Nice hotel. We were traveling as a family and my only complaint is that we were charged more to have 4 people in the room, but there were still only two bottles of water, coffee etc since we paid for extra people I expected it to be stocked for 4 people.

Moldy shower curtain
Door to a balcony that wasent there opened up. Got charged 36 bucks for something perhaps the bottle of water I drank in the room. For $350 bucks stay somewhere else

Despite being an older hotel it was comfortably outfitted and consistently presented a classy touch of luxury. It is conveniently located for both walking and driving. Downstairs restaurant was very good and the coffee bar had good quality coffee.

The stay was amazing. Will for sure be back for another stay. The room and view from the room were both wonderful. Thanks for making this special occasion a great memory

Classic upscale hotel with friendly staff and very comfortable rooms. Walk to shopping and dining.

Overall, a nice stay just pointing out some deficiencies based on expectations for price & amenities & service desired. Staycation for husband's birthday. Called prior to arrival to inquire about room, put on hold for awhile. Mediocre attitude. Same person helped me on arrival, same attitude & didn't remember me at first. Gave me good room w great view. Comfy bed. Tub & sink wouldn't drain & bathroom floor seemed a little dirty. Lamp USBs didn't charge phone & watch. Restaurant walls & floor baseboard filthy. Pool patio standing water, moldy in some places - needs redo. Comfy pool loungers. Ran out of towels. Loved walking to restaurants on Plaza for dinner.

Our room was dirty. There was even blood on the bathroom wall. And they were busy and understaffed. It's still a nice hotel and I was stay again. But this was for sure an off weekend for them

Beware of Hotels.com pay for breakfast scheme. We paid for 5 and only got 2. It's a bait and switch. Customer service if very poor at Hotels.com

First, the location and staff were fantastic. Everyone who worked at the hotel was SO nice and tried their best. The hotel conditions were poor. We were promised "Plaza View" which looked out over a road and some dumpsters. The pool and pool deck were filthy, there were no towels. The phones never worked, not for room service, valet, etc. We asked for clean towels for hours. We had to dry off with a bath mat and hand towels. The bathroom smelled like sewage the entire time. There was simply not enough staff at this property. The line at the front desk was always long, and the phones were left ringing. I felt so bad for the hotel staff to have to work in such conditions with no support. For the cost of this hotel, I would never stay again.

This hotel needs new management, this is not a staff issue, they are not trained or equipped to fix weak management. Every part of our experience was sub-par, we called and told hotel we would check in late they gave our room away, they put us in new room, but it was not clean, they moved us to new room which was fine, next day Keela was super helpful and comped the us for all the issues at check in. Tried to eat at hotel over an hour to get food when not crowded, housekeeping did not show up the third day even though we were gone for most of the day. Pool had no towels, bill was incorrect at check out, Kendra was super helpful and got that issue resolved. This is a well located hotel, but dated, could be great, but someone with leadership that does more then corporate e mails needs to be in charge.

It’s one of the worst hotels I’ve ever stayed at. I travel multiple times a month and the service, cleanliness and quality is awful. I’ve stayed at this hotel over the last 10 years and it’s gone from decent to never again.

The only thing I would not recommend is the transportation company that was given over priced and unorganized

For a plaza located hotel, with a King Suite Plaza View Balcony, for a pretty penny.... we were so incredibly disappointed.
Our room had a balcony- complete with plastic yard chairs, a view of dumpsters, dirty towels, and cigarette butts....
The safe in the closet didn't even have a door on it.
The tub didn't drain properly and the bottom of the tub was scraped down to metal.
Overall, this experience left us wishing we would have just gone back home instead of staying downtown for the night.
I have attempted to speak to the hotel and Hotels.com, neither have offered to rectify the situation.

The room wasn’t as clean as I was expecting. There was hair in the bathtub and some trash still in the room. It took 2.5 hours to get linens for the pullout couch. Just not what I would expect for the price of the room. The location was very convenient but I would not stay again.

