Baratas até no seu café da manhã. Corra o mais longe possível desse hotel. Hotel péssimo!!!! Nota 0

NADA, absolutamente NADA! Não traga sua família para este hotel, não estrague suas férias! Baratas por todo o quarto.

🇧🇷 Comentário para os brasileiros que pensam em se hospedar nesse hotel horrível. Reservei 5 diárias nesse hotel e logo que cheguei matei 20 baratas espalhadas pelo quarto. Quarto extremamente sujo e nojento. Não consegui dormir nada e de manhã ao usar um microondas outro barata dentro, baratas andando nos utensílios da cozinha que eu tinha comprado. fiz um café com leite e virei por 1 segundo e uma barata tinha caído no meu café e estava lá boiando nele, que nojo! 🤮baratas entrando e saindo dos armários velhos e dos cantinhos das paredes. Tem cozinha mais não tem panela (nessas condições eu não usaria mesmo se tivesse) Pias velhas A água do banheiro tem cheiro e gosto de água sanitária, não dá pra escovar os dentes direito. Fui na recepção falar e mostrar a foto da barata no café e a atendente me ofereceu um spray para matar as baratas. Um spray!!!! Não tem lógica um hotel oferecer um spray para matar baratas (e se tinha o spray lá é porque não fui a primeira e nem a última a fazer reclamações e eles não fazem nada para arrumar) E não pense que você irá receber pelo menos um SORRY! porque não vai. Eles nem vão ligar para você. Não aguentando mais esse hotel fui embora no segundo dia dos 5 dias que eu ficaria. Entrei em contato com o hotel pelo booking mesmo (a mensagem já vai direto para o gerente geral da rede de hotéis e não para o hotel local. Ele respondeu em alguns minutos) e depois de alguns poucos dias ele fez o reembolso dos 3 dias que faltavam para o booking e o booking (fiz uma reclamação pelo app do booking também) fez o estorno para a minha conta. O caução de 100$ para entrar no hotel voltou para a minha conta 2 dias depois. Mais você não precisa ter essa dor de cabeça. Não traga sua família para este hotel, vocês não merecem!! Curtam suas férias o mais longe possível desse hotel nota 0. E jamais JAMAIS ignorem os comentários como eu fiz! Depois não digam que não avisei. Tchau!!

The bald man front desk attendant was flirting with what seemed to be a prostitute that resided there.Was told there was no kind of anything by a heavy ser lady to which I asked is there a fridge and microwave?The hallways smell. There's alot of big dogs around.

worst experience every with extended stay. I have frequented extended stay since 1997. This was bad. The air conditionin

cockroaches were everywhere!! I was awakened out of my sleep as one crawled on me…I was charged for a cancellation and i notified about delayed flight . o realized this upon checking in. I spoke with I assume the night auditor on property. He was in accommodating and rude to me and to Corporate Extended Stay Customer Service that I contacted. Agormal complaint was filed by the rep because the auditor was rude to them as well. I was told he is the night auditor when I was accidentally locked out if my room after hours.

absolutely nothing disgusting

cockroaches walking all over the room, cockroaches smell i was eating food in the kitchen counter i turn around and i had 3 small cockroaches around my food having to throw it all away. i woke up in the night and turned on the lights and a storm of cockroaches started to dissapear. its a pet friendly facility and had to pay $30+ dollars for an emmotional support pet. will not recommend anyone staying here or even think about staying here.

No key for room, roaches, put in a room with ozone cleaner

The night check in was nice, but couldn’t help with the issues with checking In

The roach coming out of the clock and on the floor, my key wouldn’t work and they couldn’t fix it- so I had to leave my door propped and room unattended if I had to leave. Also when the night check in had to let me in my room (because he couldn’t get me a working key) there was an ozone machine running, the check in guy ensured me it’s safe to be in the room dispite not havi by a moment to air the room, after 30 min it certainly made it feel like I had asthma and also just irritating to breath to begin with.

great location, convenience. and the staff has been very helpful. I would like to commend Juan, Jessica and Efrain who has always been very responsive on my requests.

since the property is pet friendly, some common areas have smell. Room are not kept every day.

very cheap filthy hotel

Good morning, we had several problems, with this hotel, I first made 3 reservations, when I arrived there were only 2, I had to do the one above, now I had to leave the room at dawn because it was infested with cockroaches everywhere, this is absurd , me with my baby and my children, I will sue you for all this inconvenience, I lost my night's sleep

Good location, SOME of the staff were very friendly and helpful. The women that helped me were fantastic.

Room only gets cleaned every TWO WEEKS. On top of that, there are bugs , roaches, and a bad smell from hallways , office hours are very inconvenient.
