About this apartment rental
Given that this home is completely surrounded by beaches and golf clubs, there probably won’t be much question about what to do with all your downtime – that is, if you’re able to tear yourself away from this architecturally designed paradise. With views across the Mediterranean, just sitting out on the covered terrace as you admire the horizon feels like an event. Our recommendation would be to start the day here before the rest of the house springs into action. Take a solitary moment, coffee in hand, and bask in the peace, tranquillity, and staggering beauty of your surroundings.
The spacious kitchen has more than enough room for the entire group to tackle breakfast duties. Eat together at the dining table, which can comfortably seat ten, or enjoy an alfresco experience. There are also plenty of little nooks where everyone can make themselves comfortable – the kitchen table facing the floor-to-ceiling windows is a particular favourite of ours for an intimate meal for two.
Bookworms will find themselves falling head over heels for the galleried library, featuring two comfy chairs to curl up in for a reading session. Of course, reading in a sun lounger by the pool is also a brilliant way to soak up the Spanish sun – if you can resist diving into the heated salt-water pool, that is.
With plenty for the whole family to do – including a cinema room, pool table, table tennis, games console, and board games – be sure to take a moment to yourself, too. Enjoy a bubble bath or slip away to the solarium where you can soak in the hot tub with a glass of wine.
A walk in the grounds here is always a treat, but we’re particularly fond of the orchard and lower garden for an early-evening stroll. Pass through the traditional Andalucian patio on your way outside, admiring the peaceful heart of the home. While you're enjoying a sunset stroll, the rest of your party might fire up the barbecue for a starlit dinner on the terrace – is there any better way to round off a day in such beautiful surroundings?
