The location, within walking distance to the aldstast and castle was excellent.
Only one set of keys so it was hard to split up and be aware you need to get your luggage up stairs

Location was perfect and the lodging was comfortable.

Location very close to the old town, easy access by means of transport. Comfortable appartment.
The host was trying to make three of the five beds after our arrival to the appartment. All the rooms were quite warm despite the fact that master bedroom didn't have heating. However, it was adequately heated from the radiator in the bathroom. We also had to ask for toilet paper rolls.

The apartment was well stocked with anything you could need.
Really I had no negative feedback. The apartment was what I expected.

Good location and large for a studio. Kitchen well equipped. Laundry facilities in the basement. Comfortable bed.
Bathroom coukd be small for some, but shower was hot and good pressure. Microwave would be nice (has oven and toaster oven). If someone stays behind and the door is locked from.the outside, there is no way to exit the apartment.

it was secure. three doors to enter with locks. clean. great location.
the patio door was a bit wobbly when opening, but the property manager told us they were waiting on a new one. though this did not really effect the use, so it wasn’t bothersome.

Perfectly situated in the center of Heidelberg at 5 minutes from the new University, the apartment is well equipped, bed is comfortable, good shower with plenty of hot water, fluid internet. Nights were tranquil, no much traffic on the street. Parking option at reasonable price.

Nearly perfect. From the staff to facilitates everything was perfect with some minor improvements.
The drainage hole in the shower seemed to be clogged whenever someone took a bath.

Great view, beautyfull envoirment and old houses around the appartement. Good price and near everthing you want to visit or need. theres a bit expensive semi vegan supermarket at a 3 minute walk for fresh breakfast.
Traffic in the morning, we had to clean the showerdrain and the bedbench for one person was a bit hard but you can prefer that. Twice a day the churchbell goes. But we did not mind that at all (at12 and 18h)

The location of this apartment is great - just few steps from the main street and the old town. Also it is quite close to Heidelberger Schloss and very close to the cable train going there. The bus stop is just few steps from the place and the buses go directly to the local S-Bahn stations.
As for interior, the place is simple, functional with almost everything one needs to stay few days. The bed was very comfy so it was nice to rest in it after long walks.
The host was both helpful and kind - he gave me the keys an hour before the official check-inn time. And I felt thankful for that :-)
There were few minor disadvantages of staying there:
1. The Internet connection was mostly poor - both the internal wifi in the house and the mobile phone internet
2. Some kitchen items weren't cleaned well and you could see the marks of the previous food and drinks
3. No shower soap available - one have to bring or buy her own
4. The smell was weird, not nice and strong in the room. As I am quite sensitive to olfactory input, I bought incenses and used them all the time in order to cover this smell.
5. Last but not least a hint to all who are going to hand wash their clothes there. My stay was in early May with sun and no rain outside but still my clothes needed 3 days to get dry. The humidity level in Heidelberg is very high and one should be prepared for this. Most probably the scent in the room was partially also caused by high humidity.

The apartment was just what we needed. Its location is unbeatable, very nice view. This is one of the rare places that was fully equipped (paper towels, shampoo, linen, spices, appliances, dysinfection etc. ) - fully recommended!

Great location near Altstadt
Old and low quality furniture, bedsheets. Expect better for that price

Location is exceptional. Premises very good and well stocked.
The single bed would be okay for kids but not great for an adult.

Apartment on a great location just next to the Altstadt. No noise coming from the street even tough it is next to the Altstadt. The apartment has everything you need, including a stove to cook, a dishwasher, an oven and a renovated shower. Host is friendly and speaks English very well. Photos are real and the apartment met our expectations!
Parking space is a bit small, so if you bring a SUV or van don't expect it to fit there; the host will tell you that himself. Didn't bother us tho where our car isn't that big.
The apartment could be renovated a bit more for our liking, but we can imagine this hasn't got priority with the housing prices in Heidelberg. Also, the time you spend in the apartment will be little to none with the lively city next to the apartment.

Everything was OK.
Problem with the parking is the only dissapointment. But this is the common problem for any city center.
5.0 / 5.0
The apartment is perfectly located in quiet part of downtown, close to the key bus stop Universitatplatz and 300 m from main market street. The sight is nice, neighbourhood very quiet. Apartments comfortable and reasonably well equipped, nice and clean. The host is friendly, hospitable and helpful. Interior is convenient and well thought of.
The kitchenette is well equipped but large mugs might be useful.
