I requested a quiet downstairs room with a view. Instead we had stairs, no elevator, a parking lot view and lots of noise. Not at all worth it with many other choices I wish I had chosen in Sedona for the same cost.

Stay was good. Parking is a little tough and no microwave in the room. It is nice to have a microwave when you arrive late...

Great views, friendly staff, nice room. Great free breakfast with the best muffins. Great restaurant Mole.

We stayed 2 nights, the location was very convenient and we loved sitting outside at night at the fire pit it’s other guests listening to local artist sing. We also took a great hike right from the end of their property

Great location and plenty of things to check out nearby and within the hotel. Our room was spacious and clean. Some cons, the pillows were small and didn’t have much support. They had bottle of regular sized hand soap and lotion, but would be charged $30 to use so we went out and bought our own hand soap that was way cheaper. Some pros, their lobby has a filtered water dispenser which was amazing to be able to refill our water bottles when we were going out for the day. They have a short trail on the property that leads up to a couple of spots with chairs. Provided beautiful mountain views. We were provided with a weekly schedule of activities offered. We got to play Mario karts and interact with a couple of other guests. They also offered live music in a designated area. Their on site restaurant, Mole, was convenient for a quickly bite and drinks. Overall it was a great location with great service!

I have stayed here twice and both times the staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The hotel is clean and beds are very comfortable. The resort is clean and great location. My go to resort when going to Sedona.
4.0
Very clean, whatever you needed they had been accommodating. So depending on what you are looking for it may be limited. Limited TV choices, no lounge for food or drinks available.
Rooms are comfortable and view was amazing. So a little expensive for what you get but extremely comfortable

This is our number one spot in Sedona. Love everything about it from the professional staff to the pool, view, and breakfast. Easy access to incredible trails and uptown.

Great comfortable stay with a delicious breakfast

Perfect resort for our 4 day trip with our dear friends. Resort location is perfect; easily accessible to shopping, restaurants and hiking trails. Rooms were large, clean and nicely appointed. The continental breakfast was better than expected with multiple food options. Particularly enjoyed the sunset walk location on the grounds where guests would enjoy sunset together. Would look no further than staying at the Arabella.

Beautiful hotel but challenging for those with mobility issues. Was not aware that all rooms were outdoor entry only.

Stayed in a room overlooking the courtyard, it was lovely. Room was nice and clean, but bathroom could have been cleaner and needed an update. The shower doors would not stay closed and there was no where in the shower to put your own shampoo, soap, etc. Had to keep them on the floor.
Beds were very comfortable.

Booked Standard 2 bed Queen for my daughter and me. Was last minute (day before and just 1 night) so expected to pay a premium, but $400 (after taxes) for what is essentially a motel room (but admittedly larger than average) with new paint, window facing parking lot driveway, no balcony and “old style” in room A/C that woke us up with a bang all night (going on and off all night) long was outrageous. Very dirty hallway carpet. Room carpet slightly better but looked pretty dirty too. This main building where our room was located looks to be the “original” Comfort Inn motel? Now… for the other resort. A bit up the hill are lovely rooms, with patios and cute patio furniture, all facing courtyard looking out to very large resort style pool, beautiful vegetation, paved walkways. At night very beautiful. Totally different vibe. Also the vibe depicted in ALL the photos featured of property when you booked. Totally misleading to anyone placed in a room in this main building. Budget rooms are fine - but they should reflect BUDGET pricing. Amara, where we stayed last time is much better choice. We won’t be back :(

Loved the location and only thing is that our tv in our room didn’t work someone came up to fix it but it was still not working and I was upset I couldn’t watch the local news and all they said sorry about that and there were bats flying Around when we were swimming in the pool was scary

What I reserved through your website was not what I received. I requested through your website a room on the second floor with an unobstructed view of the mountains, a trail head room. What I got was a room on the floor level with a view of the parking lot. The next day I requested a room change and they had one but I had to pay $xx dollars per night for the change. The manager told me not to book through third parties because you have no guarantee, she said to call the hotel directly for a specific room. An extra $150 was an expensive lesson for a hotel that was not very clean. The friends we went with called directly to the hotel and got the room they requested and for a lesser price.

great breakfast, nice rooms, beautiful surrounding area, beautiful hiking right out the back door

Great location and beautiful sunset vista spot in back. Everything is close. We drove to Jerome which is an old mining ghost town. Mooneys is a 5 min walk. Cool irish pub famous for burgers. Mole restaurant is at the resort. The bartender Modesty was awesome and gave us great suggestions on what to do.

Great stay here. Many amenities including 2 pools and hot tubs, breakfast included, live music Fri and Sat night. I paid a little extra for a room with a view and it was worth it! Gorgeous to relax on my balcony and enjoy the red rocks. There are hiking trails from the hotel and a nice open sunset vista. Would definitely stay here again.

Nice hotel conveniently located. My problem was that there was no elevator to the upper floor. Dragging heavy luggage up and down was a huge pain. I would stay here and but only if I could be guaranteed a first floor room. Free beeakfast buffet was very nice. The highlight was dinner at Mole which was a Mexican restaurant attached to the hotel. Best Mexican food I’ve had in ages.

Breakfast was outstanding. The location of the property is very convenient to Tlaquepaque and the downtown Sedona, yet far enough out of town that traffic wasn’t unbearable. Staff was very nice.

This resort is great. It is quiet and safe. Parking is right out front of your room. There is a great dog park area for people with pets. The staff is great along with the views. My only complaint would be that the maintenance guy had his backpack blower going for an hour in the morning right outside our room; that was annoying as hell and I'm surprised they still use a gas blower with all the climate activist stuff going on out West. I'm not a huge climate warrior, but the people that talk about noise and air pollution on these blowers, Weed eaters, and mowers do have a point because the small engine exhaust stinks when you're on the parking lot trying to go for a hike.

It was the absolute best bang for my buck in Sedona. So many things they offered at the facility where I would have had to pay an arm and a leg for outside the hotel- they provided us bikes to ride for free- I rode around the town. They had a star gazer come to the property and a psychic reader. I’m definitely going back!
