Outdated hotel. No aircon in autumn even if it is warm.

Lovely Lido hotel that has an eye for detail. The staff is very attentive and the grounds are quaint. Walking distance to the water is station.

Pleasant hotel and quiet - away from the crowds! Bathroom however could have done with a refurbishment - the sealant around the toilet base to the floor was ragged and a few cracked tiles on the wall. However, the room and bathroom were clean. The 3 person room was very small. Breakfast was good and plentiful. Lots of choice too. The garden was pleasant and clean. Opera one evening in the garden. Staff very helpful.
A fairly long walk to the vaporetto station but pleasant and safe along the waterfront, even late at night.

We very much enjoyed our stay. Staff was friendly, breakfast was wonderful and the rooms and grounds were very clean and well taken care of. Would recommend to anyone staying on the Lido or visiting Venice.

Was ok very expensive for what we were given. Food in the restaurant was very expensive and not that great at all. No choice for children at all.

Bathroom are so small that even slim/short person like me cannot fit in the cubical
In this astonishing summers, Room No.107, AC doesn’t work and they didn’t have another appropriate room.
Totally messed up experience. Wouldn’t recommend at all

This place was perfect. Very quaint hotel. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would highly recommend this place. Plus I love the island of Lido.

Hotel is on a great location but the rooms they show that you can see ocean from your window that’s not correct. I booked room thought it’s on ocean and it will be nice to stay on beach but the room they gave us was at the building behind the main hotel inbetween apartments, it’s not on the beach building. For dinning they charge you Euro 5 for cutlery used, which I have never seen anywhere. On top of that they charge you cover charges which is that they set up that table for you. Like every mobement you do in that hotel is chargeable. No doubt their breakfast was excellent.

Has a great experience at Mabapa. The staff was very courteous and helpful, great good suggestions about what to do in Venice, best option for commuting etc. Will stay in the same hotel when we revisit Venice.

The place is underrated for sure. It has a lot of charm and very quaint. The gardens in front and back are a great place to relax. The view of the sea at it's door step is amazing. The breakfast is huge and everything was delicious! We had a regular room and it was very comfortable for 3 of us.

I think the rooms need a renovation including the furniture
Our room (101)was nice and a beautiful view
We got this room after saying « no « to assigned room (701) which was terrible and definitely not according to pictures on web site also 2 other rooms visited which were not adequate

The room was extremely small and the bathroom was even smaller but beside that the place was great. Exterior is beautiful. Easy to get around its walkable or take the bus two stops to the boat. I would stay here again and I woukd recommend the hotel if you can get pass the small rooms and small bathroom.

This lovely hotel villa is quietly situated on the Lido Lagoon waterfront: cool breezes off the water on a hot day. The garden dining is a great feature. Staff are excellent- very professionally attentive. Breakfasts are excellent.

Arrived directly to and from the airport by speedboat, an amazing experience. The hotel has a beautiful setting, looking out across the water to Venice. Lovely outside bar, with waiter service, providing reasonably priced drinks. Would recommend and revisit this hotel.

Old world charm ! Beautiful entrance garden, bar area as well as a piano player as we stepped into the hotel was just lovely. Efficient staff and check in and then an excellent dinner in their restaurant made our first night in Lido just perfect.

I booked this property as it was listed as a hotel with bar and restaurant. Due to our trip being pre season i thougt the hotel facilities would be beneficial as most places would be closed. The staff were friendly and helpful but the bar was closed as it is out doors, drinks were available on request in the piano room but there was no music or atmosphere to make this a possible venue for the guests to relax and socialise. We were served breakfast which was ok, but lacked variety and after a few days prompted eating out. The restaurant itself was closed, so no option but to go to one of the few options further up the island, or go on a boat into venice centre. The only facilities in the room were a small kettle which had no on/off switch, but no cups or coffee/ tea provided. Plus mini fridge with some bottles of water which we were charged for. All in all our stay was ok, but expected more.
