Cockroaches everywhere. I never seen such many cockroaches in my life. Inside the room, kitchen area, bathroom, and even in the laundry room

Should have restaurant open for cooked breakfast. I was disappointed with breakfast pack. Can't choose what you want
Breakfast pack. Didnt like the bars or OJ in it. The cereal pack wasn't enough. Didn't have microwave in room. Room wasn't that clean. No sponge or dishwasher liquid so I could wash my cup, plz make sure the cleaners wash to cutlery and cups. I did best I could.

A two-bedroom apartment with a kitchen and lounge area is great for a family. It is close to shops and attractions, however, still in a quiet location.
It just needs a bit of spit and polish to make it sparkle. Some of the finishes are rough, and some extra cleaning would be great. The furniture in the lounge needs some TLC,

Spacious
Mattresses were so uncomfortable, my son said pull out sofa was better than his bed.
Shower head was awful.

The pictures on their website do not match the rooms. The room was way older than how they looked on the pictures. It was noisy. Someone opened my room's door without randomly. It is unclear who the person it was. The reception called, when I asked what the reception wanted, they said they were confused whether there is a guest (meaning me) in the room, despite it was not the check-out time, so it sounded strange to me that a hotel does not know whether they rented their room to someone or not.

Room perfect for single or couple. Pretty standard room bed with small table, tv and shower/toilet. On arrival TV did not work friendly staff were kind enough to address this for me.
Shower / toilet was tiny, but the shower itself was very small. Yes I am overweight < 100 kg, but it was tight squeeze. It was however clean and tidy.

Didn't have breakfast
Shower door doesn't close.
Water on floor is a slip hazard.
Had a cup of tea, used milk sachet from fridge. Milk curdled- it was off so threw it out.
Only one beside light worked.
Very basic budget room only.
Bed just ok.
Wouldn't go back.

Location
No windows to natural light, ancient air conditioning and restaurant not open.

Good location walking distance from shops and restaurants in Barton, Manuka and Kingston and close to Parliament House.
The room reeked of mould and damp (even with the windows open and using a scented spray), the soundproofing was terrible between rooms so I really struggled to sleep and the air conditioning units are incredibly loud. One of my neighbours had theirs running most of the night until one of the other guests knocked on their door late at night and shouted at them to turn it off. Clearly I wasn't the only one struggling!

Well appointed apartment and great location for easy access to everywhere in Canberra. Staff were friendly and professional.
The furniture was a little dated but serviceable.
We stayed for 9 nights but our apartment wasn’t given clean towels or serviced until day 8. It would have been preferable for our apt to have been serviced on day 4 or 5.

Not a lot
We felt the room was boxy. My wife felt very claustrophobic in the room, as a result the rating has been reduced. The advertising says restaurant available, which we found was incorrect. When asked for suggestions about good places to eat we were not advised that the property did inhouse room service. Which would have prevented us from going out on a cold miserable night.

Didn't have breakfast
Sound travelled very easily through the walls. I could hear the conversation in the next room.

The bed and basic facilities were very good and the staff very helpful. A micro wave oven would have been handy.
The restaurant was not available for sit in meals. This meant we had to have takeaway or go to another restaurant. This was an experience as the weather was poor and made driving at night uncomfortable.

Excellent location and the unit had everything we required, the rooms were very comfortable as were the beds.

Room was extremely clean and had tea and coffee making facilities which was wonderful after being in the car for over 6 hours! Tv was huge! and shower was hot

Excellent central location. Comfortable bed. Kitchen appliances worked well. Room was clean & smelt fresh.
Disappointed the restaurant was not open on the weekend. Couldn't connect our devices to the "smart" tv.

Location ,easy to travel to most places in Canberra...a few minutes away from the wonderful cafes and eateries in Manuka shopping village...
all good

Location, good size room
Sounds petty, but there was no full-length mirror in the apartment, just the small bathroom one.