Booked hotel for one night stay for my birthday. Specifically picked this hotel for the balcony and the amenities listed on this site. No chairs or table on balcony. No bathrobes or slippers. Made 2 calls asking for chairs and table for balcony and was told they would bring them and never showed up. Also prepaid for valet parking at $39 and when arriving to hotel, it was only $32. Also, resort fee is listed as $8 and change due at resort and it $10 and change. Hotel said there was nothing they could do about the parking charge. It would have to be handled with hotels.com. Then noticed they have charged me for parking again. Calling the hotel tomorrow. I paid $300+ for this and used my $74 hotels.com credit for this mediocre hotel expedience.

I found decent rates on expedia but there was no mention of hidden fees. I was charged and paid around 620 for 2 nights at a sub par hotel. When i went to check out i noticed around 400 more additional fees. In the end I paid over 1,000 for a well below average hotel.

We had very much trouble entering and leaving the parking garage and I had to ask for charges to be removed and we were charged for 3 days and our stay was only 2 days. One of the faucets had a leaky seal and water was all over the vanity. The front desk support was a little slow and inconvenient. And as of the this morning, I have a double charge pending on my credit card. "paid through Expedia" and cannot get through to anyone at the front desk of the hotel to resolve the issue. Luxury hotel, I would think means top quality customer service?

Hotel is older could use some repairs. Staff is very nice and location to shopping and restaurants is very convenient.

Though this property was nice, we encountered a couple issues during our stay that would likely keep us from choosing them again. Upon arrival there was a waiting room full of people waiting for their rooms (this was at 9pm), that had been waiting since 4pm. When we checked in we were simply informed "I'm out of the room you booked, all I have are kings." We had booked a double queen room, as it was my coworker and I on a business retreat- we preferred not to share a bed. Since there was no other option, we made it work. The room was clean and nice with a beautiful view of the plaza. The next day though we tried calling down to figure out where the fitness center was and couldn't get anyone to answer; in fact, any time we tried the phones no one answered any line we tried all weekend long. We utilized the Parisi Coffee shop for breakfast and it was delicious, and then Bar for to go food for dinner. The lobby downstairs was perfect to sit and relax in when we needed a break from working.
We were offered a $50 credit for the inconvenience of not having our room, but this was not reflected at check out and will have to be refunded, but it was taken care of eventually.
Overall, if it was the only option, we would stay here again, but it won't be our first choice. The headache and hassle just wasn't worth it and there was very little offered for the inconvenience.
A major shout out to Alex in valet though. He was absolutely terrific; so kind, helpful & professional!

We heard great things about this property from friends but were disappointed in the cleanliness l. We had dry vomit on the floor and on both bedspreads. They were very behind on having rooms ready as well and we almost had to cancel our stay. One of the elevators didn’t work either so it took a very long time to get one that wasn’t full and we were on the 9th floor. I don’t know how anyone below us would be able to get an elevator as we had to stop in every floor and say we were full. We will not be back.

Room could have used an update. Balcony railing was rusty. Bathroom soap dispenser was riped off the wall and sitting on counter with drywall screws still attached. Trim pieces in hallway on our floor ( 4th) was ripped off corners.

Upon check in i asked for a champagne stand & to glasses as this was very special night. Well they were never delivered nor was i contacted as to the unavailableity. The food at the concierge lounge, jalapeño toated ravioli were hard & unediable & warm at best. The following morning the "hot" was no where to even being warm. The pool area had no clean towels available. I was so unimpressed by my stay here!

We stay here every summer for 5 or so days. It is generally a well run hotel in good condition. Location is perfect. The service is greatly improved since last year. I recommend the hotel but have a few gripes. The rooms are spacious but could use another chair and side table. The complete lack of towel racks outside the shower is inconvenient. I would prefer a greater selection of pillows as all of them were way too overstuffed and hard for my taste. Next time I will bring my own soap and shampoo because I object to the strong tobacco scent of the products they use. Still, we'll be back next year.

This property has gone down hill. I’ve been coming here for many years and the customer service and overall standards are now the equivalent of any ordinary motel. Floors, curtains, and common areas are dirty. Staff is unresponsive. The only bright spot is the bell hop who apologizes all day. Paid for valet parking but no valet. I won’t be back.
