Były to bardzo udane wakacje!

Śniadanie było dobre, lecz wybór słaby i codziennie podawali taki sam zestaw do wyboru. Brak soków, jedynie woda i herbata.

Jedyne co nie do końca nam się podobało to hałasy z pobliskich hoteli. Co wieczór odbywały się imprezy, więc muzykę było słychać bardzo głośno do późnych godzin.

Really good. Definitely exceeded our expectations.

The view. The owner was very nice and polite, also always available. The area was very pleasing.

The building way undergoing reconstruction of the facade so there construction behind our bedroon window. Every morning workers came and they were very loud. This was no problem and shouldnt be a problem in like a week, when they finish. (Our stay: 5.-9. 5. 2024)

Amazing panoramic view of the sea.

Absolutely lovely hostesses. Apartment is clean, everything new inside and an amazing view from the balcony. Everything is like in the pictures from Booking.com. Nice surprise, cold mineral and sparkling water in the fridge after long trip on the hot weather. Thank you host. I strongly recommend this place.

No CC payment possible for the apartment. I had to pay cash and was left with less spending money, because most of the restaurants, bars, markets accept no CC also.

The apartments were so clean and tidy. Made us feel like home. Spacious rooms with a fabulous view and swimming pool. There were all the utensils that are necessary, dish washer and nice air con. Very good choice for our family. We all love staying there. Staff was very friendly.

The building was too strange but apartment was beautiful and view stunning. The windows could not be locked safely. We never got a receipt even though we asked for it twice

Excellent place to stay

The room is very comfortable and the view is fantastic. The hostess, Greta was very helpful and always responsive to our needs for info or anything. The location is fantastic, the promenade just outside the building and plenty or restaurants and bars around. I would recommend this place for a nice break in Durres.

Nothing to report here. May be a bit of noise in the evening from the bars outside, music, etc. But this is common in bult up places

Nice apartment right on the beach.

Great view to the beach but far from Durres. Although easy access to city with taxi.

Wi-fi was really bad, but host solved problem. Thanks for that!

extraordinary place with extraordinary people!

- the apartment was in a very good location - as described when ordering exactly on the beach - wonderful view from the balcony and the window - kitchen equipment was sufficient to make basic meals (if one needed) - hair dryer in the apartment - washing machine in the apartment (if someone needed it, on a longer trip) - incredibly polite and helpful employees !

Lovely apartments

We booked this apartment last minute due to an unexpected change of plans. The appartments are in a great location and have lovely views of the beach. They were also spacious,clean and well equipped and the staff was easy to contact whenever we had extra requests.

The view, Air Conditioning, Balcony

The bathrooms had no shampoo, there is no kitchen/kitchenette facilities at all, the faucets do touch the mirrors, no drainage on kitchen sink, poor wifi, and many more.

A greay family stay on the beach.

Great location, right on the beach. Apartments were a good size and very clean. Staff very attentive.

The ad is a bit misleading as we thought we had full access to the pool as well but then were told it was a paid amenity. Also the couch in the living room folds out into a bed but no bedding provided.

New nice room with sea view close to the sea but with building in reconstruction and problem with elevator.

Room was very nice, new and clean. Sew view was perfect. There are big electric blinds, so you can have it dark as you want. Host and personal was very friendly and helped you whenever you needed. Wifi was very good.

Room was missing proper table for eating and doing stuff. On balcony it ha just “little piece of wood” which was there like table. The building is still in reconstruction, the garage is in bad shape, wet and crazy assymetrical. Elevator was the biggest problem, there was just 1 for 25+ floor building. It was crazy to get down from 15th floor.

Nice room. But a lot of issues with the facilities.

The manager and the staff was nice and helpful. Because of the noice from the construction we got a room on the fifth floor, so our baby could sleep in the day time. The room was quite modern and comfortable. Location is at the beach.

Theres was a lot of noice from construction in one elevator. The elevators wasn’t really good. One of them stopped working at least 3 times during our stay. One room had really bad smell, smelled like mold from water damage. The water stopped working two times when I was gonna take a shower. Very difficult to find where you are staying (it’s the 13th floor above a hotel with a different name). There was loud music from the beach that we heard in the room until midnight. The rooms doesn’t keep the sound. So you can hear the neighbours watch a movie.

Digital nomads will love it!

I would recommend this place to digital nomads! It was quiet and good for working hours also! Internet was stable. Everything was ok-most of visitors praise the hosts, and I want to say all the best about “parasol⛱ guy” at their beach-he is the most helpful person there, he deserves all the best because he is hardworking - but doing everything with smile!

Very good

The apartment was wonderful, clean and comfortable. Our balcony had an amazing view! The manager, Greta, was very helpful and nice.

We were disappointed that the pool wasn't open and had some issues with the elevators. This property seems to be under renovation and that has effects, of course. It is very strange, our floor and the floor above were newly renovated and looked great but much of the hotel seemed closed and in really bad shape.
