They are renovating this property. My room was nice but could benefit from the toilets being comfort height, the towel racks & toilet tissue holders were not affixed properly. Shower floor was strange. Bed was comfy. Breakfast voucher was definitely worth it. I've stayed here numerous times. Great river and skyline view. Friendly staff. Stale cookies.

The hotel was in the midst of renovation. I received a non-renovated room which was a bit shabby. However the bed appeared to be new and was comfortable and there was a large tv. I think this will end up being a great place once it is completely renovated. Breakfast was good and the staff was friendly.

Property is in a convenient location when visiting Cherry Hill but the condition of our room desperately needed to be upgraded.

Felt like I was stepping into the late 90’s

Only reason it didn't get 5 stars across the board was because of the air conditioning issue. Was very warm all over the hotel imcluding our room which made for uncomfortable sleeping. Otherwise was good.

It was fine and we were fortunate to get a room on the 12th floor that was totally renovated. The down side is that they are still doing construction and so it was a bit noisy initially and again first thing in the morning. No one wants to hear drilling at 7am! We originally booked a king room but upon arriving at 4pm we were told it would be about 10more minutes. Normally 10 mins wouldn’t be an issue but it turned into 45 mins and we requested doubles just to be out of the lobby. Overall it was fine and the price is average for Hilton properties. Lastly, whoever was in the room next door was blasting the TV all night or the walls are just thin…not sure which LOL.

We had a great time here.

Don’t go here if u want to not get any sleep! The conditions didn’t meet the expectations

The pool was fantastic! Biggest one I have seen at a hotel. Food was excellent and rooms were very modern and clean!

Temperature control in the room didn’t work-freezing cold despite raising the temp. Mold in the shower. Half the outlets didn’t work. But bed was comfortable and the staff were friendly.

Property needs upgrades and looks like they’re working on it. Good friendly staff and great location

The wallpaper in my bathroom was peeled pretty bad. And the entire drain plug came out of the bottom of the tub. The towels also didn’t smell clean. The customer service was good though

e stayed out of there control but the elevators smelled of sitting water.
Pool was nice and rooms were comfortable and a good size.
Not much around there to see as sites go. Rent a car or drive.

Close to the pavilion in Camden.

Overall stay was great! However, we were unable to get towels on our last day at the hotel due to shortage, upsetting to not be able to shower. Paying as much as we did for 2 nights.

Mixed bag. As we drove up I saw the giant sign atop the hotel was missing its letter D, so it read "OUBLETREE." The lobby furnishings were worn tattered. There was a poster in the elevator promising everything is being renovated. The room was larger than some, well furnished. The free Wi-Fi in the room did not work at all. We went to the lobby to get online.
On the plus side , the pool was nice, staff friendly. There is walking trail behind the hotel that went for miles along the Cooper River. We saw lots of geese and a blue heron.
The hotel boasts EV chargers on the Blink Network. Most of the time during our 2 night stay there were gas vehicles taking up the 2 spots at the chargers. So that was disappointing.

Everything was great except for the air conditioning did not work well and it was very hot in our room making it uncomfortable to sleep

The hotel is supposedly a Hilton hotel but refused to apply my Hilton Honors membership to the reservation because I booked via Expedia. The toilet won’t flush and engineer didn’t arrive for 1 hour after 2 calls in the morning busy time- finally we used restrooms in the lobby downstairs and checked out. The whole place was filthy, smelled terrible and the ac was noisy. Very disappointed.

Really needs a facelift! Good fresh chocolate chips cookies, friendly staff. Poor condition, cheap furnishings. Good beddings.

The property did not empty trash or offer to give fresh towels. I can understand not making the bed. But when I called the front desk to inquire about fresh towels and not have a mat for the shower, I informed her that we had to use our towels to avoiding slipping on the floor she stated "why didn't you ask for that last night." Well I didn't need it last night nor did I need the trash removed last night. The unprofessional manner and tone was offensive. I have been coming to this hotel for awhile for our session but haven't always stayed and I won't be moving forward. I will take the advice of other attendees and stay at another hotel with a more professional and welcoming staff.

I was one of the lucky ones my air and tv worked. Poor service from house keeping im a disable service connected vet and there was not toiletries the front desk said for me to come down to get it. The facility needs major renovation. I could of stayed ant a motel and gotten better service.

It was convenient to our family in Haddon Twp. This stay at the Double Tree was very expensive — especially since the room had not been remodeled recently. Tub still had curtain (not sliding doors), No toilet paper holder, no hair dryer, remote control for TV didn’t work, no aerator on bathroom sink, towel bar was loose and fell off wall, inside portion of peep hole was about to fall off, a/c controls didn’t work.

Outside pool was wonderful. Outside and large

Hotel was old and could use some serious upgrading. The buffet breakfast was not great. I ate in the restaurant for dinner 3 nights. Didn’t care for the fettuccine Alfredo. The burger was ok.

A/C was not cooling after came the 2nd time the unit was replaced and the cooled off

The hotel was under renovations which we are unaware of. Our room was dirty with clothes from prior occupant still on floor. The rest of the room was not very clean and had to be moved with no help from hotel staff.

This hotel was tattered. Though it appears they are trying to renovate, it might just be lipstick on a pig -- it was evident that the property was not maintained or invested in for a number of years. The location is great, but the room was a dungeon, old bathtub, no clock, dim lights, and in general, old and tired. All the floor amenities (ice machine, laundry, etc.) were out of order.
Even the outdoor pool looked sad and neglected. I did not try the restaurant or bar. For the money, it was not any great deal.

The bath room wasn’t too clean (tub and shower) I always bring my cleaning supplies. The room is not up to date looks very old and they are doing reconstruction. Had I known I would have never booked here. The banging started around 8:30 am from there I was ready to go.

Less than 2 min drive from a great Japanese restaurant (Mikado), Wegmans, Chik-fil-a and Dick’s.

Lots of parking. Love the chocolate chip cookies.

Turned off AC, was too cold/noisy, unit won't turn off. Vent is covered in dust

Odd property undergoing renovation. AC system was loud and out of date. Some areas were renovated and others not. Restaurant was decent but under-staffed. Not horrible but not what you expect from a DoubleTree hotel by Hilton.

We experienced heavy water leakage at 3AM in our room. After notifying the staff, they were able to get us into another room quickly.
5.0
It was a nice hotel. Wish it had a microwave or somewhere to heat up my food.
2.0
Very disappointing experience. Beds were shabbily made, a stained bath mat that should be thrown out, and a bathroom ceiling full of unsanded and unpainted sheetrock compound repairs. Would never stay here again.
2.0
Unfortunately for us, our stay was scheduled after the hotel had turned on the A/C, and there was no way for us to adjust the room temperature - it was FREEZING when we walked in! It was unusually chilly out for mid-May, but turning the A/C off completely helped a little. The water in the sink never got warm, and the shower took a few minutes of running before it got to a comfortable temperature. Overall, the room was very clean, the beds comfortable, and the staff friendly :).

I wish there was complementary coffee in the lobby. Coffee shop employee and staff very nice and helpful though.
