Excellent quality short stay accommodation

The 2 bed apartment was well equipped with a nice kitchen, dining table and lounge area. We had 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms which were good size, beds very comfortable and great for a family of 3 travelling together who need privacy and shared space. The opening sliding door to a patio on ground level was nice too to be able to have fresh air when we preferred this. The access to free undercover parking for 2 cars was very good arrangement. This is a new property and it shows in the standard of fittings and amenities. I'd stay here again in preference to other properties. Its a 5 minute easy level walk to shops supermarket restaurants etc. but away from the direct busyness of Kingston and potential noise of restaurants etc.

The only thing I would recommend is to offer to provide lighter weight blankets in addition to doonas on beds. Its often too warm to use a doona and so a waste. But this is a small matter and is common to many properties.

Nice apartment in Kingston

Comfortable bed in a spacious room including a large bathroom with separate bath and shower. Complimentary drinks and snacks in the room was a bonus.

Air-conditioning did not seem to be great and the blind was not wide enough to block out the sun completely in the morning.

Beautiful apartment in the heart of Kingston.

Great apartment, beautiful location and easy to get around. Underground parking was an added bonus. The apartment was appointed well and had everything you needed.

The apartment was serviced once during our 4 night stay, however a little more attention to detail from the cleaners would have resulted in a 5 star rating. They didn't replace tissues and toilet paper, or tea and coffee supplies. Nor did they clean the floors.

My room was lovely and clean, the bathroom was nice and heated, I liked the Nespresso machine and the location was great. The staff were lovely and very helpful.

An expensive, sterile experience - grey in every respect

What did I like? Not so much really. Location is good for Manuka, Kingston and Parliament House. It was physically warm enough, but otherwise utterly cold.

Decor lacked any modicum of warmth. No doubt some are into monochrome grey and white, with no artistic relief, but I have decided I'm not. Plus I know such things are terribly un-chic, but a toaster/griller and microwave would have been appreciated.

Just what we needed.

The one bedroom apartment was perfect for our 2 week stay. On site parking is very good, the staff are real and the neighbourhood is very pleasant.

This is a great location, with excellent car-park, walking distance to shops, restaurants & sights.

The location is brilliant and the car park is very easily accessed. Our room was quiet, and serviced daily. There was plenty of hanging space and some shelving, so we could unpack. The wi-fi was easy to access & reliable.

We wished there were two chairs in the room instead of one, which didn't easily fit under the small desk where it was placed. The fridge door didn't shut automatically and it was very small, with stuff already in it. The bathroom had a towel rack that would have been wonderful if it was heated - we would not have had to replace our towels daily. The air-conditioning didn't go below 18 degrees & the room got quite hot during the day, even though it was Winter.

Great location

Good sized room, FREE parking. Knightsbridge is really close to a great variety of restaurants, supermarket, Kingston foreshore and Lake Burley Griffin.

The shower door was missing.

Great location and excellent service.

It is only a short walk from Canberra Kingston station and right next to the Kingston shops which have a great array of eating places. The R6 bus stop is close by as well, making it easy to get into Canberra city. It's a great location if you are not travelling by car. The room was very spacious and well maintained.

It would be good to have access to laundry facilities.

Another place next time

Not what I expected; shower not hot enough & room a bit plain. I also left my bag at reception in the morning to be picked up later. When I got there there was no one at reception but the storage room was wide open with my bag in full view. I just walked straight in and picked up my bag........anyone could have done the same thing - not on.

Extremely friendly staff and clean room!

The bed’s frame at the end may pose a safety hazard, I bumped into it and scraped my leg. Wonder it could be worse for a little kid if bumping into the hard material

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! We will stay here again. ❤️👊

The staff are all friendly and accommodating. The outdoor pool and spa are the best. The water is perfectly warm. We enjoyed it specially the kids. Location is close to everything. Shops and restaurants are just around the corner. Family and kid friendly environment.
