Rooms were spacious, bed and mattress felt dated. Rooms had not been updated in a long time. Weird drop down ceilings in bathroom. The locks on the doors were suspicious, as they used old style hard keys. It appeared a little dirty. It was not with the money and would not stay here again.
The best part of the hotel was the chill house cat in the lobby.

The location of the hotel was great, convenient to downtown, our room was good, comfy bed, two issues-our toilet did not flus however maintenance came within 5 minutes to fix it and our phone did not work in the room. No hot water in the morning for showers only luke warm on a very chilly morning.

A beautiful historic inn with welcoming desk staff (David) eager to help and provide local recommendations. Very pleasant lobby sitting area and great spacious suite accommodations.

I love older buildings with character and this was just that. Super friendly staff. Highly recommend.

Interesting boutique hotel.. cute and quirky.
Beds were extremely comfortable and so was the linen.
Hotel is older, looks to have been restored multiple times. It has a very unique layout as well. Still uses physical keys to get jnto your room.
Fixtures were a tad old and some looked to need a little attention too. But overall everything worked and and was clean. Reminded me of some of the cute older European Hotels I have been too.
Staff was freindly and check in was easy.

Garden Room is on the smaller size. Recommend a room in the main house. It is clean but a historic hotel with lots of character and a unique set up. Great location. Cottage style decor makes it homey.

We were guests at a wedding at this hotel. Our room was very spacious and comfortable. It is a very old hotel but kept in good condition. I imagine if the walls could talk😉. The wedding was held in the patio and it was a perfect setting. The restaurant and bar were convenient to patio for other days.

The Lindor is a very cool, historic hotel with a great courtyard. Room was clean and comfortable. Great location within walking distance to activities.

The parlor and bedroom were beautiful and very spacious. The bathroom was average, but sufficient. My only complaint is the tv. It went out several times and I kept having to have maintenance come fix it. That’s just a small thing as tv watching wasn’t the purpose of my trip, however it was a problem to deal with.

The Linden Row Inn was a great place to stay. The bed was comfortable, the room was clean, the outside courtyard was a wonderful spot to sit and read. Its walking distance to the capital, the canal front, some great restaurants and museums. Wonderful stay. Will stay again if I find myself in Richmond.

We stay at Linden Row Inn whenever we go to Richmond. Great value, much more personal setting than a chain hotel, very quiet and the on-site restaurant is perfect.

This is a beautiful inn. If you are looking for something other than the run of the mill hotel, Linden Row Inn is a great choice. The unique architecture, history and location create a different type of ambiance. The rooms are huge, unique and very comfortable. Parking can be a little tricky, but is still doable. I have always enjoyed my stays here.

The parking and check in was not convenient. The entrance to the room with two sets of stairs was very difficult with out luggage.

I have stayed here a number of times and I am always happy with the facility and staff. The only issue I had this time was with the room itself. There were only Garden View rooms available in the back (no big issue since I booked last minute) with only a single queen bed. The bed was a bit older and lumpy and the A/C was struggling to keep the rom a stable temperature. It was either warm or cold overnight. The adjoining room had a very noisy A/C unit cycling all night too that was a bit distracting. The rooms in the back are also quite small and lack many surfaces to put things on, so with two people it was a bit cramped. Otherwise, everything was good, the staff friendly, room was very clean and it its a quiet place being right downtown.

We loved our stay at Linden Row. It’s a quintessential historic Richmond property but has been well kept. We also got to hang out with Annabelle the cat for a bit!

Great spot to stay in Richmond. Very cool property, and the staff was wonderful. Only actual down side is the street parking gets tight and the parking garage is a city garage a block away.

Nice quiet room, great air conditioning. too many lights outside for me- (I’m one of those people who has to have things pitch dark to sleep) but I understand why- historic building courtyard/garden rooms not really ADA accessible. tv satellite lost signal during thunderstorm.

The quaint hotel was emasculate and charming. Check in with as a breeze and I could tell right away that this hotel was unique. The room, foyer with closet and bathroom were extremely spacious our king room felt like a historical suite. Will definitely stay again.

Always a nice staff with helpful & courteous staff.
I was a bit disappointed that the cafe/bar was not open during my stay. While I was not expecting a full service experience, it would be nice to be able to grab a bottle of wine.
Also the AC was not cooling the room very well during this hottest month. I understand the age of the hotel & how hard it is to cool/heat but I think adding fans to the rooms would help

Charming alternative to big hotel chain.

Historic charm at a great price. Really impressed with inside of room and staff were definitely friendly. We really wished we could have stayed more time and if we do return to Richmond we definitely will. Awesome place don’t pass it up but unfortunately not there enough time to try restaurant. Area very walkable and lots of great restaurants nearby. Short Uber ride to Riverwalk area.

The rooms were large and clean. The property was quiet, and the staff was super friendly and helpful. The Best part was visiting and seeing Annabelle, the inn's resident cat. She was so cute and sweet! I would stay here again
