Nur die Lage

4 stunden zwischen Strasse und Flur verbracht, bis ich um 18h ins Zimmer kam. Fehlerhafte Information über die Öffnungsmethode, namenlose Dame wollte erst Kreditkartennummer für Taxe vor Zusendung des Codes. Hinterhofs- statt Meerblick. Anonymität, Unfreundlichkeit. Ich habe kein Vertrauen mehr zu Booking.

Posizione ottima!

Camera molto pulita e accogliente! Ombrelloni a disposizione, molto utile! Visto che la spiaggia si trova proprio sotto, basta attraversare la via!

La modalità del check-in online richiede il pagamento della tassa di soggiorno anche x i minori, anche se booking specifica che non è dovuta!

The location was fantastic, perfectly close to the wonderful beach, cafés, restaurants, gelato close by. The service from rooms by the sea was great they responded quickly when we needed help and the maid Linda was so sweet and accommodating and she helped us with anything we needed. The location was spectacular and the apartment was fairly modern and clean

The apartment had a bit of a smell which we had to air out. The front door to the building was open and we were not able to lock the door on our room. The app to access the apartment didn't work but we were able to gain access manually.

Great family beach break in a fantastic location with all the facilities you may need. Thank you.

The location was spot on what we wanted right across from the beautiful Mondello beach. A few restaurants and cafes nearby and more toward the town centre which was about a very pleasant 10 stroll away. The instructions were clear and timely, The automated locks worked really (no need for keys that you can so easily lose 😀)and Linda the housekeeper was very attentive and accommodating. The kitchen was well equipped and the bathroom was nice and spacious. We loved it and if we go to Mondello again would definitely stay here again.

Large room, comfortable bed, fridge, air conditioning, large bathroom. Very clean and well maintained.

One of the window shutters doesn't work, but the AC is great so it doesn't matter.

great location near beach and restaurants

building being renovated- scaffolding everywhere. men working from 7am, carrying equipment in lifts which we sometimes could not use because it was full of wood and tools. no kettle although it was on the facilities list- we were told to heat water in microwave, no cutlery, plates

Mondello Beach Rooms By The Sea 4.12-7.12.2022 room 6 The room is very cold, you must wear a jacket. The given Wi-Fi network "Mondello Beach" does not exist. The announcement states that this is a room with a sea view, I am sending a photo of what the sea view looks like in room 6. It's so cold in the bathroom that you can't undress and wash yourself. I wrote to the owner that we were freezing for 3 days, he turned on the heating for a short time. Why is this happening, the announcement says that the room has heating that doesn't work, that there is Wi-Fi that doesn't exist, that the room has a sea view that you can't see unless you go to the window itself and look to the side or while standing next to it room entrance door. To think about, it's either business or misleading people.

bit if a weird set up a private apartment in an apartment block with each room sold as a bedroom. there is nothing in the main door to let you know you are even in the right place and the front and foyer is scruffy so when you arrive you wonder if you have been scammed. but when you call and Carlo turns up he is very pleasant and helpful. wouldnt want to stay more than a night though

For hippies and hipsters, NO FAMILIES!

The photos are great, the property not really close.

It’s a block of flats house rearranged to rooms… check in is a joke, they say they have parking, they don’t… no reception, no real check in… They have only rain shower in the shower, so good luck for ladies! The windows and the bed is scretching for any movement, but no worries about it you can’t move at all as the room is a bed.

Best location and amazing staff

Amazing location, fresh room and the host Mariapaola is always at your service. Whether it is nearby restaurants or booking a taxi to the airport. 10/10 that truly fullfills the stay for two bankers that needed some vacation.

Ok for a short stay

It's not a hotel, but neither is an airbnb. It is a room in an apartment in a block of flats located very close to the beach (across the road). The home was very clean, the host very friendly and ready to help when needed. Forr a short stay it's ok. The price is much cheaper compared to the hotels and the surrounding airbnbs. I personally could not have stayed there more than 3 days (feeling locked in a box). The location is ok because it is close to the sea.

I chose this accommodation because in the pictures all the rooms seemed to have a window overlooking the sea. Instead, our room had a window overlooking a wall ... I don't think the other 2 rooms in the apartment had a sea view either. There is no kitchen, only microwave and a coffee machine. The pictures of the house are not correct, because they give the impression of an airbnb with a sea view. The private parking is actually a parking on the road with pay and almost always occupied.

Basic but clean

The room was clean and had a great view of the sea /beach The host was welcoming and sent us details of where to eat/drink in the local area. She also helped arrange transport to the airport at the end of our trip. Room is cleaned to a high standard. The beach is over the road (approx €25 for 2 people per day for access with sun loungers)

The room is actually in an apartment, on the 4th floor of quite a dilapidated building. It is not a guest house or hotel. There is a coffee machine and microwave in the shared hallway but no kettle. The air- con is very noisy so bring ear plugs as the nearby bars are also very noisy so sleep is going to be disturbed. The room is basic but clean, however the bathroom does have a slight sewage smell. There are no "do not disturb signs " so be prepared for the cleaner to use her key and let herself in without knocking if you plan to have a lie in. The facilities aren't as advertised - B&B but no breakfast, no onsite minimarket (it is a 15 min walk away), and there is no baggage storage facility - be prepared to drag your luggage around if you have an afternoon or evening flight as check out is 10am sharp with no option for late check out. Late checkin is allowed, but only for a €20 fee. On the whole overpriced for what it is but the location is as described.
