I was after somewhere to stay near Kempton Park and it wasnt as expensive as others.

no breakfast included. I was bit taken aback by the actual address being a street house, which was a bit confusing. The bedroom amenities were a bit sparse, 1 tea bag no milk, no sugar and no tea spoon. I guess the people who run this business are not quite as experienced but the bed was huge and very comfortable.

The best

Was clean had everything needed u name it should have allowed smoking in the backyard had to go out n smoke as it was against the property rules

Great overnighter

Close to airport so handy for overnight stay for connecting flight. Was very easy to check in, and all the info given beforehand was extremely helpful.

Great place near Heathrow.

Location, easy to get to from Heathrow bus station. I had a double room, on the main floor so no stairs, it was a big room, warm and had comfy bedding. Shared bathroom was near room and had a great shower. There was a fridge, microwave and kettle in kitchen area which was great.

I liked everything about the place. It was also close to Tesco and places to get food.

グランドフロアの広い部屋だったので、荷物を広げても余裕があり、荷物整理も楽々です。キッチンには食器、電子レンジ、電気湯沸かしポット、冷蔵庫などが揃っていて、近くのお店でテイクアウェイしたものを温めて食べられます。ヒースロー空港への路線バスを利用でき、バス停が近くとても便利です。

トイレ2、シャワー1、バス1ありますが、バスのシャワーが使いづらいのと、夜中、朝方に空港へ行く方の利用が多いため、シャワーは夜中の方が混んでいます。それ以外は問題ありません。

便利

とにかくヒースロー空港へのバス停が近く、空港へも30分程度。荷物があっても楽に空港へ行けるのが何よりの利点。キッチンには食器、電子レンジ、湯沸かしポット、浄化した水、冷蔵庫も揃っている。

普通の住宅なため、階上の部屋だと階段が急で、荷物が重たい場合、上げ下げで重労働。 2階(イギリスでは1階)のバスルームのシャワーがちょっと使いにくい。

Big room, comfy bed, very accommodating with my late arrival. 20 min walk from Hatton Cross Station

Good location for airport or base to access London, nearest tube station 1 mile away. comfy beds and well furnished room. kettle but not milk or normal teabags.

Exactly what I needed.

Excellent value for money and exactly what I needed for a brief stay over the night before an early morning flight from Heathrow airport. Checking in and out was also very easy with the instructions I was sent.

I wasn't massively keen on the bathroom being shared, although I arrived and stayed awake long after everyone else who was also staying, so this was a very small issue.

Good value for money, well connected to the airport and very comfy bed.

It feel a bit like having a room in student housing. Someone had run and left a full bath so i wasnt able to shower on the morning before check out.

Comfy guest room, within walking distance of Hatton Cross (Heathrow).

The room (1) was on the back garden side of the house and as such it was very quiet. A lovely big and comfortable King sized bed. The shared bathroom was clean and had a very lovely shower. The landlady was most hospitable. The wifi worked well. There were ample plugs for charging and a light for reading.

Nothing comes to mind.

Affordable room close to Heathrow Airport

If you are looking for an affordable place to stay close to Heathrow Airport, then Maberic House is fully recommended. It is clean, quite cosy, and the flexible check-in / check-out procedure is great for early or late airport travel itineraries. The place is rather basic, but it is excellent value for money, and you get more than you actually pay for.

Good perfectly clean accommodation near Heathrow airport

The house and room was very clean. Very comfortable pillows and the mattress was quite comfortable. Easy to get to from Terminal 5 by local bus. There are a few places to eat and a convenience store around the corner. There is a kitchen were you might be able to use the microwave oven.

There was a fan in the room. But I found the bedding too hot. Would be good to have thinner summer bedding as there is no Air conditioning. I did not sleep well at all. It was simply too hot. I would have liked a personal small towel for the floor in the shared bathroom or for use to dry face and hands.

Did not stay as I felt unwelcome. Horrible experience!

Location okay. Did not stay as I did not like the atmosphere and attitude of the person who spoke with me.

Everything! Kitchen and microwave said to be available in the ad. Was told I cd not use these and I cd not move around the house but to stay put in my room! Back door left unlocked and I felt unsecured so I left almost immediately. Waiting for my refund as it wasn't used. The host was rather unfriendly in our discussion. Will not recommend and will definitely not be staying again.
