Blood on the walls. Smell disgusting. Carpet ripped. I’d rather stay in my car. And the lady at the front was horrible.

we made a last-minute decision to stay at the hotel instead of stay with a friend we are visiting. The hotels.com website made it easy to find a place and her check in here was Quick and symbol. They didn't do a deposit on my credit card which was great and the room was clean and comfortable for the night

Do not stay at this hotel, it is not clean. I had to end my stay a few hours after checking in because there were bed bugs in the bed. When I entered the room there weren't any pillowcases on the pillows and the floor was not clean. When I notified the front desk, no rooms were available, the front desk was not apologetic at all, and I will never come back.

Don't Believe the pictures from ANY of the sites...everything you see including the environment around this place is much worst...it was a disgrace. Also, if it wasn't for Yelp, you wouldn't even be able to write a review or get an accurate look at this place. This leads me to believe that the sites are in on the deception. It's a scam to take your money under the Non-Refundable aspect, no matter what. This place was filled with vagrants, cars with full flat tires and items inside, men on bikes and wheelchairs crawling through the parking lot and women looking very musty, sweaty and disheveled walking through the parking lot. I had Absolutely NO idea a place like this (to THIS extent) would exist in Parsippany, even more so with the police station right down the block.
Couldn't stay in this place, couldn't sit in the room, wouldn't want to use the bathroom or even take off my shoes to let it touch the ground in this place. It was Completely Embarrassing to take someone here, no matter how much I tried to fix it up. Not even for a night.
This place was filled with nothing but the smell of weed, cigarettes, bad decisions and regret. I don't care how tired or sleepy you may be, DON'T Stay Here!!! RUN, DON'T WALK AWAY!!

At check in, the clerk was not very friendly. Just took my information and handed me a key. I asked him about parking, and he just pointed to a sign on the wall. Neighborhood seemed very sketchy. Lots of people hanging around and in parking area and the restaurant area next door. The location is difficult to get to and I would not try if I was pulling a trailer. The unit is wrapped around the restaurant building and not very clearly marked where the entrance is located. Hallways were dirty and didn't appear to have been vacuumed for a few days. Room was clean but the sink in the bathroom dripped or ran constantly depending on how you positioned the valve. Tub grout was moldy in small spots. Bed was comfortable. Room next to mine was closed off with fire investigation tape and, per the date on the tape, had been that way since January, 2024.

Overall it was Good!! Had a Comfortable Stay! There is still Scope Of Improvement!!! Safety Locker Should be also Included. The Fridge & Microwave are old and Gradually they should be replaced!!!

I was very disappointed with my stay, when interning the room was clean but when walking into the bathroom the vent was filled with dust and the sink was clogged When washing our hands. the hallways had dust and bugs in the hallway internet service was not working.

This stay was the most horrible experience ever the front desk receptionist are rude I asked for a upgraded room and I got the most nastiest room ever when I went and told them that wasn’t what I paid for he said that that’s updated so the picture isn’t what they give you and he wanted to charge me 20$ more a night for a upgraded room (something I already paid for) as I paid for two night already I had no choice but to stay then when I went to check the room out to find out it was dirty and the bed sheets had cigarette burns in them after that the first morning house keeping walking in to my room at 8 in the morning when it was me and my son and mother in the room scaring us awake after that we ended up finding little bite marks on our body!!! This place has bed bugs!!! Also nasty sheets with stains that looked like blood!! I do not recommend at all first and last time coming to this excuse of a hotel

Horrible place. More like a motel than a hotel. The shower was new which is great but the smell of smoke was pungent and the window blind was literally ripped halfway off the rafter. Also forgot my license and credit card at the front desk and they didn't alert me about it. It was only after leaving and needing gas about 30 miles out that I realized and had to turn back.

We booked a room with a hot tub. Your website said that the room was Smoke-Free. However, we got a smoking room. After telling the manager that we requested a smoke free room, he told us that none of the hot tub rooms are smoke free.
The chair was not even close to clean and they told us the best they can do is put a sheet over it. The only saving grace of that room was the hot tub. My wife liked the bed, but I had trouble being comfortable in it due to the blankets being in less than perfect condition.
The key card lock system was broken and the door was opened all day and we didn't notice until that night. After letting the manager know, he sent a guy to check it out and the man smelled like he was full of booze. It was disgusting.
After leaving, all of our clothes reeked of cigarette smoke, even the clean ones we didn't wear. I will not be staying at that place ever again. Book at your own risk

Property is poor and dirty condition. The lobby no air felt sorry for desk clerk working in those conditions.. room had all outdated furniture dingy rooms wide open outside stairwell doors. Bathroom fixtures old faded mirror edges Chrome fixture's. Outside of property building badly needed paint job. Pictures of describing property is misleading what the whole property looks like....in my opinion THIS whole property should be ready for the wrecking ball..

Without a doubt, the absolute worst customer service starting at the minute I walked into a lobby that was 10 times hotter than outside, and the front desk clerk was extremely rude. She didn't welcome me to the hotel she didn't say please ever, she never thanked me for a thing and when I finally told her of her rudeness she replied,"I'm not here for you to take your frustrations out on..". As far as I'm concerned that was a cop out. I told her if I wasn't certain her family had her working there there's no way in hell the worst hotel in the area would have had her working there. I just wish it had been somebody that was grading hotels anonymously. She would have got it five star negative. Whoever the man was who worked that afternoon was also just as bad. As I'm walking towards the counter he says," what's up".. he also was extremely rude definitely part of the family tradition. I will never stay in a days Inn again. That's right they are owned by franchise I believe. I'll definitely use hotels.com again. I just pray that I never get anybody that rude again.

Check in was cool. The carpet was soaking wet dont know from the jacuzzi/air condition. But they need to fix that soons as possible before someone fall on the floor if theyre not careful. Room just looked old and outdated . They need a new upgrade.

Dirty we ask for Lundy machine and staff said it was broken for 6 months we were told it was easy to just look for one outside close to the hotel and the roof in our room had lots of water stains carpet ripped and dirty something but my son in his back just wanted to leave
