Rooms were good and quiet. The hotel had some constructions we were not aware of. So the 1st contact was a bit wierd.

I have stayed at the Leonardo twice before, normally a very good hotel. The hotel is currently having major renovations being carried out. Expedia won't tell you this and expect you to pay full price. I will never use Expedia again. They keep you on hold for 1.5hr and then give you a voucher that's an insult. Use another booking site this is a terrible company to do business with. Leonardo staff are lovely but the hotel at the moment is in bits. Wouldn't even allow Expedia kennel my dog. Terrible terrible company.

Very nice room and very comfortable bed. Service was good too. Our booking stated free parking included, however on arrival we were informed that it was subject to availability. Luckily we got a parking slot, but could have been a big hassle and disappointment otherwise after a very long trip. Should be clear upon booking. All in all, nice stay, would book again.

Property is renovating. My newly renovated room was nice aithe modern features. Location in walking distance to shops and restaurants. Staff very nice.

Stay was excellent, my second this month. Many rooms have just been renovated and are now very smart and very clean. The breakfast buffet was great with lots of choice, both hot and cold. Very friendly barman in the cocktail bar where I ate from the bar menu. He’s a Leverkusen fan, so footy was on, albeit with sound very low!!

Hotel was in the process of renovation, pool , gym were closed. New paint smell in the rooms was unsupported. Lot of noise by the workers who were staying in the hotel. , heating was not properly working. Breakfast was good.

Nice room big comfortable bed, staff friendly and helpful provided a cot for us. Good breakfast, only downside was the walls were very thin and there was a very noisy family next door that kept us awake until midnight

I thought it was a little over priced for the area but then it turns out that Baden Baden is very upscale. The parking is scary - your car will barely fit into a spot. Pull out your luggage and family before squeezing in. Breakast was wonderful, great selection.

I cannot recommend the hotel restaurant. My personal experience was quite poor. Your experience may be somewhat better. I waited an hour for my food, and I sort of believe the hotel was understaffed.

A lovely hotel. We stayed for four nights. Excellent breakfasts. Just a short and pleasant walk into the centre of Baden Baden. A little noisy in the evenings but certainly would not stop us returning.

Fabulous hotel . The staff were very helpful and extremely professional . Only 10 mins from the town centre with plenty of great places to eat . The hotel room was large and a lovely bed and bathroom with bath . It’s our second visit and will stay there again .

I understand that dogs are not allowed in restaurants in Germany but not even on the terrace at the hotel restaurant? In an empty restaurant? May be listed as pet friendly but is not. Otherwise it is like a travel back to East Germany in the eighties, out dated hotel. Can not recomnend to anyone.

This was such a great place to explore Baden-Baden by foot. Staff was really friendly and helpful. And breakfast was a real treat!

Great hotel. Stayed here many times. Interconnecting rooms were brilliant for our family. Car park is small but on street parking is fine. Had room service this time and whilst it's a very small menu the food was great. My 13 year old said it was perfect pizza!
