The hotel features architecture characteristic of the South West yet is able to provide an unusually luxurious experience. Our room even featured an humidifier, very useful in this high elevation city. Housekeeping was attentive to the smallest of details. The staff was always friendly and helpful. Highly recommended.

Great staff. Hotel treated us very well. Hotel bar and restaraunt service was very slow; seemed to be short on help for the two nights we stayed. But again, friendly, kind, and helpful staff!

Nice property. No pool or spa. Rooms are first rate. Showers could use a face lift- no rain shower etc. Some of the front desk staff probably shouldn’t be there. A couple never smiled and every issue was only met with “I’m so sorry”- then a brush off-never a solution. Overall, the staff was good and issues resolved when escalated to management.

Friendliest of staff, attentive to details. Great location, half a block from main square. Love Nespresso machine in room and cookies. Comfy bed and pillows. Superb gym (Technogym equipment plus free weights).

So convenient. Great service! Lovely room

The property was nice but the staff were terrible for $800 a night. Never have have spent this much money and receive so little in return. Please hire better staff and your outside patio furniture, really, that's the best you can do. Starbucks can beat that and that's not a compliment. Totally disappointed and would not recommend or be back. Terrible. I'm a world traveler but this is not the place you should go!

Amazing experience for our 10th anniversary. Above and beyond service from everyone we encountered.

Terrible service in every way. The service does not match the price.

We loved the hotel. Excellent staff and great location and ambiance. The rooms are great. My only comment is there is not enough sink space in the bathroom. The shower is big and in retrospect could have been slightly smaller so they could have had a larger bathroom sink area. Their bar and restaurant are excellent. We highly recommend this hotel.

We stayed to celebrate New Years Eve. We got assigned a room on the 2nd floor, it was one of the first rooms in the hall. Even though it is conveniently closed to the elevator you can ear noise in the mornings from people waiting for elevator and even noise from the cleaning crew. We are not morning people!
The room was clean, the bathroom was clean, i always carry a bottle of lysol just in case but i felt comfortable with the cleanliness so i just sprayed the bed not the whole room!
Loved the cozy chimney inside the room. We also enjoyed the Library downstairs. The restaurant is ok, not amazing. Overall we liked it and would stay here again.

We really had high expectations for this hotel as we’ve wanted to come forever
I think the location, the rooms, the service was all great (thanks Ken for the great send off at 6am— washed our car windows and found us 2 cups of coffee to go!!) I just think time of year here is a big deal. Was cold with snow on the ground so we didn’t hike, balloon, raft, etc.
will come back. a pricey place but I think better in spring, summer and fall

Well…. I really want to love it because the location is great and the property is older but well maintained with nice art and lovely common areas. But the staff is just not up to par. They do try hard, but they just can’t do it. It’s just not a 5 star property. The prices are very high without service to match.

Love the Anasazi, always amazing!

A small hotel in a beautiful location, the architecture is so nice, te service is just great, the restaurant is very good, the bar is just amazing, wine list superb and they make a tequila or mezcal tasting that is superb.

The service was truly outstanding. I’d rate this property in the top three places I’ve ever stayed.

The hotel property is not big but the vibe is great, very comfortable and cozy. The housekeeping staffs pay attention to details to make sure the room is up standard and organized at all time while you’re away. The bed runner (which I usually pay less attention on) is so good looking, fitting the culture of this town perfectly.

Very close to the downtown area, fireplace in the room and overall hotel attention to detail were the key positives.
However, the significant decrease in daily rate from when originally booked two months earlier and the room not fully reflective of that described in the itinerary, detracted from the overall experience and I would not return or recommend.

Beautiful property and wonderful location. Staff and service were terrific! Great attention to little details. Room was very nice and comfortable. Will definitely stay at this hotel again.

The team was exceptional. Always friendly, and very helpful. The property is charming and the perfect place for a Santa Fe adventure. I highly recommend this hotel.

Fabulous!!! Everything was more than I expected. I've been to a lot of places, stayed in 5 star resorts, and this property was one of the best. The male bartender was sarcastic and over charged me for even a soda, as compared to the other bartenders. I finally complained and the food snd beverage manager came straight from his home, after hours... to address my concern.
Now that's...amazing.
He was as amazing as the cuisine.
Sometimes you truly get what you pay for!
STAY HERE!!!

The employees were great. The food was wonderful too. I was a little disappointed the lighted magnified makeup mirror and the fireplace did not work.

We had 2 rooms. One of our rooms had live roaches on the floor and one in the sink. Didn’t see them until the morning we were checking out. The lady at the desk just said. Thanks for letting me know. We love this hotel but will never frequent another Roswwood property.

OK hotel but not at rosewood level.

This is such a special property. From the attentive staff to the restaurant service and quality of the food this is a wonderful place to stay while in Santa Fe. It is serene and beautifully maintained.

Expedia advertised a king superior room. The room was closer to 260 s ft . Nowhere near 370. It smelled dank. Thermostat was in a corner behind a heavy lamp, difficult to reach. Nothing luxurious or upscale about the tiny room, except the comfortable bed, pillows and linens. Missing instructions for bar, minibar, no do not disturb hangar. Carafes of drinking water instead of sealed water bottles. People working there wwere nice, but said to contact Expedia. Requested early checkin, and came back twice to be told housekeeping still hadn’t gotten there. Very disappointing stay in a hotel idcwanted to stay in for many years.

One of the best hotels we have stayed in over the years. Our room was quite expensive and we thought $35 daily for parking was excessive and should have been included.
