Tv didn’t work. Took three try’s to get the front desk awake to check us in. At 7 pm not even late Got up the next morning tv still wouldn’t work front desk would not answer phone went to get breakfast and no one’s was there and wouldn’t answer ring doorbell. Terrible customer service would go to Hampton next door or holiday inn.

Second year to stay in this hotel. Love the Oakhurst area and this hotel is right in the centre of the town. Denny’s right next door. Free parking and as close to Yosemite as you will find. Good price also with a free basic breakfast. Would def recommend this hotel.

The place was great but the staff needs to be more helpful....

The room was great, large and very clean. Normally, we don't complain, but we have to say something about the staff at the reception desk. From day one we noticed that the youngest guy was not very friendly nor smiling, let alone very helpful. When on the second day, our key didn’t work, we went to the reception during working hours, but the door was shut. It took us several phonecalls without answer and 40 minutes of waiting before the staff arrived. When I told them this wasn't good, they didn't react. More so, the oldest guy looked at me as if I had done something wrong. When I told him that saying sorry would be the least he could do, he looked at me again in an almost agressive way and said he didn't know what he had to apologise for, as "they were fixing some things outside". That was it. This is the reason for our low score.

Not very clean.
1.0
Pros: Easy check in, enough self parking, not far from restaurants and stores. Basic continental breakfast coffee, juice, toast and cereal.
Cons: Room was not cleaned. Looked like they only made the bed and took out the trash. Walls had visual stains and spiderwebs.Towels looked washed but showed old stains. The bath tub walls dirty and showed signs of growing mold. We found a previous guests clothes in a drawer. When checking out I informed the front desk clerk that the room was dirty and the response was they probably forgot to clean it.

The overall stay was good; however, there were a few minor issues:
- The towels were old and stained.
- The breakfast included Starbucks coffee (low-grade), orange juice, bread and butter, and raisin bran cereal with fresh milk. It lacked protein and wasn't my kind of breakfast.
- The design of the AC always blew air in your face when you were asleep.

Situated in a convenient spot for visiting Yosemite National Park - pleased with the room but the breakfast was abysmal …. only cereal, bread and fruit on offer

Its a little run down. But it beat paying 200$ a night. So if youre on a budget. This motel is ok. Safe area..rooms are clean. Nice bedding.the towels are small and crisp. .

I stayed at this hotel in Oakhurst, CA, after three intense days of backcountry hiking and climbing in Yosemite National Park. It was an affordable option in a small town that thrives on the flow of tourists to and from Yosemite. It was heavenly to have this motel room after roughing it in the wilderness. Many options for groceries and restaurants are nearby.

Cold water for the shower. I TV that did not work. And a room that was not fully clean

Room was ok; the stairs area needs to be updated as carpets were worn and torn. Breakfast is really just cereal and there were only 2 apples; you can tell they really want to dissuade people from eating there to save cost and a representation of a free breakfast is just a marketing ploy. I reserved 2 rooms and I asked for the first floor as my parents have problems walking; the receptionist told me only the second floor was available. Then she told me if I paid extra she could put me on the first floor with “mountain view” rooms in the back. I found this to be absurd as there were mountains all around us; the hotel was in a valley with similar views; it wasn’t perched on a peak. She was obviously trying to get more money out of me after I already paid for reservations. I didn’t like this.

Clean and fresh room and bed. Good water pressure. Internet spotty. For the $ super value

This is the first time in a long time that a hotel made me feel at home. The bed was so comfy! We spent the day at the lake so we were burnt out, tired and sometimes the beds are hard to sleep on but. Luckily not here. The mattress was so soft. The room was clean, the only issue was the restroom had some wear & tear but overall super clean. The Mr was a tad disappointed they didn't have cable available but other than that it was a great restful night. The free breakfast is simple but will get the job done. Toast, coffee, juice, fruit & Raisin bran. The lady that checked us in was very nice. There's a Dennys and the area has lots of little cute shops. The Mountain View is breathtaking.

Ok for the price. Room a bit tatty but clean bed. Would probably look elsewhere next time.

This was a real disappointment. No lift for a 4 storey complex is an issue. Hot water in the shower was luke warm at best and pressure dropped dramatically when shower used in next room. Breakfast was very poor with one selection of cereal and either white or wholemeal sliced bread. No hot food. Not value for money and could not recommend.

Sink missing aerator so it splashes and makes a mess shower head is clogged forcing you to take a shower with mist the bed isn't firm it's hard. So post 10hr hike it's sucked! Prob deserves 1 start

Stayed at this property only because it was close to Yosemite. The room was very dirty and the ceiling was coming apart near the door. Refrigerator and microwave were not clean. Cleaning ladies came to make the bed and replace towels but did not clean anything else such as the floors, bathroom counter, or shower. The nice thing about the room was the big tv and how fast it was. Not very many options for the free breakfast. We were looking for paper and a pen in the room to plan our day at Yosemite and there was none. The lady at the front desk couldn’t even find us some paper and told us to write in the magazine guide. The stay was just okay, we mostly only used the hotel to sleep as we spent most of our time in Yosemite.

No elevator the fan in the shower didn’t work. I recommend you get a 1st floor room or fourth floor room if you have walking issues.

Enjoyable two night stay at this family owned and operated Inn. We were greeted by Vascul, a son of the owner, who shared valuable information into Yosemite and top restaurants in the area. Our room was clean with all listed amenities and bathing necessities for two adults and one child.
On our second day, we were able to take a dip in the pool which was a great break after exploring Yosemite. With the pool being outside, we were hesitant on the temp as the day was very hot but to our surprise, the water was very refreshing. Pool area was kept tidy and clean.
Check-in/check-out process was simple, self parking available, convenient location for food/shopping/accessing Yosemite.

There was no elevator and breakfast included coffee, meal and cereals, no hot breakfast.
Rest my stay was good, room was spacious and have all the needed appliances and facility, staff was very humble and easy checkin checkout.
Property is at the highway, 80min from the Yosemite entrance gate.
Free Parking at the hotel and there were different fast food and restraunt for lunch and dinner.

The location was great! Overall it wasn’t the best place to stay, a bit dirty in the room and the top sheet of the bed was dirty and disgusting to touch it. It’s a nice view from the room but when we got there the AC was not working and it was 90s F, so it took a while to cool the room. Honestly, won’t visit again if we are in the area.

Good property and amenities. Breakfast options were not good at all. The juices were diluted with water.

The breakfast consisted of toast or a mushy apple. Very disappointed in the continental breakfast.

No hot showers, clogged shower head. Filthy floors. Housekeeping doesn't come during the days. I would AVOID this place at all costs. Pay a little more and get a real hotel.
