This hotel was a pleasant surprise. It was very close to Palermo airport, which is why we chose it. We hope the weather would be nice to access the pool, but sadly it was not. The restaurant was a really great surprise. Excellent food and wonderful wine selection. All the staff was wonderful and especially Luigi in the restaurant

I let them know that I'm handicap and needed to be closer to the elevator or downstairs, but they put my room furthest from everything. It was very inconvenient to get to an elevator and walking up and down the stairs so much really made my knees hurt alot. The room water smelled moldy when taking a shower. The water refill station water also had the same moldy smell. I don't know if it's because of their water system or not. The hot tub, a kid had pooped in it. The staff closed it with a chair at the entrance of the hot tub, but people were still getting into the hot tuband no one bothered to let them know, no signs up or anything. This is my 2nd time staying here and unfortunately, I don't know if I would return here in the future.

We loved the room and the grounds are really well maintained and lovely. Service was professional and the breakfast was tasty. However, surrounding the parking lot are trails and homeless encampments. We had thieves cut through the chain link fence that surrounded the parking lot and steal my husband’s bike. So beware when staying here.

Rooms are a decent size, although a bit dark and dated (even with a balcony). The evening cocktail reception was a bit odd, the food one night was just soup. Then one night just veggies and ranch. Not typical “bar snacks”. The breakfast was a huge disappointment, nothing great there, so we skipped it. We were told they only clean your room on Wednesday and Sundays, although even though we stayed through Thursday, our room never got cleaned. Location is good, but not worth staying at again.

The staff was really nice and the property is convenient. The room was nice, the shower didn't have the best drainage and the room was loud due to the surrounding property. Also the pool and hot tub need updating. They offer a cantina hour which is a nice touch.

Very highly rated at Hotel.com but it is just average. Location is next to US 101 if your room faces the hwy noise is constant and annoying. IRooms are spacious but not very clean , carpet seemed dirty.Customer service not very great, nobody rushed to help you if you need towels or etc. Pool and spa looked great on the web but in reality they are small with murky water..some guest were in with t shirt shorts on so I decided not to try it due to health precautions... One great thing was the complementary breakfast but I think that is the only good thing. I felt overcharged, definitely no more than 3 stars hotel,way far off it is presented in hotels.com web. Ok for 1-2 night,I wouldn't stay there again

Excellent customer service. My husband and I truly enjoyed the welcoming cocktails and chips. Also the suites are clean and comfortable. I definitely would recommend staying here! We loved everything about this place!

Very disappointed with this hotel that was well rated. Felt more like a cheaper motel. Photos make it look better than reality. Bathroom and dated walls need a refresher but not in a bad condition. Just feels dated. It is not worth the expensive price paid. Personnel is very nice and bed was great however. Free Breakfast ok. Would have rated it a little higher but for the price.

Another great stay at this property. The staff there are nice and accommodating. Our children and even our dogs enjoyed the stay. Kids liked the breakfast and open grass area and dogs like the dog run area.

My only complaint is the shower , while nice and roomy you need a manual to turn the shower on! It has a rain shower head along with regular shower but each time I turned it on my hair was soaked, figure it out before you get in.
