Customer service was poor with bad attitudes and not accommodating! Children all running around in the parking lot while I was trying park! No microwave in the room nor refrigerator with a freezer. Telephone in room did not work! Weird man walking around staring and the building needs renovating! I went stay again!

The bed was so hard to sleep in and the the worst part is the sheets had a blood stain. When I told the customer rep in the morning all he said was I am sorry instead of offering a discount. I was very disappointed. Thad was grossed and could not sleep. I got at the hotel around 6pm and had to drop off my things and came back at 10pm and there was no more room cleaners at that time.

The bed was comfortable however we booked a king bed down stairs as I have mobility problems. When we got there they did not have any king beds down stairs. We paid more for a king room never got a discount or anything for them not having the correct room. Than some one stomping and jumping for 4 hours we called the front desk nothing happened and they did not offer to move out room

Bad visit on the last of a 4 night trip had people arguing and fighting in in the hallway called front desk several times they did nothing called the manager next day and he seemed to not care about my experiance and was totaly indiffrent to what i went through with lack of sleep and having to make a 13 hour drive

Was a bit scary because we had to call 911 . A guest had a gun and the lady’s husband told us to call while we were just relaxing outside . That was scary and your swimming pool has spiders and very dirty . The rooms it’s self smells like pee, the bed sheets with holes

The refrigerator didn't work well. We cranked it up to full power and went to Disneyland. When we returned someone had turned it all the way down. After our three day stay our food had rotten. The soaps and shampoos will be filled if you ask but they dont automatically. I paid about $100 a night, It was like a $70 a night room/hotel.

We were very disappointed with our stay that we cut it short and relocated to another property. Roaches, dated rooms, pipes exposed coved with mini fridge, People knocking on our door looking for people, had to fix the window screen , really not for us Hopefully it was a bad room but we will definitely not return here 😞😞😞

Staying at Motel 6 downtown Palm Springs has been a pleasant experience, My room has a nice view of the mountains & the main drag here in town, I would recommend it to anyone who needs a room on a budget, pet friendly stay.

The staff member, Ray, was very unprofessional after I confronted him about making a scanned copy of my ID and Credit Card. He was very dismissive and had very rude responses. I checked in and immediately found a roach crawling on the floor. I went back to see and showed Ray the video & photo of the roach. He upgraded me to a larger room towards the very far back. The back of the property and sketchy and dangerous with loitering, trash digging, drunk individuals. Even saw a prostitute in a van with a client. I could have put all that aside if i didnt have to call my credit card and ask them to send me a new credit card since they putting our personal information and credit cards at risk. Will not be going back here anytime soon.

The place is old and needing some serious renovations. It was dirty, had bloody toilet paper roll in the dispenser, blood on the walls, the shower barely worked and drained, the pool area was very dirty. All around dirty and in poor condition. We had constant problems with our room keys even if we left them away from our phones. The only good thing was the staff.

The Hotel was clean but the bathtub needed repairs and the breakfast needed more items to be called a breakfast. Maybe some hard boiled eggs, yogurt, fruit, like apples or oranges and orange juice, bagels with cream cheese. There was only slices of sandwich bread, waffles and candy Cereal and apple juice. Not much of a breakfast. It was more like a continental breakfast and not a full breakfast with more variety. Anyways the bed was comfortable and the room was quiet. Had a good night sleep. This is why I gave it a 3 thank you!

Very close to Knotts berry farm! Staff extremly freindly. Beds were very hard and breakfast sucked! Only went 1 of 3 days to breakfast. Waffles werent very good. Syrup wasnt very good. Plain bread with toasters and only two cereal choices. Generic Raisin bran and Generic fruit loops thats all! Too many tables for a tiny area hard to get around.

All eas good no issuesbwith the room check in was good was able to check in a little early. When I was waiting to check in a dirgruntled customer was upset about a misunderstanding with the price and the 2 staff and customer got into a yelling match for a good 30 minutes. Then the mgr asked me if I thought he took care of ut professional. I told him I had no comment and as long as I did noy have any issues it was all good. Later in the trip we needed a plunger for the room and finally about 2 hours later after not being able to find one on grounds they went out to buy one. Stopped up toilet my the fault of my hubby not the hotel. All in all the hotel was good. Breakfast though was waffles and cereal and bread. I can noy have sugar and so yhere were no options to eat breakfast for me so we went to eat out the next morning

The staff here, (only had encounters with the women) are so friendly and understanding, quick to solve any issue. Deposit is $100 and I got it back the next day. For some reason they only except big named banks for the deposit. Parking was easy. The pool was so relaxing especially on the hot days. My only issue during the stay was the bed was very uncomfortable, felt flat and hard and would wake up with my back hurting. Other reviews were right, breakfast consists of waffles, cereal, toast, coffee, orange juice, and apple juice. Surprised by the cleanliness and environment compared to other hotels with the same affordable price. Other then that I enjoyed my time here and would definitely come back!

This hotel is well situated. However, it is outdated and not well maintained. The plumbing in our room was not functionning well. The room was clean but all around was pretty dirty. The stairs, the pool area are not clean. Breakfast was minimal. We asked for water, was not available. We recommend this hotel for the location, but if you go there lower your expectations.

Front desk staff was phenomenal. Pool was clean. Breakfast was weak. Your choice was toast, cereal or waffles. Room 109 has 3 electrical outlets that need to be replaced. Maids failed to clean the shelf in the closet. Overall none of this is a dealbreaker and if we come down to SoCal again, I would have no problem staying here again.
