It was very relaxing, the only setback was the heater only max at warm and it was a little chill to me I preferred hot. Overall it was a good stay and, a good location close to places to eat

I never write reviews ... Bit this one needs to happen. The rooms are disgusting. The walls are dirty, everything you touch is sticky and stained. The furnitur fabric was awfully stained and smelly. Dust and dirt everywhere. This is by far the worst place we stained in .. I didn't have high expectations and we just needed a place to sleep for a soccer tournament but this considering is unexceptable. I took pictures of everything... It's also a very sketchy property overall.breakfast is a joke... We took the kids to Starbucks ... The fruit loops that they wanted because they didn't like the dried out toast was so dirty ... Every table was sticky.... Just Gross! READ REVIEWS before booking

Did not sleep one minute , First of all at the check in they didnt have my room available (book 3 months ago) Drugs persons at the pool ( cannot stay on their legs) people drunk yeld all the night and knocking Its a real ghetto , feeling not safe The hotel is old and dirty

Good morning, my room is nice and was clean I did notice a hole in cover and burnt stain. AC also can provide me central power in room. Overall I’ll give in a 7/10. Hopefully housekeeping change out the burnt hole cover.

The property location is good. Walking distance from amenities, Sprouts/Safeway, food etc. Staff are friendly and cleaning staff keep things in order. However, the property is showing of age, the mattresses are beat up even the coffee machine in the room is grimy and old

Clean well maintained fresh smelling bedroom and bath. Rooms are nicely arranged around a private decent sized pool. Free breakfast. $118 for a single was well worth the price. $200 cash deposit was a bit of an inconvenience

This place is old, reeks of pee and only lord knows what else. I was uncomfortable all night and could hear the neighbors through the wall and outside. I slept in my sweat pants and hoodie because I didn’t want to be on that linen.

This is an older hotel that has remodeled the rooms but not the plumbing fixtures. It is a very big complex and it seems that some of the rooms are for permanent residents. The staff is very friendly. The room that we got had a small refrigerator filled with food! We called the office and they moved us to a better location. Pay for the upgraded room as you have to have a key to get in the building. The beds were very comfortable.

I do not like to give negative reviews, but I feel I must in this instance. My experience: 1) I arrived late. The hotel is located in a sketchy neighborhood, and the property was poorly lit (I initially thought it was closed). Definitely felt ill at ease. 2) The check in clerk was pleasant and efficient (the one bright spot of my experience). The room was at ground level and exposed to the parking lot, adding to my security concerns. 3) The room heater was loud, and I had to turn it off in order to sleep. 4) The floor was sticky! 5) The room was generally grimy. There had not been a deep clean for a long time. 6) The bed was lumpy. 7) Thin blankets, which was a problem because I needed to turn off the heater (see 3 above) 8) The shower was less nearly cold. Very unpleasant. I may be able to accept all of this if the room was priced accordingly, but it cost me about $130.

Check in smooth and room decor ok but both rooms we had had a vibrating noise in the wall: quiet in room 224, and loud in room 216. Mentioned it to receptionist, she told me no other rooms available, she can't check on it herself because of company policy and her disability, no other staff on site and maintenance guy she called said it's a known problem but I should just deal with it. If you can sleep through noise by all means stay here, otherwise, stay away!!!

This place was gross! Dirty walls, floor had dead bugs wipe down floor with towel and it was black. For a 170.00 dollar stay (because they charge 30.00 for my dogs) I would definitely expect a clean room.

I could park my car n trailer in the bus parking area…very grateful for that. And when a homeless man approached me as I was getting my overnight bag from the trailer, I called the front desk for assistance and she called their security.

The hall ways were awful. Very dirty and it smelled like cigarettes everywhere. They charged me $50 apparently because the towels and sheets were dirty. I called to ask why and told them that the property was very dirty and that we would never stay theee again. The rep replied this was a free country and that we don’t have to stay there ever again. Bad customer service.
