcher de passer u'e nuit au calme puis que cela nous à réveillé

Très jolie chambre très propre bien décorée et bien agencée, avec petite Nespresso en prime. Bon petit-déjeuner avec possibilités continentales ou anglo-saxonnes, personnel souriant et aidant

Déçue par la chambre

Bien situé, à 10mn du centre historique, à 5 mn de transport et de commerces. PT déjeuners assez complet, personnels aimables et salle de bain correct.

Gros bémol sur la chambre : de gros travaux de rénovation à faire car la chambre un peu délabrée qui paraît sale alors que c'est propre. Mais moquette et rideaux abîmés; chambre petite, pas beaucoup de mobiliers.

Tres Bon séjour. Hôtel très bien situé.

Établissement très bien tenu. Confortable, personnel attentionné à l’arrivée à 20h, machine espresso dans la chambre, très bonne literie Dommage qu’il n’y ait pas de porte de douche ni de rideau. Il y a de l’eau partout après la douche. Vraiment dommage car la douche est très confortable et n’a chambre aussi.

Die Lage ins Zentrum. Lademöglichkeiten für E Auto in der Nähe. Fenster zu öffnen. WC extra. Großes Zimmer - bekamen aber auch ein Upgrade. Gute Matratze.

Badewanne mit integrierter Dusche. Halbe Überschwemmung ist vorprogrammiert. Aufzug alt. Schimmel im Bad. Kein großer Spiegel. Frühstück ausreichend, aber etwas eng im Raum. Alles ein wenig umständlich.

Ok la posizione ma tutto il resto lascia a desiderare

Posizione veramente ottima per visitare il cenyro città e bella la vista sulla Senna

Pur essendo scritto alla reception che lo staff parla inglese nessuno degli operatori lo parla, anzi la ragazza della reception ha comunicato con noi un'informazione tramite translate. Il check era disponibile dalle 14 alle 20, noi siamo arrivati alle 15 e ci è stata assegnata una stanza che era ancora da pulire. Ci hanno fatto attendere per poi assegnarci una camera nella quale mancavano comunque gli asciugamani. Il box doccia è aperto e l'acqua esce bagnando completamente tutto il bagno. Ultima cosa durante la notte la strada sulla senna è molto trafficata e pur tenendo chiuse le finestre il rumore è molto insistente

op door reis een bezoek aan Rouen.

het ontbijt was simpel. Het hotel was op wandel afstand van het centrum en de parkeer garage om de hoek.

Het hotel ligt aan een zeer drukke auto weg die door het centrum gaat en ondanks dat de kamer een dubbele schuifpui had was het een oorverdovend lawaai. We hadden 2 nachten geboekt maar zijn na 1 nacht weg gegaan. Onze kamer lag aan de straat zijde met uitzicht op de Seine.

A quick visit and for the price it was perfect for our stay.

Location was perfect to visit the Cathedral’s, a stones throw away from the river and the boat tours, perfect breakfast and wonderful staff.

Great location, lovely staff (some unpleasant smells)

Staff were amazing, I got confused about where to park as there is a public car park next to their private one (there's is on the right behind a white roll-up garage door). When she realised my mistake, the receptionist came out with me, showed me what to do, and waited with me until I was parked correctly. Great customer service! She also then showed me where to go for some food in the evening and I had a lovely meal. The room was small but clean, and the bed was comfortable - very firm, but I prefer that to it being too soft.

My room was on the second floor, and in the morning, the smell of cigarette smoke that came into the room was incredibly strong and really unpleasant - not sure if the floor below is smoking or if floor 2 is, but it was genuinely horrible. There was also a really horrible toilet smell when another room flushed their loo!! The noise of others flushing their toilet and the water coursing really loudly through the pipes was also enough to wake me up in the night. Overall, as I was only studying 1 night, these weren't big problems, but I would have asked to move rooms if I was staying longer.

Bedroom decoration is lovely, the bed was good and the shower too. We arrived after midnight but entering our room was easy, instructions to get the keys were clear and simple.

Maybe it's because we arrived near the end of the services but the breakfast was disapointing, scrambled eggs were dry, there was not much choices, it was lacking cottage cheese and pancakes.

Although the reception lady doesn’t speak English, she is very kind and supportive when we checked in.

Hotel is right next to a BUSY road. If you open the window it’s very disturbing, if you don’t you feel suffocated on a hot summer day. Room is very small.
